This is a good position to have in an aggressive portfolio. I have about 100,000 shares as part of my 2 year old sons investment account. The upside on this is about 100 times greater than any downside. I like those odds, especially for children's investments.
Ive been accumulating every day on dips for the last week. Won't think about letting any go until it shows signs of slowing down for a sustained period of a week or two.
Way too much upside to let go of these shares so cheap.
Yeah. You are never going to be able to time it right. You have to be willing to know that more than likely, the stock will at some point during the day or following day be lower than what you bought at. But at the end of the day, you should still be up on this stock if you let it sit for a few days.
If its a stock you think is a good investment, get in it.
More often than not, you try to time it and end up chasing much higher than you could have bought in if you just pulled the trigger when you decided you wanted in.
Good luck!
If you are good with that stuff, offer it up to him.
Even if you posted his PR's on Facebook and twitter, it would be a nice help.
A shareholder offering support would be a great addition. Especially if the offer is for free "work" for him.
Set up a Facebook page. You can do it yourself.
I threw in a 75k bid at the close to ensure we stayed at .0062, just in case.
Nice small green day. Have a great weekend all.
Matt,
The ONLY way for a company to be successful in this difficult marketplace is to build a team that includes shareholders. I will always do my very best to keep updates flowing and keep the business rolling faster and faster forward.

Subject: Thank You
Tom,
Just wanted to say thank you for the update. I speak for every one of us shareholders when I say we appreciate this very much. We are spreading the word as much as we can and timely PR's help us validate what we are preaching. Again, we all appreciate it and appreciate you being true to your word and following through with what you say.
Lol, except for that big fat one at .0064 now.
Ugh
I will take that. Retire me a millionaire on this stock alone.
He owns a dispensary and he owns RFMK stock.
Um, you better bet your @$$ he will be pushing these. Haha.
Let's do this.
Agree, this is going to hit a lot of radars tonight. Tomorrow should be awesome.
Looks like I got in on the perfect day. Added 468,000 today.
Sometimes, it's better to be lucky than good. Thanks to the board for helping me make decision to buy in. Glad I didn't wait.
A some point the company is going to have to say something. At the very minimum, it will be when the 10q comes out. You better bet your @ss this is trading higher than .03 the day after that comes out.
Everything in the mean time is just games and don't truly matter.
I've been in on this for a few weeks and have been following the board. Just doubled up my position today. Want to have a mmj penny and this one seems to have some great potential. Also, it hasn't taken a huge ride up yet like most of the other MMJ pennies. Could be due for one, plus upside potential is pretty nice.
There you go guys. New investor here. Just gobbled up 468,000 of the ask.
Let's do this!
The fundamentals of this company are still the same. Still seems like a great long term play.
Unfortunately the PPS may fluctuate wi the flippers getting in and out or penny players getting bored easily. In a few weeks, it should be up a nice chunk. Tomorrow, who knows. If you can't stand the day to day fluctuations get out. If you can hang tight, you should be rewarded.
Dude, you have been in ATRN for like 2 days. And when you initially started posting you were asking if it could hit $5 in a week or something rediculous like that.
Please tell us you learned something in your 15 minutes of research that we all don't know.
Or when a stock is going up it is awesome and on down days it sucks. Is that how you invest?
I think there are a ton of us in under .03 and a good portion of those are under .02.
There are a lot of new investors that are looking at a really nice profit even at .03.
I share your vision.
I didn't invest in a pump and dump. Nothing has changed from all the great DD that has been done here. Still a great investment, in my opinion.
It's not a view. It's accounting. They follow GAAP, generally accepted accounting principles. It's just the way it is.
This is not a bad thing for the company. It is just a byproduct of the termination of the agreement. It had to be done, no exceptions.
The accounting behind it is a reduction in the intangible asset of 1.2 million. This was never a true asset as it is intangible. The other side of the accounting was debited to an impairment expense of 1.2 million. The earnings in 2011 will be affected by a 1.2 million increase in expenses. No cash will have to be paid for this. It's merely an expense on the financials. So yes, the will have a bigger loss in 2011 because of this.
Good news for longs though, as 2011 was a huge loss anyways. Now we have that expense off the books and can be profitable in 2012 without having that expense hanging out there anymore.
I never said it wasn't going down.
I don't care though. In two weeks, it will be much higher than it is now. I'm in it for the long haul. If it needs to flip and do ups and downs in the mean time, so be it.
Yes, you got it right in that it went down. But you made yourself look like an unintelligent flipper that got lucky rather than having an educated opinion. for that, nobody will put any thought into what you say as it carries no weight.
You should probably read an accounting book. If you're investing in companies and want to understand what things mean, you should understand what things are.
If you don't understand, you are just gambling. Which seems to be your case. You lose all credibility in your posts.
It's actually a nice thing that they can use. It is not a cash factor at all. It will be booked as a loss. Better yet, it creates a tax loss which can be carried over to future years to reduce tax liability when they start churning a profit.
This write off was a great piece of news that came out of the termination of the agreement. It looks bad on income for books in 2011, but will be gone forever now. And we will be left with a 1.2 million deferred tax benefit. I like it.
No sense in playing the game. It will be where it will be no matter what we do. In two weeks, it won't matter what we did today.
Unless you are buying millions of shares
Hey rsdu. Keep doing what you are doing. I think we actually need people to sell so we can let these MM's accumulate what they need to.
You will be helping us out.
Great news. Getting the dead wood out of the companies financials. Bury this loss in 2011 so it will not have to be picked up in 2012. To me, it means Q1 2012 will have positive earnings.
Value Click has a market cap of 1.4 billion. If atrinsic were to achieve that with the current share structure, we would be at $14 per share.
ValueClick also is on pace for over 500 million in revenue for 2011 and they are profitable.
Oh, is that all? Lol.
I will be retired at .50 PPS
Or... They get bought out by the brilliant digital group and go private. I wil take that as well.
It is believed that scenario will be played out. The management team is a bunch of highly talented NASDAQ types of personalities. They will be back there.
That would make me a millionaire, even after capital gains tax is paid. I will take that.
But..... My sell orders are in for $5.
No temptation to sell. Would have loved to buy more.
I think most of us in here are looking to long this at least weeks, months, and some possibly even years. I don't want to speak for everyone, but I don't care where this goes while we are stagnant and waiting for news. Everybody that is long is betting that when news does come out, it will be overly positive. Whether that's in one hour, one day, one week, or one month.... I will be here. Sure, the longer we go without any news the stock could drop slowly. But news has to come at some point.
From a pure company standpoint. I feel very positive that this management team is going to turn this around.
Last chance to get in before news comes out. The last time they put out news was 2 Fridays ago at 5:30 PM.
Get your tickets now!
Good one. You get one point for a very well thought out intellectual response.
I'd like to think he was doing just fine before he came here.
What do you have to say about the management team here? Why are they here then? They all took the jobs while this puppy was on the way down. They didn't send it here. Why would they have taken the jobs?
One year and a day buddy. Long term capital tax rate is 10-15% right now compared to short term cap gains at your ordinary income rate. Hold a year with all these gains. Saves a bit on the tax bill.
They sold them to me. Broke it out into a 22k and 10k order. Took a few minutes though. I use Schwab and they are always filled within seconds if I hit the ask. Not this time though. There has to be a tight leash on these shares. Simple law of supply and demand.
