I would like to pay them a visit, but it seems like they are making this stuff in Area 51 some place in Roswell. I understand the cold fill process may have been given to us by by the aliens.

I am going to Scottsdale for a business conference in September. I only hold a small position here, but I'm going to see if anyone at NutriPure is interested in talking with me or giving me a tour of the plant while I'm there. It would probably be something interesting to do if nothing else. I can then report back to the board on what I saw or may have learned regarding progress. I will be there about 2 weeks prior to release of the product so the timing is good. Any suggestions as to who I might call or e-mail at NutriPure to see if they might be interested in talking with me ?

PPS is a function of the O/S under normal circumstances, and they have increased the O/S by billions of shares since 10/07. Ya can't overlook that one.

This was an interesting PR today. I was glad to see that YS told us the company isn't where he would like it to be, but it continues to grow. We now know there are annual sales in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, thats important , and this gives me reason to hang in there.

I'm not sure what the following means tho:

and a ligitement challenge for any business, however the Shareholder letter also contained many other encouraging statements that never happened, or they didn't deliver on. If I personally wrote a public letter like that and reneged on half of the promises I made, I would be embarased, unless I was intentionally making such statements for my own personal gain. You appear to be much closer to things than I will ever be, and I get the feeling from your posts that you believe Identa may be more of a victum of happenstance and setbacks, rather than self serving. I want nothing more than to believe that, but I still think we are owed an explanation as to why the 2Q promises were not kept. At times I think the 20 or so of us here are nothing more than the gnat on the elephants Azz, and the few large shareholders are pulling all the strings. These large blocks of new shares are being allocated to a select few, probably in anticipation of a pending R/S.

but why do they keep giving us unrealistic expectations, or better put, expectations that are not obtainable in the time frame they give us? I think a good dose of honesty would go a long way here. If the sales aren't there, then just tell us, and tell us why, and tell us realistically when this company is expected to operate at a profit. If its a good product, which I believe it is, I will continue to wait for better times. Looking back at some of those older PRs, you would think the whole planet is scrambling to buy Kits. I want this company to succeed and I want to make some money here, but Identa, please be realistic and honest with the longs. We are the ones who trusted our money with you and your company, and you just might be surprised at our reaction.
Actually, I do not think there is a company out there on the Pinks that gives a Dam about their shareholders.

Just nothing to get enthuseastic about. Even if Identa dosen't have great sales figures to report right now, PLEASE give us something credible and quantifiable that we can verify and belive at this point. After reading the letter to the shareholders once again, It has become very difficult to sort out anything real, and what is just plain old BS. Credibility is now a big problem and has become built into the PPS. Even if the next PR comes out and says we have a letter of intent to sell Kits to the Martians, with pending contracts from aliens living on Jupiter and Saturn, whos gonna believe it? I am now convinced that our last great hope here is your Mother-In-Law. If I were you, I'd get her all fired up and send her over there. Then we will see some results!!! I'd send my Mother-In-law along as well, but she's too nice and would end up buying more shares based on a proposed new kit that tests for too much acidity in Tomato Sauce.

Main issues here seem to be some litigation thats coming to a conclusion (which I don't completely understand, but Richie knows all the detail), and the fact that once the product hits the stores sometime this summer, we should see this thing take off like a water spout in the middle of Niagara Falls. We shall see. Could use one of those bullet hole analyzers to examine the hole in my head for believing 5 years of BS.

mad that they reneged on the 2Q financial information promise? We all have every right to be. I guess we should have all been wiser when you read the words "World Leader" and the PPS is .0007. World Leaders do not have stock selling for .0007. Five years of empty promises is all we now have. If there is to be any redemption, Identa must explain what the hell they are doing, and why do they continue to mislead us. "GSA approval in a matter of weeks"? "Expect financial data early in 2Q" ? Please don't feed us anymore BS. Its now insulting.

this Fall for the products to hit the store shelves? Probably won't see too much PPS movement until the product becomes a reality for the rest of the world. I was in the store yesterday and saw all the other vitamin enriched water products. Can't wait to see Nu20 there as well. Hopefully this will be less expensive so we get a competitive edge. Not sure whats going on in your neck of the woods, but everything here is getting more expensive by the day. People are becoming more and more selective when it comes to value and price.

I think you have shared with us in general terms what you believe, and stated that in your last few posts, and I am satisfied with that. What I gather is this can either go North or South from this point, and Yaacov is still working hard at making this company grow to become successful. In spite of our persistant efforts at attempting to hold Shoham to his word and target dates for information, I can only think that the the desired financial results just aren't there yet, or else Identa would be shouting this information from the mountain tops. Thats not to say that it cannot happen someday, it just hasn't happened yet. Not sure who alluded to this in a previous post, but I think I will adjust my expectations that financial returns may still be years away. More importantly, who is this guy at the top of the stairs who isn't there. Hes starting to scare me !

I think you are onto something with the Viagra enriched bottled water. To be called NUH2Oh-Boy. TV coverage of the Boston Marathon will understandably be limited to shots above the waist.
All kidding aside... I heard recently that some athletes did take Viagra in conjunction with steroids because it enhanced the effects of the steroids. I don't think Nutripure wants to go there. Nothing Pure about that !!!!
