This is a tight circle and niche market (but not really) in its current state, hard to think there is not a significant amount of inner workings/dealings going on between industry peers/partners.

Someone on Stocktwits also mentioned Polaris is significantly involved in Vectura, as well as Pulmatrix obviously.
