You are Correct.. And I have feeling that MGT., Is well aware if they just do what they do best in underwater sector, and stay the heck away from tying to be a savvy tech firm that buys and sells other firms. The stock will reflect with gains. WELL AWARE!!
Did you happen to hear how they plan on getting the cards out??
Will they be on a retail shelf somewhere. Or in a box of girl scout cookies? what is the plan to reach a stated goal.
What is the short term goal for getting the card into the market
place..
This is the information or type of information that I look for..
Heck I plan on having millions upon millions;
Ya know..
Please show me a plan..
Any Coders in the house??
http://code.google.com/p/ihnelmedicalrecord/source/browse/trunk/MedicalRecord/src/com/android/project/medicalrecord/MyMedicalRecord.java?spec=svn7&r=7
And where is it??
LOL sorr bout that. The # are there. Also any tech heads wondering
about the AL backbone for stuff we see.. check this out.

Figure someone must of ticked of a MM you think..
FOGLOL.. Who can answer to that.
For sure take time to stop by and talk with them..
Dig a bit deeper into the filings.
And I go to Cview about one time a month to drive by to see
what is going on. So drop me a line always like meeting Hubbers..

I have not researched the firm but the pr caught my eye..
and hope a long will pass on the suggestion..
Re : to Develop Asia Pacific Market Strategy; Digitizing Health Records a Priority,,
They are way behind the ball .. they need to contact MMRGlobal
and team up with them. will save them a ton of cash..
Sure.
Read Below picture of #'s
I will precursor with.. I am not an investment advisor.
I do my own investment analysis and choose to share what little
I know with the hope of gaining more knowledge on investing.
Anyway by looking at the above Numbers. I see a total number of
Sells during this period as 5177317
And to total Buys as 6653455
Giving the Buys an advantage of 1476138 shares..
This is without the MM Numbers.
And to be fair.. I will show you this also..
MM action.. 2788945 taken away from toatal Buys.. 1476138
Throwing us into a sell negative area of -1312807
overall .. But if you pull your acc/dis(acc distribution) line for that same period you can see that has an upward gain with a steady
plain at the moment. Which to me tells me that the MM's are holding
the shares they are getting at a premium for sell's latter in the game.
Now look at the price that the MM are getting each time they sell/buy shares.. as in reality they are Buying ..
Look at the spread.. from .0002 to as high as .0028 between the ask
and the price.(Think Profits). Now look at this if we wanted to add the MM into the buy side of things.
Take your retail buying 6653455 add in what the MM are getting at below the ask.. 2788945 and you get a total buy side of..
9442400 now take away the sell side of things.
We end up with Buy side of things @ +4265083
This matches up with the acc/dis line of things also. Btw.
And out of that whole period of time we only see one below ask
sell that does not involve a MM ..
12:45:48 which is the first sell you will see on the chart from top down..
So how is the PPS down. Because buyer is willing to buy below the ask a solid/largeer amount of shares and then lets the price run up a bit then sells a smaller lot a little below the ask to move the pps down and then hits another lot below the ask.
with the final amount of shares held building greater than what is sold while keeping the base cost below the average ask price. Pretty darn smart if you ask me.
But from the overall vol and price the seller is making the wrong call imho and could get a better price if they were willing. Anyway that is how I see it. Maybe I will learn different in the future. who knows.

(( At less than four cents, I hope NO ONE on this board is forced to sell though ))
Agree 100% This is still a speculative play. And anyone who has more in the game that they have to sell below the ask just to
get money should not be in this market. I use to say go buy divvy stocks. But Keep an close eye on the new Tax Law the government is going to slap a huge % Tax on those to. So divesting out of the markets is looking like something a lot of folks might have to do
just to keep gains they have on preferreds. But anyway the main point of that was there are more buys than sells overall in the time period that was shown.
And that is the history of this stock overall far as I can tell..
And as long as people are willing to sell below the ask the stock will remain in this trading range. So rephrasing my comment.
If you do not need to sell below the ask why do it.
Who is selling is not a concern to me the market is proving it is more than willing to cover those sells and even outpace them...
The market makers are getting shares at a premium and then selling them at ask. working the spread imho. So again why are people willing to let them do this?? Could it be that there are folks who
are here on this board and other boards who will do all that is needed to keep the level of doubt to the point where shareholders are willing to take that little loss based on a post or two..
The only way one can overcome that doubt is by solid research and
understanding of the product and the position this company is in.
There is more than enough solid DD that points to a bright future
for this firm.. IF and I say again, IF the medical professionals
see the product as a viable platform that will save both time and money, and will without a doubt keep the doctors in compliance and are willing to pay for the product then all is good.
And that is still the doubt factor. And that is why I say speculative.. Because until we as a Market can see the acceptance
of the product with proven sales. There will be room to purchase shares at a deflated price. But as soon as there is any indication
of sales backed with formal legal SEC filings. Then the game has changed and those who were played into selling below the ask will be on the sidelines or trying to catch. Up. That is how I see it..
Pilot
Was talking to someone yesterday..
This is what I was trying to tell you
But hey a picture is better...
Proof in the numbers. Plz folks don't let the chatter outweigh them.
Sell at ask or above. Selling below ask is killing you and helps
those who want to get as many cheep shares that they can. And so
far it has been like taking candy from a baby..
See Below
That sir is just why these two words are soooo important..
Hippa Certified .. Because doctors are not going to
read all that junk.. someone who is certified (both meanings)
will have to and then they will have to consult with a programmer
yada yada etc. etc.. and somewhere down the road they will come up
with hippa certified ehr/phr..And the doctor will see that and buy because he has to..
Bio Side Question.. Trying to remember but did'nt the phase2/3
drug work on killing the cancer but could not be delivered
past the cell wall?? Seem I recall reading that somewhere.
Now read this
http://www.newhavenindependent.org/index.php/archives/entry/nano_cancer_draft/id_44501
and I am sure the good research folks are well aware of this nano tech..
heck that is 455 pages. will get to it sooner or later.. LOL
While waiting on the reports from our on site investor/s wanted to
post this up...
http://www.healthcareitnews.com/news/mostashari-breathtaking-progress-ehr-front
LAS VEGAS – The results of the health IT incentive program aimed at driving the adoption of electronic health records by hospitals and physicians have been "breathtaking," Farzad Mostashari, MD, asserted in his keynote address at HIMSS12 on Thursday. "We've made more progress in two years than we've made in 20," said Mostashari, national coordinator for health information technology.
by next year, the majority of care providers would be doing their work electronically – and not on paper.
“Change takes time,” he said. “Change takes innovation. It takes sustained will.
While I would like to know every thing about the show.. The fact of the matter is I did not do a capital outlay to go to the show
nor did i pay someone to go to the show for me so with that in mind
anything I can get from Three is a blessing. and if he chooses not to pass on all he sees well that is his call as he did choose to spend his time and money to go to the show.. To confirm his speculation on his investment. So Three thanks for all you have done.
Now if I was paying you I would be wanting answers.
But alas I am a cheep sob.

Thanks for your time and effort
Spec,8 million did that get posted up on the last q or coming up one.. do you happen to recall. you know from the 2 carousel builds.
Wonder how much that ala project is faring. should be a solid read this go around.
This is a screen shot from mymedical record account/
so why the freaking out there tiff.. ??
Kinda would make no logic for 4medica not to tout the end product..
The Patient involvement is a key focus this week all across the board. With out the PHR doctors can share all the info they want
but the void in health care will not be addressed. And that is the major part of savings in the medical industry.. When you and I as end users can see what is going on in our body presented to us via our charts and x rays and lab results. Then you and I can make the changes needed to improve our health. Kinda like well son you need to brush your teeth. But how much better if we get that then a picture of the ol tooth rotting out. Or hey mister you really need to stop smoking. And then we get a picture of a half eaten lung. and it is yours. Or hey you need to cut down on the fatty food..
and we get a picture of our clogged heart. Yeah. Huge impact..
imho..
3F Ditto Three from this side of the nation. Would be good to have
someone from 4medica confirm that tidbit of info..
What would that be 70-80 thousand open market purchase so far..
I forget.. Bet he has a lot of good reasons to be there ..
You think..
If you see it that way.. OK...
anyway. this is nice
http://www.flintco.com/experience/research/tricore-reference-laboratories.aspx
tells you the size of the building and some other facts that makes me go hummm...
And then this is good...
UnderValue.. RE: And yes I do take this with a grain of salt..
But RE: In most of the government and industry news I have
identified approx.. 20-25 PHR vendors, that are ahead of the curb..
Of which MMRGlobal's MyMedical record is in the pack.. I will let you do your own research to make the call where in the pack they
stand on a side by side product by product performance and end user
usability and value.. This does not include the recent EHR/PHR
side of things. Now look at the Market that is being mandated,
Backtrack phase two to get a general idea of %'s to throw into your
numbers..
Then look at the overall % of money that is being thrown around for a final overall adoption in the next 5-10 years. And then come back
with a speculative value of what we are sitting on ..
And yes I am well aware of the other issues with this firm
And have added that into a short term.. value .. But over all
my goal and imagination gone wild is the long term play...
And that is way above your imagination gone wild.
Have a great day.
Pilot
look at the chart that is why I am here I just was checking Q plays and then started reading might be something to look a little deeper into.. I might have time to back read Jaxstraw's DD and do some of my own.. looks like a pretty good speculation stock ..
what think you..
Correct on all counts.. Thank you
Was wondering if anyone has a list of firms that have a ehr/phr system on the market as of today. ??
Thanks in advance..

Do you all recall not long ago I posted how the PHR/Med Apps would affect your insurance rate in the future. Well i did not have any Idea how close it is. look at this..
http://www.forbes.com/sites/mobiledia/2012/02/09/the-future-of-mhealth-healthcare-apps-to-lower-insurance-costs/
After reading that . Look a little further. and back at the last link I posted up on phase 2 .. on cig smoking reports..
I am telling you now that in the future the insurance firms. will
all for your best.. Make you keep a running medical history ..
To lower your insurance rate. And this is where it get into the nitty gritty. It is not any of their business.. Your medical history and condition is between you and your health provider..
NOT the insurance company.. That is why imho it is so important to have a secured personal paid for PHR. The data in the record is yours and you have a choice on who can access it.
That is a very important feature on the mymedicalrecords platform..
It is your info.
Anyway it will be something to watch on how the insurance firms will play into this whole ehealth.

Stage 2 Meaningful Use..
Good read for those who care..

From Twitter
We are proud to announce a meaningful use certified solution to deploy #PHR's from any #EMR & this new feature to be demonstrated at @HIMSS
Now this is important to me.. I like very much.. !!!
I do wonder if the lag time was to add the Manage my ASC into the whole system as a single package.
http://www.ambulatorysurgicalgroup.com/
Start reading the above site and speculate on what they are up to..
Also don't we have a partnership with this group to do just this..
Speculation on my part is that you as a patient walk into a Doctors office fill out your paper work and then this goes digital.
on the health side of things But also the billing and such of each
action taken in the doctors office is part of the single software package. Well that just would help a lot of doctors save money .. imho. wonder if that is what took so long. Time will tell..
Good answer, LOL but it is at least being managed..
LOL Both of us posting at same time tooo funny.
Bob's Facebook..
In less than 8 hours MMR Global OTC:MMRF will announce its first paperless office running with MMRPro www.mmrprovideos.com
