Speculation. Company has not issue PR or other forms of notification that they in fact have contracts with those retailers.
Just speculation but if previous stated that bulbs would be in Wal-Mart and CVS this year is it possible ZVTK already has pending contracts with those stores. The delay may be making enough bulbs to supply the chain of stores. Thoughts?
Is the paint dry yet?
What news? She simply said sometime this year. Have to wonder how many bulbs will it take to supply Wal-Mart and CVS stores? How long will it take ZVTK to supply just these two stores? We're talking a lot of bulbs here.
I do believe the company should have never set a date as to when the bulbs would be in the retail stores. When they moved the month from May to Sept that was a downer to many. All they needed to say is "When the time is right......"
Good idea mickey. Also, instead of using a smoke filled room to demonstrate their product they should emphasis how the bulb can relieve algery suffering as millions of people have this problem, especially during the summertime.
Would be nice if ZVTK came out with a recessed ceiling light with the same technology. That type of lighting very popular now in newer homes.
Wonder what happen to CVS. A while back ZVTK made it sound as though CVS was practically a done deal, then it vanished.
It'll take heavy trading on the ask side to eat through the 0.0024. With 3B shares hanging over our heads and the long weekend it doesn't look very promising. I'll predict we close at 0.0022, 0.0022 x 0.0023.
Expect activity between 3:15 - 3:45. Should give indication of up or down.
I still think the major reason for the decline is that retail sales were changed from May to Sept. Of course the number outcome was a great disappointment that added fuel to the high expectations. I'm going to continuing holding as I think there's considerable over reaction to Monday's news. ZVTK has an impressive product that will be difficult for others to duplicate, of course that's depending on the patent's restrictions. I'll wait.
Anyone believe in "when there's blood in the streets buy"?
We'll start seeing some activity between now and 3:30
zevo, I'm also thinking does the company have enough money to supply retailers with bulbs?
I think that one of the main causes for the PPS drop is when the date for retail sales went from May to Sept.
I don't know about that provencial, possibly there's method behind his madness.
I believe it depends how the r/s is set up and what they intend to disperse the funds.
zevo, I believe companies showing a loss are required to include those statements with the report. They all have it.
For me zevo the numbers they posted in the 10Q simply didn't make sense considering all the advertising, as well as the company had previously stated that retail sales would begin in May. I will admit the PR's were deceiving (IMO). What good was all that advertising when only a limited number of bulbs were sold. That was a huge loss for them. Maybe the hand writing was on the wall and most of us missed it.
I don't know charlie, Etrade showing market cap at 4.77 with closing today at 0.0022.
Due to the 56% PPS decrease and market share loss I wouldn't be surprised to see a PR in the morning. Something to the affect that the company cannot explain the substantial PPS decrease, followed up by some fluff about the company. Their market cap is sitting at 4.77M, they need to do something to calm down investors. Anyone think the sell off was over reaction, or was it justified? I think over reaction. Growth potential was indicated in the 10Q. The O/S and back taxes need attention by the company.
I certainly agree arnold.
nooo arnold, one lesson I've learned is never try to catch a falling knife. I didn't sell into the panic because my total share position was only a shade over 400k. I'll hold to try and recoup some losses. My losses as of today were minimal compared to many others who unfortunately lost a lot more.
I hope many learned from this wake-up call yesterday. All the exgerated hype, not only from this MB but others as well, resulted in a huge disappointment among ZVTK investors who couldn't believe the final outcome (including myself). Lesson learned....."nothing is for sure except death and taxes. We tend to enjoy reading hype on a stock to support our investment decision, sometimes leading us to increase our position. Normally hype is nothing but unsubstantied exgerated views and comments. It's like a snowball rolling downhill, it continues to grow. So, what can we do about it? Actually nothing because of the excitment that it generates and falsely makes those dreams of new found wealth come closer to reality. It's entertaining and fun, until of course those ugly numbers appear. Then reality sets in, and our stomachs sink just like the stock. That's what investment is all about, excitment and disappointment. It'adictive and I love it.
ZVTK needs a serious partner to get the company moving.
May as well wait for smoke to clear.
Never said it did.
Well, if you just entered buy orders for tomorrow those orders will be deleted when AH closes.
Maybe I read it wrong but don't have 24 hours after the due date to file the extention?
Nope, same MM's
I guess we can assume if no PR today the company did in fact file for an extention....right?
Not here, just the normal routine, MM's taking their seats. I use Etrade BTW.
We'll know in an hour. If not 7 maybe 11. I'm just hoping they don't request an extention.
Nice recovery for DOW Futures.
I apologize Hocus Pocus, It's obvious I should have not implied such a thing. BTW, "Drama Queen" was a good lead in. GL today.
Interesting that hocus pocus misspelled Walmart (Wallmart) in his post. The Zevo FB misspelled the same way. The misspelling of Walmart doesn't even look right, how could two different people spell it wrong? Not a smoking gun but interesting just the same.
Looks like we had a shift change. West probably relieved the East.
Anyone with knowledge about how long it would normally take, from start to finish, to sign up a retail seller? Providing the company has all the requirements available.
Like the way you think zevo.
DOW futures down -89
