MWWC...for those that own MWWC...here is an email communication from Rainer...concerning the CC....It looks like the CC will not happen in January....
My email to Rainer....
Mr. Poertner,
On January 9, 2011 I sent an email to you and as of this date I have not received a response. As a shareholder and as a businessman who considers prompt communication a necessity, I find this terribly disturbing. I am quite certain when you require answers to run your business you would expect a prompt response but then again I am just assuming. My requests were quite simple but if you feel that a shareholder does not warrant your time , then that tells me I need to sell my shares. Now you might not care about that but I do,selling my shares would leave me with a large loss. Simple question, just one, when will the shareholders receive the CC that was promised by mid January by your CEO. Our last communication, your answer was soon, I am sorry but soon does not have any overtones of finality. So I will ask again, within a 5 day span, when will we hear about the CC? I will wait for your reply until the 25th to hear from you and if I do not receive an answer ,any kind of answer,I will address the situation through other channels. I am sure you are bogged down with company issues but I am trying to be a reasonable shareholder and would expect you to be reasonable as well. I would like something more definitive than soon. My investment group is waiting to hear from me by the 26th of January. I would like to have something more to tell 10 people than the word soon.
Regards,
George
Rainers reply...
Dear George
Thank you for your message. We pride ourselves with excellent shareholder communication. You may want to consider that I actually have not received your email, which could happen for a variety of reasons.
We will make an announcement with the date of the cc next week. I hope that you can participate. You ate also welcome to send any questions you may have to me in advance and we will try and answer as many questions as possible.
Thank you for being a shareholder.
Regards
Rainer

AmeriLithium Announces Positive CSAMT Survey Results on Nevada-Based Clayton Deep Lithium Brine Project
4:01 PM ET 1/10/12 | PR Newswire
AmeriLithium Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: AMEL; "AmeriLithium" or "the Company") is pleased to announce positive results from its 2nd stage controlled source audio magneto-telluric (CSAMT) survey on the Company's Clayton Deep lithium project. Results from a previous gravity survey were used to place the CSAMT survey lines over two deep zones in the central portions of the Clayton Deep basin. The stratigraphic and structural detail shown in the CSAMT data for both survey lines indicates the presence of highly conductive layers that are indicators of brines below the surface within the Company's claim block.
Zonge International completed the CSAMT survey on December 4th, 2011, and the report detailing the survey has been received from J.L. Wright Geophysics. Wright compiled and interpreted the data collected by Zonge with the objective of defining structures and stratigraphy in the basin as an aid to the development of a lithium brine test drilling program. According to Wright, delineation of possible lithium bearing aquifers and inter-basin structures is critical to the exploration effort.
Of particular interest in the report's findings is the presence of low resistivity in sedimentary layers within the Clayton Deep basin and their proximity to basin-edge faults; while these findings are highly suggestive of brine aquifers, they do not guarantee the presence of economic lithium-bearing brine concentrations. Rather, the only true test for economic concentrations of lithium is drilling, groundwater sampling, and laboratory analysis, which comprise the next step in AmeriLithium's exploration process.
Three drillhole locations have been identified based on the CSAMT results. Drilling depths are anticipated to be between 250 and 400 meters (820 and 1300 feet). Drillholes will be designed to penetrate into the low-resistivity unit enabling the collection of water samples for analysis. An additional target will be the base of the conductive layer in order to confirm the stratigraphy in the basin.
[Additional survey and report details are provided further below, and the full report is also available for download on the Company's website at http://www.AmeriLithium.com.]
Matthew Worrall, AmeriLithium's CEO, commented: "We're excited to have yet another positive indicator of the Clayton Deep project's lithium-bearing potential. And the quality of this report's information will be invaluable as we proceed with planning and executing our exploratory drill program on the project. In the meantime, I'm looking forward to receiving the final CSAMT reports on our Full Monty and Jackson Wash projects."
AmeriLithium owns 100% of the 5,280-acre (8.25 square mile) Clayton Deep lithium brine project assets, covering the entire Southwest Gravity Low in Clayton Valley. The Clayton Deep project's placer claims lie less than 10 miles southwest of the only US-based lithium producing plant, operated by Chemetall Foote Corporation, a subsidiary of Rockwood Holdings, Inc.
ADDITIONAL SURVEY & REPORT DETAILS
The Clayton Deep CSAMT survey was performed along 2 established survey lines (as identified from the results of the recently completed gravity survey) totaling approximately 12,000 meters, using 50-meter station spacings. Once the data from the survey was received, AmeriLithium's consulting geophysicist, Mr. Jim Wright of J.L. Wright Geophysics, completed the corresponding 2nd stage report, which found that sedimentary units are evident in the interpreted data along both survey lines. Distinct low-resistivity layers stand out on both survey profiles as separate from high-resistivity beds above and below. Of note is the presence of a low-resistivity layer approximately 150 meters thick lying between 100 and 250 meters below the surface. This layer dips slightly to the northeast at the southern end of survey Line 1 but is nearly flat-lying across the extent of the identified Clayton Deep basin. The layer is persistent horizontally to the northeast for nearly 4.5 kilometers.
Volcanic ash, sand, and gravel layers are the host units for groundwater aquifers in Clayton Valley from which Chemetall Foote has produced lithium since the 1960s. These units appear as low-resistivity formations in the CSAMT profiles. Additional evidence of brine accumulation may be indicated by the clearly identifiable faults on the southwest edge of the property that were first evident in the previous gravity survey. According to Chemetall reports, the presence of highly conductive (low resistivity) sedimentary units in proximity to basin-bounding faults is an important indicator of the presence of brines in Clayton Valley.

ABOUT LITHIUM: Lithium is a lightweight metal used in a wide range of consumer products the world over: the medical industry uses Lithium as an anti-depressant; industrial uses include glass, ceramic and porcelain enamel manufacture; the aviation industry uses Lithium in alloys. Of particular interest is the use of Lithium for battery production, which has expanded significantly in recent years due to rechargeable Lithium batteries being used increasingly in electrical tools and in the rapidly expanding portable electronics market. Furthermore, the next generation of hybrid and electric vehicles are being designed to use high-capacity Lithium-ion batteries as environmentally-friendly fuel alternatives while the Obama administration has introduced $5 billion in funding and incentives for the development of a secure, domestic battery industry with special focus on Lithium-ion batteries.
ABOUT AMERILITHIUM: AmeriLithium is a publicly traded (NASD OTC BB: AMEL), mining company committed to progressively developing into one of the leading American players in the global Lithium industry. The Company is headquartered in Henderson, NV. AmeriLithium has amassed a Lithium portfolio consisting of ~727,319 acres, including four Nevada-based projects nearby the only Lithium producing plant in the US, a large project in Alberta, Canada, and a project in Western Australia.

AquaLiv Technologies' Subsidiary, AquaLiv Inc. Releases Update Concerning the Previously Announced $50 Million USD Capital Infusion
1:09 PM ET 1/19/12 | PR Newswire
AquaLiv Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: AQLV) subsidiary, AquaLiv, Inc., has released an update concerning the upcoming $50 million capital infusion.
In early December, the company announced that it had received a Conditional Commitment Letter from an undisclosed investment group offering $50 million in working capital. Today the company released more information about the investment.
According to the company, the undisclosed investment group put them in touch with a major farming operation in South Dakota that will make the investment. The farm will loan $50 million USD to AquaLiv over a twelve month distribution schedule in exchange for ownership in the company. In order to make the investment, the farm must first pool their assets to collateralize their own bank loan.
"We're finally able to discuss more details surrounding the upcoming financing deal," stated AquaLiv CEO, Craig Hoffman. "Our new agriculture partner is collateralizing a loan for us in exchange for ownership and us prioritizing the development of AgSmart(TM) solutions for corn and wheat. The South Dakota operation manages over 50,000 tillable acres of corn and wheat in addition to many thousands of grazing acres for Angus beef."
"This isn't a simple venture capital deal where the funds are sitting in an account and ready to be dispersed at a moments notice," added Mr. Hoffman. "The farm group has begun pooling its assets in order to begin the loan process with the bank. We expect that once the assets have been pooled and the bank approves the pool to act as collateral, that we will then receive a definitive contract from the group."
Considering the timeline of events required to collateralize the loan and the closing time required by the bank, the company expects to receive the first loan proceeds in April. However, the contracts concerning the funding will be issued sooner.
"We absolutely love this deal that AquaLiv has put together," stated Bill Wright, CEO of AquaLiv Technologies, Inc. "Not only does AquaLiv get all the capital it needs to expand, but it locks in our first major agriculture customer right here in the United States."
The company released its first agriculture product, AgSmart(TM) Rice, earlier this year, and is close to releasing their potato solution. AgSmart(TM) products increase crop yields without chemicals or genetic engineering and are organic standards compliant.
