I'm holding 'till the end with you.
What's your take on all this?
Well maybe then big Break will be vindicated! I look at you with sneaky suscpicion.
Market makers job is to make market, hit the ask and you get the shares. I don't care where the shares come from or how the shares
end up in my account. At .0001 I'll take them. Been 90 days already, can't be much longer, have to get em while the gettin is good.
LOL
:)
By the way, there has not been anything released to the public or shareholders stating Telogis purchased assets from the creditors, so why do you continue to post such nonsense. Stick to the facts, emails are not published facts or valid. Anyone can make emails and throw them on a message board. You got links?
Someone said they already called over there regarding those emails you morons say you were sent, and nobody over there knows anything about them, so stop wasting the boards time.
Have a great 3-30-60-90 days.
Sooner or later we will know.
I had shares in a small company once whose "assets" were bought by a little company. About 3 months later Nokia bought the rest of the companies assets, patents, etc shareholders were paid well while everyone on the boards were saying the little company was bankrupt.
Also, this still could be a reverse merger.
No one seems to know. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
What happens to the investors who buy after that date or do they stop allowing shares to be purchased on that date?
I read the examples and it seems the stock will cease trading once
it hits their date. Whatever, still say I will get more than .0001 for my shares. :)
Nobody wants to sell now.
E trade let me buy 3 million last week.
Info on all this has already been posted.
Lots of links and good information.
Look there for answers rather than from people with hidden agendas
or people who know even less.
Use google. Read about mergers and M&As.
Read old press releases on RMTD... and Minor Planet so you have a sound idea of what you are holding. Read everything you can find.
Best of luck to you
"voluntarily deregister " means very little. Means by choice they moved down to pinks. Many, MANY companies have done the same and are trading and doing fine.
They all worded their press releases the same standard way.

I will keep buying RMTD because I think it is a great opportunity.
The way I see it, Free Money. The longer it takes, the more time I have to accumulate. One thing I am certain of is I will get more than .0001 for my shares, so I am just going to continue buying as funds become available. That is my plan based on my DD and opinion and is not a recomendation for others to do the same.
I agree, I am not intimidated by a large OS/AS/float with strong
honest management.
Dumped mine last week, need to be in something that will pop soon.
Will continue to watch this one.

Telogis Buys Remote Dynamics
http://www.socaltech.com/telogis_buys_remote_dynamics/s-0029633.html
You want more? Where does it say "parts"???????????
Unless I find another company with press releases regarding
Remote Dynamics I will continue to update the board with news of Telogis.
Don't like the links.....then don't click on them!
Have some great 3- 30- 60- 90 days.
Sooner or later we will know.
:)
Links please? There are a ton of posts with links on this site alone let alone the SEC and the internet. Need I repost them? I think investors here can sift through it on their own and come to their own conclusions. You know nothing about trackkwizzard and lost all creditability with that scammy email you posted.
Links? You have any negative links?
Company has been sold. It is still trading. We get cash from the private company who bought it or shares if the private company goes public.
Link something that says otherwise besides the junky e-mails.
Remote has no website, it links to Telogis. Telogis owns Remote. Simple....
Yeah, and I hope it stays this cheap until I am finished accumulating.
:)
I love cheap shares.
This was on the RMTD Yahoo Summary page,
"Business Summary
Remote Dynamics, Inc. was acquired by Telogis, Inc in July 2010. Previously, Remote Dynamics was engaged in the marketing, sale, and support of automatic vehicle location and mobile resource management solutions in the United States. View More"
Does not get any more simple than that.
Phony e-mails posted on message boards have no validity....
sorry if you do not like Telogis, I think they are great.

If it were dead it would not be trading.
When the time comes to make a choice, I'll be ready.
The time will come.
Maybe you are challenged, MENTALLY.
Everything I have given is related, AND I THINK YOU KNOW IT.
The entire sector is hot, in the future you will drive your car into a crowded mall and be directed to an empty parking spot.
What RMTD and Telogis customers wanted was everything on a cell phone with satellite capabilities. They will get it.
Why does Telogis use Nokia's Navteq While REDVIEW uses ATT?
Who has what? Besides RMTD's customer base, What else did RMTD
have that Telogis wanted?
You all can do what you like, Opportunity is fleeting. I am in and waiting.
Challenged? Pal, I owe you Nada. Sit in the dark forever for all I care, like I said, I am in and waiting.
Level II Looking much better today.

This is what they were doing 5 years ago.
I think one of the reasons the stock price never did much is because the average person did not know much about Telematics back then.
Scroll down.

Impressive since back then telematics was not a hot topic. Today
it IS a hot topic AND if they could do that kind of business 5 years ago, What was the last 5 years like?
Must have been pretty decent, decent enough for Telogis to step in.
Sooner or later we will hear news-we will know all. My rant is done. Thanks for reading.
I don't know.

phunnibone,
I don't know. Still trading is a good sign. Something will happen sooner or later.
"The trend is your friend" Many companies are de-listing.

After all, we might have a bunch of extra cash sometime in the near or distant future so I'll be watching this one, and others like it, looking for a pattern.

Interesting.
My research indicates RMTD will be the purchase of the year.
I may go to Europe this summer! :)
I've been accumulating because...I WOULD LOVE TO GO TO EUROPE!

Have a great day.
It takes time, paperwork, atty, forms filed with SEC etc then PR
I'm sure they are considered a safe long investment and right now
people with large amounts of cash are limited with options as to where to put their money for growth due to low interest rates.
This is a great time for small companies and start ups to get capital from large investors. Just my opinion.
Because a trade went through on Friday for zero which did not effect the charts. Someone was getting their ducks in the row, IMO
Something is happening, IMO!
Sooner or later we will know. Just hope it is sooner.
They can not keep us in limbo forever. I hope tomorrow is the day.
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Luna ......Yes?
Anyone see anything strange on the ticker or is that my imagination as well?
Trackk
I see it too Trackk so calm yourself down.
Wizzard
Okay, thanks Wizzard. Nice to have at least half a person agree with me.
Trackk
Anyone see anything strange happening in their accounts or is my imagination just running wild?
Thanks
This will really fly once they announce funding.
Best of luck to you too Ice.
Come back and see us after it hits.
