Whoa, wait a minute. I NEVER said lack of communication is good or right. I have said the opposite a few times on the board. I said it did not have to happen this weekend or the deal is in trouble, and if you take that side I will see you Monday and we will see who is right in the future. What do you say?
You went off the rails on this Mo,
. "Right now Cloud Computing is hot but it will not last at this level much longer"
, •By 2012, customers are expected to spend $42 billion on cloud computing (source)
•“By 2020, a significant portion of the Digital Universe will be centrally hosted, managed, or stored in public or private repositories that today we call ‘cloud services.’ And even if a byte in the Digital Universe does not ‘live in the cloud’ permanently, it will, all likelihood, pass through
Would love to see PR soon, but it is not this weekend or over. IMO
I heard you Mo, The board heard you, and soon the whole world will hear you. Wait, thats G bush.... sorry
GOLD!! I needed that. Delta had my Dumba** looking up legal writings. That is never good. lol
I understand that, and that is why I asked.
I just have not heard of mandatory conference calls, and Medefile has not either.
That is why I will hold. I CANT believe Rebel Networks and all they have to offer would suddenly shut down. Makes no sense. A PR was put out in July about signing up new customers DAILY. The masonary company I believe was the one talked about. I am no computer expert, but that cloud update looks new to me. Cant be sure. If ADHC goes belley up only a few months after acquiring a state of the art cloud hosting company.?><>? Seems highly unlikely to me??????????
PR Please
Delta, is this true for companies on the OTCQB exchange?
Seriously: it's getting annoying..at least soooo boring! TRUE
Lanechanger is a joke. Nothing else.
This is the last time I will acknowledge him.
You will be really annoyed when you see how long he can keep this up.He lives for this. The ONLY thing stinkfinger is about is coming to a board where people are discussing a stock and he flys in and takes the opposite view and gets attention and it gives him something to do. Not unlike everyone else's motives? Think again....
Agreed. So far the volume shows this to be a flatliner.
Just let us know you are WORKING on the Mhealth app, cloud project. Returning my E-mail would be a good start.I will hold, but I hate the feeling I picked another turd. The way ADHC was putting out news earlier this year, and up until JULY 7 you would think they would have spoken "PR" to all the NEW shareholders by now. Earth to Ernest - You have a public company and do the right thing and talk to the dam* investors.
You did say no. I read it wrong. Lets hope for both!
Makes sense what you say. I could be whistling in the dark on this one. I have expectations with my position here and we know how that can go.Why would a run up by friday give you reason to believe the deal is in trouble? Wouldnt that just be a buy in for Monday am news? I get the other reasoning.
Why, and on what grounds do you say that? Speculating?
Gamechoker has posted 14 times today. Unless he is paying for this garbage he spews we have one more out of him for today, and
then expect a 12:00am capital letter bash
lol
You will do just fine Delta. I love the idea of posting the positives and negatives of the company Conix. Can be expanded and copied and pasted.

Negatives - Company has benifited when common shareholders have not
Negatives - Updates on previous PR's is lacking at best
Negatives - Still not cash flow positive.
Negatives - PHR's have been very slow to adopt at a time when Medefile needs the business.
Many more on both sides - Good start
Not about apologies at all Trades.I have enjoyed his posts for literally couple years and he is the real deal. Just saying we dont know who is selling the shares right now and for what reason.
With all do respect old friend. You dont know who is selling. I know they sent a ton of shares out over the past two years for debatable reasons to me, but we dont know who is dumping or selling them right now. The list of share owners "gifted" or not is large.
ADHC put out a PR almost 3 months ago stating projected revenues from Rebel Networks without any new Mhealth apps from ADHC. Now from that point nothing. We know Rebel exists and they are signing up new customers. Rebel would not have been purchased this year to fold. ADHC would seem to be in the middle of A).designing, implementing and organizing a state of the art Mhealth app or partner for it. You would want to have EVERYTHING hashed out before any PR for competitive reasons. or Ernest is A). dead, sick or in the bahamas. lol I think in the middle of a large deal??!!
Thank you and you as well. I sold some MDFI earlier this year and kept spreading out into some other stocks and investments. I knew then it was right.Medefile has its back against the wall no doubt, but thats when the fight comes out for most. This is a looonnngeeerrr play than I anticipated, but the product is doing better than most on the board think it is. I will be holding enough shares to reap the benifits and already hedged out MY risk level. Best of luck to you
So much speculation. The dreaded RS is not one I would guarantee will not happen, but its not inevitable for sure. Medefile does not need to keep the price up to stay listed because its not necessary in OTCQB, and they actually could still raise the PPS the old fashioned way by fundamentals. What?? no way? Yes they could. The financials are looking better and better. Despite what the board says. Someone will buy your shares when you sell and many more will follow in future if and when profitability happenssss. Looks like Medefile is a quarter or two away. This is not made up out of my mind or heart.GL
I cant believe its going down after all my pontificating. lol
They will have to make a profit or get a deal that promises it. I am on the ride now, and hell bent for leather. I will wait for more news and watch my other stocks until then. Having fun on the Medefile merry go round.
He is a gamechanger alright. like a fumble
Will Medefile go cashflow positive in the next 3-6 months like Kevin has stated over and over? That is the question to base the investment on.IMO and makes it a tricky flipper.
You are reading it right as far as I can see. Crazy numbers and nothing that makes real sense. This company has not cared one bit about shareholders since I started tracking it. Please, please feel free PPJE to prove me wrong. With your gibberish financials and your fuzzy lawsuit riddled PR's, and contracts to "come". What a joke. with real money I might add. Get a company
Cheers Pittstop! We are on the same page.Everybody has their own style of investing for sure. The market is a dangerous place these days, and uncertain to say the least. Lots of upside with Medefile, and who knows how much? Will have to become profitable to run big time, but that is not that far away..
Texas is a beast right now. I know ! Down right scary. We have had the hottest summer on record by average temp this year! OK 2nd. Pushed the dust bowl of 1934 to 3rd place? Cmon
This heat wave brushed Hurricane Irene to the east like a little child. People say that all you need in the summer in Texas is a cool AC and some ice water, well the same can be said for Hell.lol
Rain Please!! GL
Obtaining capital is the hardest part of any business, it is actually everything. Nothing easy about it, and its complicated and greatly misunderstood.I understand all the thoughtful comments the posters here are making, however I am not sure that goes both ways. I know first hand how capital has been frozen for years now, and how hard it is to obtain publicly or privately, and the smaller you are the more difficult. Medefiles survival is a testement to the product and determination- nothing else. What deals are they making? What debt do they have? What people are around them? What connections? Vision? Product? its not all black and white. You can talk about the fundamentals of a stock all day long. Anyone here is betting on the future of the company or trading it and does not care about it. No biggie to me personally, but it matters when you talk facts.
Confidence is everything.
Something helpful on capital
Be Irrational. Classic microeconomic theory contends that there is no such thing as an above average investment opportunity. All ideas - when subjected to competitive and market analysis - can be analytically deconstructed to a point of unworkability. Quite simply, the very undertaking of fund-raising for an early stage company is an irrational proposition. Embrace, rather than resist, this reality. With enthusiasm and persistence, appeal emotionally rather than just intellectually to prospective investors. While they may never admit it, the "gut" decision of investors is influenced more by these "soft" factors than it is by analytical and rational review. Have and communicate unwavering faith in your convictions and world view and avoid the analysis morass endemic to our information-overloaded world
I dont assume anyone on ivhub is dreaming and you would do better to do the same. You dont remember correctly or you listened to the board to base your trade on. That is the fool at the poker table as the saying goes. The anti dilution is just as I said in previous post. Normal. Kevin got the capital from his brother the Owner of an investment firm.Lyle had all his skin in the game. Real money the firm spent to FUND Medefile. He put more skin in Kevins hand the CEO. That explains lyles Anti dilution. Kevin was handed the CEO duties and was granted restricted shares , some under anti dilution and only if more issued. Has not happened.
So who is dreaming. We can talk any fact or have any file debate you want but alot of people on the board are so quick to point out the dreams of real investors on this board and deny the false fear and delusion they speak of.
Anti dilution is not uncommon. The same ole capital problems we have worn out. Why would I give you capital for shares without it? Please. I am sure buffet got bofa at a fine premium. I know he did GE in the past. Just smart. I buy a TON to give needed capital and you protect me. NOTHING DIRTY. Once again
Complete Disclosure
I have been long this stock almost 2 years. I am excitable, and have been so in the past to no immediate avail with Medefile, however I understand the moves Medefile has made to be very positive. Not sure when or if we scream out a pure BINGO!, but all my DD says buy and hold.Probably early next year for some major PPS moves, but who knows how these recent deals and whatever else Medefile is working on will play out time wise. I do not speak for anyone but myself and everyone should do their own DD.I enjoy the boards and the banter at times and I have learned a great deal from many people on them. GLTA
Deep Space
The numbers are on the financials Conix. This is not a cover up, and I do believe the shares "sold" for capital are mostly restricted. They are actualy. The stock has been manipulated because it CAN be. The upward pressure from company results can push this much higher. The float is what 2 bill? This can move, and you act as if NO WAY. Just calling it the way I see it. Not angry
PS- I hate the OS, and it has been dilluted , however not enough to stay down with growth. The ceiling is breakable, and I have not heard you say that. Why would a buyback in the "future" hurt shareholders? Obviously you have to have the rev and that is my point. Not going to get revenue right after a share giveaway for capital. I get that, but it looks very, very promising.Dont ignore it.Peace and Respect
You are the only one selling shares Conix.Show me where Medefile is selling shares? Kevin has had a sell in for a few months. Nothing unusual about that. How did you become Mod of this board.Dont worry you will have plenty other stocks to TRADE after Medefile moves on up over .02... From my lips to your ears
You got that right Goat, and we all need to remember that you buy when no one else is and BEFORE the news.Especially in penny land
Careful of the word OBSOLETE gamechanger. Have you ever heard of a smartphone? Medefile has
Listen to this. Medefile has found a way to have other companies sell Medefile FOR THEM.Connectcare3 helps people navigate the horrible reality of serious illnesses, and part of their services will be to obtain a PHR "Medefile" for there wide range of customers. I cannot tell you how huge this is. Medefile can partner with health companies of all shapes and sizes and then without barriers anonymously sell Medefiles product. Amazing if you think it through.
I am long and going to stay that way.Rebel Networks is just to intriguing not to wait and see what happens.I am not sure what the hold is on a PR of progress.Maybe a huge contract, but I dont think the treaty of versailles took this long to put together. Sometimes silence is golden.
I will hold
Gooood Morrning! Great news the past couple of weeks! Well on our way of going viral. I think some people would complain about paying the taxes after winning the lotto. Jeez
Nobody is rushing out to buy a porsche this morning from this, but the tide has turned and Medefile is laying down a very, very strong foundation.
Probably more like recouped 30%, and thats ok with me. Big Picture is what I am looking at. I am not trying to escape the position I am in with Medefile. I Like it
What if the price stays weighted down when revenues start rolling in, and they slap a 100 mill share buyback on the am news wire. Lots of moves to make in the long run..
They need to grow and serve the customer right and it could get to a 500 mill market cap pretty quick, and we can discuss our options then. lol
Example - one of many
ACTC has a market cap of 250 mill and they have not cured a frog. Well maybe they did but you get my point.(I like ACTC)
New buyers this morning. No pump and dump this time. More buyers coming in and some shaking left to do along the way. Stacking up holders and buyers. Hopefully rounds and rounds of news this fall.
MDFI trades on OTCQB
OTCQB – The U.S. Reporting Company Marketplace
OTCQB is the middle tier of the OTC market. OTCQB companies are reporting with the SEC or a U.S. banking regulator, making it easy for investors to identify companies that are current in their reporting obligations. There are no financial or qualitative standards to be in this tier.
Much more regulation in the major exchanges and financial requirements.
Long way to go to get to Nasdaq or NYSE imo, however Kevin always mentions it in PR's.
