Hi LMU...will you be looking for that island to buy when SMME makes its move...? :)
I've been as quite as the CEO. :) Not much to mention here. Just waiting for news. I'm not concerned with the speed of growth here. Any start-up company has so many hurdles to overcome. I'm still very positive and recently added 100K at $.003.
I've also been affected by the district court decision re: Smartmetric (SMME). Still 99% positive on it and believe in a Federal Appeals decision favorable to us. But with the anticipation of a different ruling and having been waiting for a GREAT return on the stock I've just needed to step back and listen.
Thanks for comment. Nice to know I'm being listened to, for good or ill!! :)
Not only was the volume nice, but looking at the number of trades tells me MANY buyers got in. Average volume per trade was, this is just a wild stab at simple math, about 3000 shares per trade. So SMME seems to have added a number of NEW investors!!!
I, too, have pondered the meaning and purpose of that post....too obtuse for me. Please decipher...
Thanks Chaya and Duke for the official papers...I'm evermore hopeful of a VERY positive outcome...
If AS means authorized shares it has nothing to do with the market value of the stock or confidence.
Outstanding shares times price per share equals market value.
AND if you are suggesting that shareholders give up/turn in their stock so the price would go up that is unrealistic. No one would do that... If the company could buyback shares, that would help the price...
I think you are overly concerned with the price of the stock...My suggestion is to take advantage of it and BUY more. Whether it is $.004 or $.04 99% of investors would not look at the stock. When revenues begin to add up and a possible RS takes place to put the PPS over $5 pps more investors can then purchase the floating shares which will also help the PPS rise...
Penny2Dime...
why do you think lowering the number of shares is a good thing?? Having 20,000 shares at $.003 is valued at $60.00.
Having 20 shares at $3 is valued at $60. And the difference???
I once owned a stock that did a RS to pump up the price and within a week the per share price have fallen to near where it was when the RS took place....
Merry Christmas to all....
It seems to me we now know why there was a quiet period recently....Chaya had been working on upgrading the product and signigicantly reducing the cost to produce it. Seems to me the time was well spent.
I noticed she spent some time on the websites as well. Glad to hear sales are up and running with the improved MKR. It's been a long wait...really long for many...but it seems 2014, will be a telling year for all of us. SMME will be running on all areas.
My question to all is this:
Will the Europeans or the Americans be the first to embrace this 22nd Century technology???? :) :) Thanks Chaya for your inventions....
At $2/ahare QUTR's market value would be $4.4 BILLION. I think that is unlikely. My quess, without a reverse split, is a max of $.50/share....a market value of $1.1 Billion....
That's a lot of "tons"...:) I recently added 100K...got just over 300K
Would that be 2000? :)
I think it would be helpful for all if any posters/investors were buyers of the MKR and could let us know of their experience. Anyone????
I'm interested...did you buy one and did you receive it if you did buy one??? How long did it take to receive it and were the instructions easy to use? Have you use it and does it function well??
Smartmetric website is up and running....
My only point is this: In a corporation there are Invetors; workers; and managers/decision makers.
Before Investors invest in a company not only should the product/products of the company be evaluated for potential profit, but so should the management team/decision makers and workers be evaluated for their ability to get the product/products to market and make a profit.
There are many examples of a good product that does not seem to maximize profits because of management/decision makers' policies and performance. That is when another "team" comes in, perhaps buys out the company, or at least changes policy and "turns the company around".
As investors we are like the kid looking through the window at the candy in front of him, unable to go in and buy it. We are passive in the process. When we invested in SMME we knew the products; we were aware of the management/decision makers. We placed our money on the hope of both and now, I am suggesting, that we all just not burden the management/decision maker--no "s"--with added stress.
I am sure everyone of us had that "empty stomach" feeling when the judge recently ruled against us. I know I did. Well I would submit that Chaya and the officers of SMME had it much worse. Their disappointment was undoubtably worse than any of us ever felt. But they reevaluated and are now moving forward with what they believe is the best route to take....with the litigation AND THE distribution of the products that will impact the world. They know more than we do.....so lets just not add stress to their life and trust that they are doing what it will take to catapult SMMME stock to heights not yet seen....
The decision makers.
My friends and fellow SMME investors--If I may add my "pennies worth of thought" here:
If my reading between the lines is correct I suspect negotiations for the sale and distribution of the MKR by a major drug store chain would result in a significant infusion of money. I believe it has been stated more than once that such talks are in progress. I believe the ONE day sale of thousands of MKRs was only a show of interest to the potential distributor. I recall, too, that such interest is world wide and involves more than just a company in America. I believe also that it was stated that some changes to the MKR were going to be made--perhaps suggested by the potential distributor.
These negotiations take time and each step forward is predicated by the decision that preceeds it--in other words: SMME can move forward only as fast as the other side allows them too with each decision and agreement they come to.
Secondly, the increased distribution of general information regarding the bio-card recently released only tells me, as I read between the lines, that things are moving forward behind the scenes. Such information distribution is NOT done to appease shareholder anxiety, but to call attention, I believe, to the role of the product in the marketplace.
I live in San Diego, CA, and our football team has never won a Super Bowl championship---we keep saying, "Next year". I know many of those who post here have been saying the same words---"Next Year". Like us in San Diego, CA, I can only suggest we SMME investors look forward, with great hope, to next year....and trust our management team is doing what is necessary to bring the products to market and the suit to a conclusion.
Who did you stop talking with and why???
Do you know that they haven't??
I, too, have met and spoken with the people at CAA and they have always been high on Quture...Can't believe they would have sold any shares at those ridiculous prices...
OOOOOPs....I've been had. The MKR WILL NOT BE DEMONSTRATED ON THE SHARK TANK PROGRAM...
SORRY....
I've asked the poster of it for the time...but no response. I may have been played the fool... It may have only been a sarcastic comment to the 5 million dollar funding...SORRY. But if not I certainly will.
Welcome to the forum...
Chaya reads this board and I'm certain will put that idea into the mix of other opportunities....
Often times when posters share the info from another site here it gets deleted....but I will try.
I read it on the SMME board on Yahoo...
No details were given...but I asked the poster for them. If they are given I will post them here.
I've just read that Chaya will be on the TV--tele--program Shark Tank. Not sure which product will be propossed==my guess is the MKR.
Shark Tank is a program inwhich an inventor pitches the product before a panal of rich people. If a panel member likes the product then negociations take place to arrive at an agreement between inventor and investor.
Good advertisement and possible funding.....
Wonder why Ihub has not posted the news release??
My fellow investors...
We seem to continue to beat the same dead horse over and over. Though I hold only 13,ooo shares of SMME, at an average price of about $.40, it is, none-the-less 80% of my retirement funds...we can laugh about the details of that when we meet "down under".
There are as many avenues of progress/moving forward with the future of SMME as there are investors. That is why there are Board meetings--corporate, not message. To discuss the many avenues forward which will best allow the company to suceed and thus enrich the investors with monetary reward.
I can only repeat what I believe and have said in the past: We invest--management manages. To continue to raise our voices at management at the progess--be it fast or slow, SMME is progressing--only adds stress to management and perhaps may cause them to move too quickly at the detriment of the company's success.
It has been stated: RE: MKR: there are talks with institution or institutions about the sale of it through channels other than and maybe in addition to the internet. When an institution is going to commit millions of dollars in a nationwide distribution program they do not make such a decision quickly...thought, TIME and discussion are all part of the process.
RE: THE CARD: 2014, seems to be the time that was indicated by Chaya for production to begin. As with any special/custom equipment that is to be built it NEVER goes as planned. So any discussion of the card's release before then is really moot. AND let me add that with the recent release of biocard related news I can only believe that such is a forward to more information specific to SMME card to come...
None of us investors think that Chaya is doing anything less than giving her full attention toward the future success of SMME. She is flying around the world to make things happen. She knows the details of the progress of SMME's three avenues of future success...let's just trust her and the management to do their job and to inform us of the progress when allowable while we dream of things to do while in Australia....
I am in the dark as to the specifics of "the Offer".
Either I missed it or it was deleted. What offer is being made by SMME?--debt, stock??
Is it fact or rumor?
Please let me know...Thanks...
We know from past announcements by Chaya that entities are interested in the biometric card and talking with Chaya about it.
We know, too, for the same reasons, that the production facility for the card is being completed and will be up and running by the end of 2013, or early 2014.
We are aware, also, from our psychology classes in school, that behavior has meaning. To the point: frequent news releases regarding the biometric card and where it will fit into today's world have taken place.
When I put this all together I come up this conclusion: Relativly soon--weeks, months--we will hear news about the biometric card SMME has developed...and we will be very happy.
Glad to have you back among the nice guys, Mate. I've shared the video with about 10 of my friends. Though it is not a professional job, it speaks well of the product. It is my thought that in about 2-3 we will learn of a deal with the drug store chain selling the MKR and then a more professional video made by the company may arise. But for now, I give thumbs up to the guy who made it!!
Great job....what a tech genius you are!!! Hope many of us will share it with there friends and family....
POTTSVILLE....GLAD YOU ARE BACKKKK!!!
Thanks to you and BB for the info...It could be a REALLY nice Thanksgiving this year....
If that video was on YouTube it could send sales of the MKB super high....can you do that or is that where you found it?
Glad to have you as a poster. How long did it take you to receive the MKR? Did you have an invoice number? We are wondering how many of them were sold.
Having viewed the video helps many of us see the dynamic and wonder of the product.... Thanks to whoever did...
Are you an investor? If so, how long??
Greetings Mate...yes it is. The court's decision also seems to me to infer that IF V/MC are not liable because they did not "issue" the cards...which the Federal Appeals Court will now decide the validity of that statement or not--then those who DID issue the cards...BIG BANKS...ARE LIABLE. Either way SOMEONE is liable for the infringment...which means BIG BUCKS for SMME.
AND if V/MC are ruled to be liable for the infringment...we can still go after the BANKS... Looking forward to seeing the Land downunder....
You've said it well. My plans are on hold...not cancelled. I agree with you regarding the judge's decision--the patent is real and valid...usage of the card does infringe on the patent. Banks and/or the credit card companies will be paying for the infringment...and that will mean BIG rewards... Thanks Chaya for sharing the wealth!!!
You are correct....watch out BofA, Chase, Wells ...
Save a spot at that table for me....
Yep...it is real; the biometric card is real; and the company is real.....I never had a doubt. :)
If it was sold at .03/share that would be a 1000% (10X) increase from today's close. THAT is good money. I bought at .034 some time ago. I still expect to make money on that investment.....
