Endo Tokes are of no interest to the tobacco companies. If RTON is dependant on a buyout by them then it's a bust.
I HAVEN'T A CLUE!
A suppressed post on the other board: we are in a organized quiet time. GHS hasn't really had to unload shares lately for whatever reason(a good thing)- which is helping keep a floor under the share price for now(we would be much lower if they were dumping).
You must have missed the recent increase of 36,677,352 in the O/S to 326,196,913. That is an 11.2% increase.
Don't you know the way to Amazon?
Outstanding Shares increased from 289,519,561 to 326,196,913
Your post doesn't make any sense as regards RMHB's approved CBD beverages in Mexico. Marijuana - whether legal or illegal - has nothing to do with it.
It's not opinion, it's fact.
Then what might or might not happen about THC cannabis in Mexico is not relevant.
Once again you are confusing the general THC cannabis position with the fact that CBD Life has approval to market CBD beverages. The real interest is whether they can sell them open slather in supermarkets, convenience stores etc. or are restricted to selling them in pharmaceutical outlets.
The company stooge on the other board laid the groundwork ahead of the 8-K that the accounting firm was slack completing the audit and needed to be replaced. The seed was sown so that when it was announced the true believers immediately "knew" that it was because of their inefficiency.
RMHB are going to look pretty silly if the new firm still won't accept the financials as presented to them or they will only sign off on them as being highly qualified.
One reason for not passing could be the handling of sales by private labels as being treated as 100% RMHB's revenues whereas the revenues might be assignable to the private firms. Just guessing, because Welch used to carry on about the huge revenues RMHB was going to report from the Mexican sales.
What are you talking about?
New Auditor Appointed
https://sec.report/Document/0001663577-20-000376/
"Prior to retaining the New Accountant, the Company did not consult with the New Accountant regarding either: (i) the application of accounting principles to a specified transaction, either contemplated or proposed, or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on the Company’s financial statements; or (ii) any matter that was the subject of a “disagreement” or a “reportable event” (as those terms are defined in Item 304 of Regulation S-K)."
It looks likely that Prager Metis CPAs, LLC (the “Former Accountant”) was not prepared to sign off on the June Qtr accounts because of a substantial disagreement over their content or a reportable event and RMHB has resorted to dismissing them and trying a new auditor.
A disappeared post from the other board:
On the other hand the audit firm might not be prepared to sign off on the 2nd Qtr financials because they are not satisfied with the information they have been given. It is not a given that they are inefficient and tardy even though that explanation suits the faithful much better.

Complaining to this board won't get you anywhere. Try lifting your bid to .05 - when they make it to the NASDAQ (in line with your confident prediction) the difference will seem infinitesimal and you will kick yourself.
It's good to know your farting expertise helps you cope with your many investment failures.
BULLSHIT!
BULLSHIT!!
There are plenty of others playing the game. Do yourself a favor and put <hemp cigarettes> into google search. There is no reason to think Endo Tokes are leading the pack. They are a Jerry come lately brand.
You are right, it's old news now. A more up to date disaster would be a video of the dumped leaking cans.
How do you know Endo Tokes are not carcinogenic or are not dangerous to health in other ways ? The packaging carries the warnings:
Consult your doctor before using product.
No claims are being made that this product is safer than cigarettes.
They are an obscure Little League player that belongs in the Pennies. I am amused at those who think it can go from zero to hero in virtually one bound. Such people have little idea how long it usually takes to build up a solid business. What do we want to be? Millionaires!!! When do we want it? NOW!!!
Those cans aren't HEMPd. Raw Pharma had arrangements for canning product for other companies. The returns for the canning must have been rather ordinary for Raw Pharma to want to sell out to RMHB. They still have something like $1.25 million to pay to complete the purchase of the plant.
Was it some time this decade? You have been canoodling with Jerry a long time.
Big Tobacco has no interest in niche market hemp-burning pseudo-cigarettes like Endo Tokes and talk of takeovers of billions of dollars is plainly ridiculous. What is more the long term health effects of inhaling smoke from burning hemp leaves which contain very many compounds is not known and the packets carry the warnings:
Consult your doctor before using product.
No claims are being made that this product is safer than cigarettes.
Organic Hemp does NOT mean safer hemp.
Where ignorance is bliss 'tis folly to be wise.
It's clear what the social media sites are on the other board. One guy there has practically a full-time job monitoring them and posting the links. Otherwise he says nothing and is a mute. All those ads have a psychedelic look in keeping with THC that the CBD pushers are hanging onto the coat tails of (get high, stay high etc.) and they are heavily aimed at the juvenile crowd.
The video could be mirror reflected. Her name Estefi on the neck bracelet is also reversed. The name reversals could be meant to be a bit of a giggle and eye-catching. I don't know if the cans have paper labels (I thought the cans are themselves printed) but if they do then inside out labels might explain it as you suggest.
It's not there now. A thoughtful post that rationally considered matters was deemed to be subversive by the ruling junta and had to go. Reality based posts that don't view RMHB through rose-tinted spectacles are too dangerous to last.
I covered that in my #98656. The girl facilitator did not name OXXO at all either at 8.50 or any other place in the video where she talked about tenditas and farmacias stocking the California drinks. The single "OXXO" was an aside contributed by the clown sitting beside her who gratuitously butted in with the name in an unconvincing way.
The girl who led the video at no point stated the drinks are available in OXXO. It would be very strange for her not to mention them as the principal "influencer" doing the video for which she presumably received a fee.
Nobody else seems to think it odd that the branding on the California cans is back to front. It looks like there has been a faultily branded batch produced at some point and she has been given some of them as payoff.
A very sensible post on the other board that is worth repeating here:
Look I’m 50k shares deep and want the best for rmhb. I have 25 yrs n the beverage industry so I know a little.. owning there own canning facility is good to control you’re supply chain but not a must. We get our monster from a local co packer. Does anyone know there name.. no... because it’s the brands that generate the big dollars not the grower and sellers. Celsius which everyone is comparing and also bang energy all use co packers. I want to see them build there own brands. Private label is good for incremental revs but not gonna get you to the promise land.. I enjoyed reading that list of local stores in Dallas who stock our brands. Not liking the still out of stock sparkling line on there site should’ve resolved that by now.
The wholly-owned HEMPd brand has so far failed to get much traction in the market (and neither did its predecessor Rocky Mountain High).
A reply on the other board to #65102:
The girl influencer who was doing the promotion did not name OXXO as would obviously have been very important for her to do if it were true. The boofhead sitting next to her intervened saying OXXO in a very offhand, by-the-way manner and he didn't sound at all sure about it.
So that is the fact Big OH, the influencer did not state OXXO and you have lied once again.
There has never been any credible report that the drinks are in OXXO as it would be big news if it were so.
The girl says at about 12.35 where California drinks can be bought and OXXO is NOT one of them. It's a deliberate falsehood to say that it is. I didn't suffer through all of the 29.13 long teenybopper video but jumped around a bit and if I remember rightly she said the same again at a later point.
Readers need to be extremely wary of a board that does not permit open discussion and rebuttals.
A claim is being made on the other board that California drinks can be bought at OXXO stores in Mexico but that is not supported by what the "influencer" girl says in the video (see #65059 and #65068). A quite reasonable request to state the time point in the video where OXXO is named has gone unanswered.
The branding on the California cans being exhibited is back to front which makes them appear to be another faulty batch.
I've heard a rumor they are researching reusable toilet paper. If they could be first in the field (like they were with CBD drinks in Mexico) shareholders would really clean up.
All those retail outlets for HEMPd being posted on the other board and yet sales of all RMHB product for Q1 were only a miserable $113,443
HEMPd drinks are obviously a non-event.
So what is your estimate? Give your figures for Q2 and for 2020 and we'll see how far out you were.
your 2020 estimate for RMHB (the doubled one) is way way low...
The place that shall not be named is kind of like a shelter for the bewildered with someone who thinks he is Napoleon in charge. Some of them have huge future returns from RMHB built into their retirement plans. If you believe something really, really, really hard it's sure to come true.
10-Q March 31 2020
Sales $113,443
General and Administrative Operating Expenses $584,069
Loss from Operations ($732,368)
Net Loss Attributable to Rocky Mountain High Brands ($979,622)
In March 2020, the Company produced and delivered 146,880 cans of Rocket High, California Limonada, and California Te Negro branded product to CBD Life. In July 2020 the customer informed the Company that numerous cans of the delivered product were leaking. The Company agreed to replace the entire production run at its own expense and accrued related costs of $68,648 as of March 31, 2020. The production-related costs, including start-up costs and production overruns, were approximately $109,000. The customer has not requested, and the Company has not offered, any refund of the sales amount or to provide any other consideration to the customer. The $80,194 sales amount is included in sales for the three months ended March 31, 2020.
Are you writing a jokebook on RMHB? You seem to deliver a lot of laughs. I liked that one about on the NASDAQ soon.
