OTC stocks are fun to trade but please do not buy or sell on anything I might post. Just fun money here.

not sure as there is probably hundreds of millions of shares for sale at 5.
well i sent them through their portal a very "nice" email complete with my phone number should they want to argue. even though I have essentially "free" shares getting jerked around is no fun LOL. I'll argue with Oliver any day he wants to attempt to justify that huge salary when the company has $5k in revenues :)
sounds good to me. maybe if he knows how badly shareholders were screwed by prior mgt he'll be more open. esp if he wants loyal support going forward.
amen. took 2 years for him to even file that 8k. turtle like.
unless someone knows the ceo and can encourage him to give shareholders an update, i doubt this stock moves much. no one seems able to do so. who knows. glty
If I read the K right there's what $6 million due on converts by year end? Does that look like a CEO who has done anything? Heck the patents are valued at what, less than $3 million and that's overstated. And contrary to what was posted it looks like there's only $90k in inventory? That leads me to believe that the company is essentially hopeless. The right news story might give it a pump but a long-term future seems pretty bleak. There's another what $7 million due in 2018. Hard to see the WavStat solving that problem at current distribution rates - $5,000 in sales last year.
u might want to take a look at notes that get issued but not converted yet. They don't all get converted right away. plus look at the current judgement that if upheld might force this co into bankruptcy.
ceo's do quite well when they issue converts to raise "capital"; they equate capital with their salaries lol.
you can't compare. he's not even made progress here. it would be one thing if he was diluting over the past couple years to generate revenue. but do you how much he's generated? Uhhhh....zero. Versus the salary he's getting it's sickening.
this ceo couldn't bring money to shareholders if $ were honey and he had the only bees on the planet.
Like to see it rise for you but this thing has had three releases at least this year and didn't budge. I think nearly a billion shares didn't even move it. Too much dilution it would seem. It would almost take something like a buyback, which there are no funds for that, or at least something to deal with the crazy share structure here. No?
wait until the s1 if this isn't it
i guess it could be worse. i suppose the CEO makes enough cash he hasn't needed to dilute further here. We'll see. Of course it's hard for him to dilute when he's napping all da time. LOL.
doesn't the filing of an s-1 mean bad news for existing shareholders?
Really bad CEO from where I stand at this point.
because you can check on nasdaq to see halts and other exchange actions, etc.
it was open. no shares traded. it was not like it was halted due to pending news.
this is i doubt he or she sold which is why he or she is so sad-mad lol
no trader cries. it's the risk of pennies. most of these go belly up. no one has told ya that yet? let me be the first then. this is only slightly above gambling.
funny how much time ya waste on it though isn't it
keep watching. 5's are getting filled. No one fills all the 5's at once. A lot of people bought in the 6's thinking the company maybe wasn't diluting as much as they have. Well, unfortunately, the K indicated otherwise. Any good trader knows when to admit the games's up. And for this ticker it appears to be.
They didn't short this stock. This stock is down due to the more than doubling of OS in a year.
if no news until next year - and this ceo has a record now of not really caring for shareholders - this will go to no bid.
Try sec.gov. it's there
They're certainly not earning their salaries in my opinion. Not even a PR from the CEO discussing things.
given the lack of communication and the horrible nature of all the required releases - we only get them as they're required - I don't think anyone can honestly state that this is anything less than a share-selling vehicle. What has the CEO done in terms of revenues to warrant the salary of himself and his staff? I sold most of my shares when I saw him in that phony interview in Vegas. Scary stuff - his bringing value to his share holders LOL. Gotta laugh.
Pentax sure doesn't seem to be moving any of these earth-shattering devices overseas. I'm thinking that those 3,2 and 1's being hoped for might materialize. Honestly, the company should fold or if there's any legitimacy left the current CEO needs replaced. Seriously, have you seen anyone do less with what they have?
actually it's in innumerable 10k's on the OTC.
I see that July 2016 judgement for $500k. If the amount is upheld won't this company have to file BK?
Given the amount of converts outstanding and the cash and shares they'll need in the future current shareholders look to be screwed until BK. Soon this will happen as few companies could possibly be left to keep loaning this joke of a CEO $. IMO of course.
always. but it has nothing to do with what "we found out".
more dumping it looks like.
is that because the product is arriving at Macy's today?
yeah...operating a company with a ceo asleep at the wheel can be dangerous to shareholders. i think the surgeon general said that :)
NT filing. I'm guessing this is normal op for this ticker?
Should you even be let near a computer?
looks like ya have your answer. crickets.
I notice no answer for the Macy's source nor the dispute re: how many A/S this ticker has?
You can't gamble vs a con right? You do take your chances on that happening in the pinks or OTC.
You put money into a pink sheet stock. You're a gambler lol. You like being close to no bid? So, when this goes to .0001 and Nasser has to RS to get the ability to sell shares into the market, gonna admit maybe he's not what you think he is? Just curious.
Obviously Nasser doesn't agree with your platitudes. Want news? That's what CEO's owe shareholders - a plan; a course of action. Surely you'd agree. Going to the restaurants is fruitless and honestly irrelevant if the shareholders here have no stake right? I have plenty to say about Mr. Nasser, the most important of which is wake up. This is no way to "bring value" to the shareholders. Didn't he stress that? I guess if we are deriving value while his stock goes to no bid we're doing great LOL.
Just some thoughts.
