$NTEK
I will be definitely getting back in tomorrow after getting out early February at .0225 from my original position at .0047. As I expected there was going to be a pull back but I never thought to this point.
NTEK is fundamentally sound and I will be buying a "HUGE" position come the end of week. I have never dropped the amount of coin on any penny stock that i will be dropping on NTEK but I do feel that David Foley has been very transparent and forthcoming with investors. NTEK will be my retirement fund in 5 years and I am very confident in saying so.

Pusher and SPM555, (JMO) $MJWL will have it's day sooner rather than later and when she starts to run it will be big. These guys actually have a "BUSINESS" and customers that they are servicing. I am definitely looking to grab more lowbie shares and wait for the top to blow off this one.
$MJWL GO and GLTA on this future play.
$MJWL$
I think once MJWL submit their financials we will see a little pick up in volume. Very interested to see what the new "float" will be. I will be trying to get some ones next week, I think they must have the 10-K completed/submitted by 15 April. Would be nice to see this old girl start to run after 9 months of virtually np activity.

Questions and Answers with Damon G. Barber, President and Chief Executive Officer of Prospect Global Resources
BY PR Newswire
— 2:20 PM ET 03/13/2013
DENVER, March 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Prospect Global Resources, Inc. (PGRX) , which on March 7, 2013, announced the appointment of Damon G. Barber as President and Chief Executive Officer, today released the following Question and Answer discussion with Mr. Barber:
-Question: Last Thursday, the Company and Apollo Global Management, LLC (APO) mutually terminated the financing agreement that they had announced last November. What happened?
-Answer: As we have disclosed in our most recent 10-Q and 8-K filings with the SEC, we came to realize that it would have been unlikely we would be able to satisfy all of the closing conditions to the Apollo financing. Subsequently, there were concerns about Prospect Global's ability to obtain the necessary shareholder approvals for the financing. Even if all conditions precedent to closing the transaction were met or waived, we would not have expected receipt of any proceeds from the Apollo financing until sometime in late 2013 or early 2014. Therefore, the company and Apollo decided the best path forward was to terminate it.
-Q. The company faces significant debt maturities in the near term. How are you addressing that issue?
-A. We are in active negotiations with our debt holders and believe that these negotiations will be productive.
-Q. What's next?
-A. We continue to develop our Holbrook Basin project and are actively pursuing financing options. I have had success in developing mining projects in the past, and I believe we will be quite successful with the Holbrook project. The Holbrook project remains an excellent asset, in an industry with strong fundamentals.
-Q. You were elevated to Chief Executive Officer last Thursday, but there was no word about your predecessor, Patrick L. Avery. Can you explain?
-A. The Company asked Pat Avery to stay on as a Senior Advisor, and I am pleased to say that he has accepted that role. I value Pat's expertise and his deep familiarity with our American West Potash resource. I expect to benefit from that knowledge.
-Q. What are your views on the opportunity you've been given?
-A. I am extremely excited about the opportunity to lead the development of Prospect Global Resources (PGRX). The fundamentals of the project and the potash mining industry are tremendous for potential value creation. I am grateful that the Board has given me this opportunity to build North America's next potash company and mine. We have an excellent team working across engineering, geology, permitting, logistics, finance, and operations and continue to make great strides.

MJWL was going to be my "WHAT IF" play for this year but after no responses from the company I decided to just let my current 12.5m holding be it.
I know that something is in the works by the vague posting that they have on their FB page but I can't bet the farm on their stock moving anytime in the next 6 months.
I am hopeful that it will, seeing that I got in on the bottom floor it would still put a little change in my pocket..
How is running multiple coffee store outlets considered a "scam"? Just asking because I thought that was called doing business...
MJWL?
I have been trying to get filled myself with E-trade also. I guess I better call them also because yesterday I attempted to buy 4mil shares but never got filled.
The last bit of info can be found on MJWL's Facebook page and this was the last company post: [url]https://www.facebook.com/MAJICWHEELSCORP?fref=ts[/tag]

Denise (Denise S. Houghtaling)and Mark (Mark Houghtaling) just got back from the annual College Hunks Franchise Training and convention. It was a packed 3 day event. They are excited about implementing all the new systems.
I wonder what new systems are they talking about? I emailed (info@majicwheelscorp.com)the office but never got a response and phone calls ((239) 997-3867)) also go unanswered.
BCCI!!!
I do agree with you, the MM's (Shorts) are definitely trying to shake the hell out of the BCCI tree and thus far not doing to good of job at it. I do think BCCI has a good chance to make it to the next level but I want people to look at the move to a bigger board as a "half marathon" and not the 40 yard dash.
BCCI wont be there in a week, or two weeks, or three weeks even. I'm in this for a while to say the least as I have already covered my initial investment from .023 and now riding the wave.
Very nice post Sir, people need to stop assuming that this will be getting up-listed to the NASDAQ in a week or two as this will not be the case.
This company will however make all attempts to get closer to NASDAQ compliance as possible over the next 2qtrs. (JMO) GO BCCI!!!!
I can see that, I think I'll try to pick up another 4m-5m tomorrow for the just in case. Hopefully I can get them at 0.0001 and not 2 :)
Well I have been trying to get information out of the company now for over 3 months and "NOTHING". I do see through eTrade that Majic Wheels has an earnings report "unconfirmed" for 03/03/2013. I wouldn't hold my breath on that but if it shows any profits there just may be a little movement shortly afterwards.
I am glad I bought in at $1.90 yesterday :)
Looking to buy more in the $2.40 - $2.50 range. Not really sure if it will dip that much but hope is always a good thing :)
It gaped to $2.81 yesterday but it was only for a couple trades then it pulled back fast.
I am definitely buying the dips today.

First Law Suit has been filed:
Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP Files Class Action Suit Against Affymax, Inc.
BY Business Wire
— 7:02 PM ET 02/27/2013
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP (“Robbins Geller”) (http://www.rgrdlaw.com/cases/affymax/) today announced that a class action has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of purchasers of Affymax, Inc. (AFFY) common stock during the period between December 8, 2011 and February 22, 2013 (the “Class Period”).
If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than 60 days from today. If you wish to discuss this action or have any questions concerning this notice or your rights or interests, please contact plaintiff’s counsel, Samuel H. Rudman or David A. Rosenfeld of Robbins Geller at 800/449-4900 or 619/231-1058, or via e-mail at djr@rgrdlaw.com. If you are a member of this class, you can view a copy of the complaint as filed or join this class action online at http://www.rgrdlaw.com/cases/affymax/. Any member of the putative class may move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff through counsel of their choice, or may choose to do nothing and remain an absent class member.
The complaint charges Affymax (AFFY) and certain of its officers and directors with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Affymax (AFFY) is a California-based biopharmaceutical company whose primary drug offering is Omontys (peginesatide) Injection for the treatment of anemia in chronic kidney disease in adult patients on dialysis. The Company has a strategic alliance agreement with Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc. and Takeda Global Research & Development Center, Inc. (collectively, “Takeda”), to develop and commercialize Omontys. Takeda is also charged as a defendant in the action.
The complaint alleges that during the Class Period, defendants issued materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company’s business practices and financial results. Specifically, the complaint alleges that defendants failed to disclose that 2% of patients who were administered Omontys experienced hypersensitivity reactions resulting in anaphylaxis, a serious and life-threatening allergic reaction, a third of which needed medical intervention – and that 0.02% of those administered the drug experienced fatal anaphylaxis reactions. As a result of these false statements, the Complaint alleges that Affymax (AFFY) stock traded at artificially inflated prices during the Class Period, reaching a high of $27.74 per share in intraday trading on October 17, 2012.
Then, on February 23, 2013, Affymax (AFFY) and Takeda announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) was requiring a total recall of the drug due to reports of anaphylaxis, with the FDA calling it a “serious and life-threatening” allergic reaction in the agency’s statement. “Serious and fatal” hypersensitivity reactions had been reported in some patients within 30 minutes of receiving their first doses of the drug by intravenous injection, the FDA said in its statement. On this news, the price of Affymax (AFFY) stock declined by more than 85%, closing at $2.42 per share, down $14.10 per share from the prior night’s close, on unusually high trading volume.
Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of all purchasers of Affymax (AFFY) common stock during the Class Period (the “Class”). The plaintiff is represented by Robbins Geller, which has expertise in prosecuting investor class actions and extensive experience in actions involving financial fraud.
Robbins Geller represents U.S. and international institutional investors in contingency-based securities and corporate litigation. With nearly 200 lawyers in nine offices, the firm represents hundreds of public and multi-employer pension funds with combined assets under management in excess of $2 trillion. The firm has obtained many of the largest recoveries and has been ranked number one in the number of shareholder class action recoveries in MSCI’s Top SCAS 50 every year since 2003. According to Cornerstone Research, the firm’s recoveries have averaged 35% above the median for all firms over the past seven years (2005-2011). Yep here we go guys...GO NTEK and I got more .02's :)
I was like that last week and decided to just drop $7K in on Monday so that I could have some wiggle room between NTEK and a couple other plays:)
Say it ain't so...
Awe don't say that ezillionaire, I got another 250K yesterday and want to get another 500K between today and tomorrow at these basement prices..

Buying more on the dips today and tomorrow, please feel free to dump your shares so that I can get more NTEK!!!!!!!

YES!!!!! Got another 100K shares happy happy joy joy :)
WOW!!! NITE @.0023 and .00235...
Looks like NITE and BMAK are walking her down a bit, time to load up again :)
GLTU also, I have called the office with no response, sent multiple emails with no response and even resorted to asking for company info on their Facebook page and still no response from these guys.
A little shareholders info would go a long way at this point, but it's only wishful thinking at this time.
Well it was only 1 but I guess it's at least good to see someone buy-in regardless of how little. I am hoping this girl takes of in the next few months, I have been sitting on a boat load of shares now for a while :(
GO NTEK!!
Hey guys look at NTEK's trading pattern since December. This is looking pretty damn sweet IMO. You have a 300%+ gain for a week, then you trade sideways for a week, another 175%+ gain week, then sideways again for another week and it looks to continue. Got to love slow and steady if you want to consider this slow :)
Correct, by the end of the day today is what was said. Not early morning...
