Only 7/10ths of 1% of all stock was sold today by a just a very few according to chart. Strong revenue stream, profits great. Even with the consolidation of today chart technicals still showing a buy signal, and for 2 1/2 months straight except for 2 days as a hold... https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/ACGX ... HUGE! Bring the QR and launch of pps!
Excellent post! technicals show this will pop right back, always does on low volume. Shows shares are held pretty tightly. Seen it happen 1000 times. Only and impatience and patience are needed for a complete back and fill on a chart. HUGE!
Yes, the technicals of the chart are saying low volume shakeout of just a couple of traders. Revenues strong, assets and profits still intact. And just a day closer to QR. HUGE! I added shares 4.5 months ago for the Q that's coming within the next couple of weeks. Looking very good.
Totally agree.
Hope we get a big surprise from an existing customer... https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/kr/financials ...this would do just fine :)
I hear ya on that one!

Here is Jordan at a more formal event, and a great listen...
Anyday :)
That's quite a learning curve. But it's really valuable down the road. Makes a good chart a good road map, not to mention honing the mouse click to common sense :)
Thanks, I fixed it, still had 5 min. I have letter dysfunction at times. I have to preview at least 2-3 times to catch all my typos. And then still some get away from me :)
Anythings possible. If they they like the social structure and ease of use, it would take nothing to implement into an existing infrastructure in one their many developing projects at their think tank. They don't miss anything. Besides Daymond John is a household name and if the CEO of Chase bank likes what he sees that won't miss Apples eyes... https://www.pscp.tv/w/1yoJMkbBZyXKQ ...Com'on Apple!
Excellent post!
Sweet, good to hear!
Well, I don't know what you all think...but 18 mill isn't speculation! Very nice indeed!
I bought all my groceries at Krogers for 2 weeks last yr while on vacation and they had fresh cut pineapple and melon. They may have changes, but they have people packaging tons of items at stores, especially if its just ripe and doesn't have a lot of shelf life, they can cut, drop in a vit c bath and package for sale. Color and taste stay great...revenues
We're closer than we were, and holding steady...https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/ACGX ...Very Nice!
Yes Krogers buys from Driscoll and may not rebrand their products that we know of. But if they do have personalized labeling on clamshells from produce vendors it is always put on by the vendors for Krogers before it is shipped ...then they come right off a reefer truck from the vendor to the stores. Driscoll does however buy tens of millions of clamshells and ship them to stores regardless of what label they put on. And Krogers directly buys tens of millions of clamshells to have their own employees cut and package fruits on site at store locations by their employees. That's good retail mgmt! And great for ACGX revenues as we have authenticated!
Again, how would you or anyone here know that? At least I have never read where the company has stated those details, but I will email ACGX and find out. But it doesn't matter. What matters is how the company is being managed and that the revenues and rev pipeline is strong and profits are here now, along with the close of conversions. Now I don't know where the company has aprox 6.7 mill in assets parked, but I do believe the company is running a lean machine and if they make more money by leasing warehouses than paying a mortgage, taxes, and SID's I am all for it. These guys are not business slouches running ACGX. That's what is important for me, but thanks for your thoughts on the issue.
And how old is the information, and when was it last updated. A massive amount of information on searches are at least 5 yrs or older, as I have experienced that it takes a lot to weed out that info. So as far as I'm concerned it's not accurate, unless verified by the company. On top of that they moved to expand their business from 195 Aviation Way years ago to the newer location, the news may be that old, just don't know. But what we do know, and the main things I'm concerned with is the ACGX revenue stream going forward and the strong pipeline as such. Now on a separate matter, at least (I think its important anyways) is in the fact they have moved to be within 2 doors down from Driscoll or about 100 ft from the Driscoll front door entrance according to Google maps. So when I read that T.J. Sprague CEO of Abcon has has said of their agreement with ACGX "so both our companies can grow" That is HUGE! The revenues and profits are what is important, and they are intact and growing.
ACGX: Back and fills are great for the pps, I guess that's what shakeout means on the chart. After 10 years in business ACGX has a strong buy... https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/ACGX ...patience is golden when we have the most undervalued ticker in OTC!
ACGX: For us longs revenues from this happy customer couldn't look better... https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/kr/financials ..HUGE! and especially going forward with those 6 ACGX distribution warehouses.
ACGX: Bring on that QR!... looking for more revenues from a lot of players... https://www.paulmitchell.com/all-products/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=paul%20mitchell%20products&utm_campaign=Paul%20Mitchell&gclid=Cj0KCQiAzMDTBRDDARIsABX4AWx8EgbO4QPfHoZr03_7Z_pWPnCW8K6I7MgBnJm323JC5TF5TnYWNZEaApAHEALw_wcB ...hoping we set the bar higher and fully expect some adding to the stream.
ACGX: Also about ABCON: after talking to one of the Spragues in person this morning I did verify that they they have head offices in Watsonville, and their main facility is in Salinas, CA 2 doors down from nationally known berry produce retailer Driscoll. Driscoll ships berries to almost every store in the country. A lot of business...like possibly 10's of 1000's of stores carry their products. Including Coscto, Krogers, and many many others as I alluded to in past posts ... https://www.google.com/maps/uv?hl=en&pb=!1s0x808e1aebe4b73159:0x4edfd0a64685014b!2m22!2m2!1i80!2i80!3m1!2i20!16m16!1b1!2m2!1m1!1e1!2m2!1m1!1e3!2m2!1m1!1e5!2m2!1m1!1e4!2m2!1m1!1e6!3m1!7e115!4s/maps/place/abcon%2Bproducts%2Bsalinas%2Bca/@36.9120919,-121.7834926,3a,75y,85.22h,90t/data%3D*213m4*211e1*213m2*211sqcQc5_3FoTB_Ugx5TCsh1w*212e0*214m2*213m1*211s0x808e1aebe4b73159:0x4edfd0a64685014b!5sabcon+products+salinas+ca+-+Google+Search&imagekey=!1e2!2sqcQc5_3FoTB_Ugx5TCsh1w&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjKi8j2tuPZAhUhS2MKHbQOBrkQpx8IcTAK ...also I got a reply back from Mr. Sorkin on Abcon revenues...quote "As for Abcon I am not sure of their overall size but would assume they are significantly larger than a million dollar company". So as far I can see the strong revenues pipeline really is legit as thought, and the business done with the likes of Krogers, Chick Fill A, Paul Mitchell Products, ect. ect. are the real deal. The Abcon agreement is important in the fact that as the pr states " will help grow both our companies". So, it all comes back to Know what you own! Huge.
Well, at least it proves beyond any shadow of doubt they aren't a pump machine. That's why I'm here with pps just a bit above gross profits. NICE!
So with that said this info just looks even better than it did before........... https://finance.yahoo.com/news/alliance-creative-group-acgx-abcon-160024053.html ...very nice! HUGE!
ACGX: On the fact that plastic clamshells are being sold and delivered by ACGX to customers is absolutely TRUE (nice!) And to me is important because it is a part of the revenue stream because of the large demand nationwide. Anyways I finally got some feedback from Mr. Sorkin on plastic clamshells in an email. Quote: "we do not create the clamshells up in our facility, but we partner up with other larger manufacturers for that" This explains how they are able to deliver large amounts of these to folks like Krogers who have an insatiable demand for them in their produce line in their 2,778 stores (exact figure). And also why having the 6 strategically place warehouses which are in NY, MASS, NC, FL, WI, and Illonois make the logistics of getting those products from the producer to the warehouse and from the warehouse to Kroger, Chick Fill A, ect. ect so timely and promptly. This gives a lot of credibility to the business style ACGX has and goes a long ways in showing how smart they are at being leveraged marketing managers of upscale finished products, and keep their business card shiny and in good shape. Also it shows the savings at the bottom line in keeping the warehouses with inventory by having their own trucking company. I thought that was a necessity before it was acquired and was very happy to see that addition when it came, and even more so now. So the bottom line is trucking not only creates its own revenues of 5 mill, but also I believe is integral in helping make a lot more cash on the packaging side because of the reasons I mentioned. So... ACGX! Huge QR Coming!
ACGX: and DD. Well DQ as longs and being surrounded by a world of pump I try to dig up as much info as I can on things to verify or reveal internals. Sometimes without direct info from the company on things I use deduction and do make a few assumptions based on the little I have which is accurate. At times my assumptions aren't accurate, but are still based on actual earnings and profits coming from a legitimate source. These are the important facts that impact the bottom line. That being said I did get some
more answers coupled with DD I found and may put a few assumptions in to pull things together for a clearer picture of the inner workings of the company. At least for myself it helps me hold a long position. And seeing the company itself doesn't do many pr's, it's not a bad thing to do. So, with that said I'm going to continue on with my form of DD albeit with a disclaimer of possible assumptions which don't deviate from the fact the revenues pipeline is strong going forward. And this backed up by QR's. :)
Yes :) Well heading out to a job for a few, have a great eve kc !
Nice! Easy to miss. Very important fundamental. And now with own revenues :)
Testing the Rock..ette!
Nice! Have to agree on that consolidation, looking very good. Glad to have you aboard again :)
ACGX: and Abcon are among the hundreds of companies that are in niche markets they have developed over the years that don't feel the need or want to spend advertising dollars on drumming up business at other websites. ACGX makes great packaging, and has for years. They have developed great marketing relationships over the last 10 years with many of their customers. The organic growth the Coo has talked about is slowly starting to appear! .012 and on as the revenues move higher and the float stays stable.
ACGX: Chart starting to look even stronger after today's close. Very very nice consolidation pattern for next BOOM UP!... https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/ACGX ...longs are talking with the mouse.
Nice post, I had to do more DD. I crossed over some of my info with Kroger and Abcon. But Kroger is truly huge, Abcon is on the other hand smaller, but is expanding and works with packaging for some major berry retailers and even have moved their location virtually next door to Driscoll, known nationwide as a large fruit retailer. No one from these partnerships helps us with the DD we are looking for. They are annoyed and hate 100's of investors taking up their phone time to ask questions about moving, how much are their revenues, and even sometimes change their phone numbers just so they can get work done and communicate with their customers. ACGX is good. I think the QR will not disappoint in anyway.
I'm not sure, you probably know more than I on that subject. But I have some great DD for Monday that at least gives me huge peace of mind owning these shares and staying long for much higher prices. DD is major league important, because if its good it completely blows away smoke and reveals the truth that you are indeed making a great choice and knowing what you own even better. The entire staff of ACGX is the real deal and so are all their clients. False statements and accusations against ACGX and managment are allowed here, but they are still false. End of story. Incredible company, makings of a OTC growth stock right here. Managagement have great business sense and have pulled out of the toxic debt hole very cleanly I believe. ACGX!
Amazing how far TDA has come in gaining market share of traders over the last 15 years.
I'm on TDA think or swim, and shows a close at 24.
Excellent Post, Totally Agree!
