Yes I did, you believe what you want. It's toxic, because they have no financial control. They've funded their "whole operation" with "leveraged shares" controlled by the OTC market... Now if that's not toxic then what is???
Simple, CTIX has ZERO sales to run their operation. So, they're at the mercy of others to keep them in business. Meaning, a stable stock price and Aspire....
I'm sure the "out shares" have increased. With no revenues, the only way CTIX survives is with "toxic funding". Which explains, why the PPS doesn't rise on news... It's all speculation and hope at this point...
The most important news will be trial results... Not, micro managed (press releases) which have no impact. LEO should just release "diary results" on a Facebook/Twitter page to please the few that want/need news. Doing so on his companies PR wire, looks foolish/desperate.
Ok Cabel, whatever you say... Surely, today's PR is moving the stock?
This is getting comical now.... Press releases for other competitors??? The reason we're invested is the potential, we really don't need a PR explaining this? More scoreboard watching from the press box...
Nobody is saying the accomplishment is invalid. The question remains? What strategy is served by the continued (PR bananza) for a trial? When all it's done, is lead to a lower PPS.
If I need news I'll watch CNN. We all know it's about trial results and the LONG WAIT there is... The PR's put out by LEO are "survival mode" gossip. Keeps the board guessing on the next PR? Need more quality PR's than quantity.... My opinion, the PPS agrees....
Cabel, I kindly disagree, too much of something can be a counter to any negative that could arise. Great to see the (20 percent) enrollment, but as an investor, I really don't need to be reassured of why I'm invested here. 20 percent, is not a landmark of anything...
OK, then give us an update at 50 percent and then 100. 20 percent enrollment "granted is great" but seems like LEO is scoreboard watching the PPS.
Surely, the PPS disagrees with your excitement. Does make for great "board chat" as the press-releases pile up... Lost count of how many on the B trial???
Need more volume to confirm a sharp bounce. It's been hard-pressed to average 100K per/day. The press-releases have not contributed to much volume... It's nice to give reassurance to current investors, but the strategy behind a PR is to attract more interest. Exactly, why I'm against "diluting" (progress reports) in those.
Leo, also put gas in his car last-night... Leo's watching the market again and this is their only counter to a fallen PPS. Expect the PR machine to continue.... He already, staged the 50 percent PR...
The stock drops because of dilution and the wait factor. Since there's no earnings, the wait is on trial results. CTIX needs a partnership announcement to help support the price. Just don't invest tons of money here and expect CTIX to trade on potential.
Dane, CTIX is not listed on any biotech index. So, I highly doubt this trades in tandem with Amgen/Biogen.... Right now, it trades to it's own tune due to dilution and little following. It would be nice "someday" to believe your theory.
The press releases have mostly been followup to previous news. Meaning, when a trial actually starts and so on.... The lack of trading volume "each day" is not supportive enough for any large seller, including CTIX/Aspire (dilution).... Need a positive NEW trial result, or partnership to move this stock forward.
Thanks, Waiting on trial results is a long-process, the next catalyst to move these shares, would be a partnership with a larger firm. Aspire, has kept CTIX alive "to this point", but a deal with a larger biotech/drug company, would elevate this company to a new league.
Potentially, the trial results could come back negative? For those that believe the share price should be higher, they have an opportunity to buy more. There's no exact science on what any company should be worth.... My opinion, the stock is "fairly priced" based on potential.
Cabel, undervalued??? Cmon, I believe the price is "more than justified" to be valued at (180 million) and climbing "due to dilution". Nobody here has the trial results back..... If CTIX were not a "traded company" living off dilution, they'd be out-of-business.... Too many posters are blind to the current facts. Some have CTIX passing "every trial" and therefore, it should be valued higher? Doesn't work that way... Be happy to pass one-trial and go from there....
Really, my posts must have done wonders then..... Since I've been posting here, the stock has been in the same trading range... I've made millions trading in-and-out.... LOL
Those that might be panicking, would be unwise to have invested money they could ill afford to lose. If the test results come back negative, this stock drops big-time. Typical, biotech risk...... I believe it's more concern than panic.
Leo has issued, "every PR known to man" the past (3 months) which has resulted in fun discussion, but "zero effect" on the PPS. Again, what happen to K? Where's the partnership mentioned from the "corporate update" back in December? What became of the up-listing chatter off the OTC? The company has clearly shifted it's focus on B. We'll eventually see results (good/bad).
Leo, is also selling shares to pay for services. The latest Q, shows consultant fees paid out in shares.
I agree, Aspire would also be smart to cash in some chips. Why risk everything on trial results? Take some profits as they go along. Shame there's no info these days on K's status? Where would this stock be without B's 20 press releases?
The news (press releases) are being generated by the CEO. There's no "public service" that decides when to put news out. OTC stocks are common to have "press releases" for the purpose of generating stock sales. Until CTIX can generate revenues, expect the same to continue.... The last "how many" press-releases have not moved the stock forward? Lost count!!!
Stock selling pays the bills. When LEO releases a meaningful PR the stock will rise. Buy 4 press releases get one free? Discounts before 8 AM!!!
Brenum, thanks for an unbiased response!!! I've made no mention of LEO not being paid. My focus was on the BOD, which is LEO, granting himself a hefty raise, while the cash-burn rate increases. I'm sure, the "blind faith" failed to notice how much the trials will cost? Do we believe, Aspire will continue to hand over "blank checks" and never decide to sell-shares? Again, any comments on this "posting board" questioning this company, will unleash a backlash. Which, is so typical of the (OTCBB) IHUB boards.
I figured, to be on the receiving end of the attacks. Just another example of the one-sided opinions here. We wouldn't want anyone to rain on the parade here. Still chasing that dream on the HUB....
MrW, I have "very little" invested in CTIX compared to most here. However, I find it amazing, that if anyone questions the CEO, we're considered outsiders, short sellers and so on... This is an (A typical) OTC posting board. It's about hitting a homerun, even if "basic finances" don't imply.... Would LEO, be CEO material for "any other" company now??? I mean, one with actual SALES?
OK, my correction, the products he promotes!!!
58, I'll be right with you on compensating LEO. When, CTIX has an agreement to sell a product. A 10 percent raise, "across- the-board" is a bit much with ZERO sales!!! Maybe, most here "do not" understand real finances?
He saved the company? He saved a way to make a "great living" for himself. If his products do what they suggest, he could make billions. I wonder, how many shareholders are left from those days?
Miles, who questioned Leo on a salary? My argument, is directed at the "phantom" BOD's who gave the execs (10 percent) increases. We are in burn-rate mode here. I'd rather pay out (stock options) based on performance. Where's LEO going to go??? Everyone seems so sure of their investment here, so REWARD LEO, when they finally sell something...
Pete, The impression I have, is that a "good majority" of posters have "loads of money" invested. It's a "legitimate concern" to have LEO as the primary BOD. The BOD's are in place to look out for the shareholder's interest. So, as you suggest, it is what it is.... I don't believe, CTIX is anywhere close to qualifying for a market upgrade. There's more involved, than a (2 dollar) PPS like some keep implying.
Ok Pete, So who are the "Board of Directors" mentioned? Anything goes in OTC land!!! I think CTIX will be staying put on their market, there's too many rules/requirements when upgrading to a legit one.
Interesting, A 10 percent raise for the execs? A company that has zero sales, just had it's CEO approve himself a raise? Wow, only in America!!! Just IPO anything, and as long as you draw in buyers, it can be a rewarding career. The toxic 10Q, should quiet those who believe a "market upgrade" is forthcoming? I doubt "very much" now.........
Pete, now that's a funny post!!! Glad, you spent minutes thinking that one up.... I'll let the church clan here alone. You can't have an objective opinion here. It has to be (24 hours) pom-pom waving...
Geez, Cabel, I've posted here about 10 times, maybe you need to count others that post here?
incubus, Your comparing GOOG to CTIX? CTIX is a dart investment. Meaning, it will move with no fundamentals. Has no earnings, so the stock is the company's life-line. I'm amazed, how people treat this stock as a comparable to the market? It's a speculative Biotech, there's 100 of them out there. When LEO can give us "hard facts" this will fly (positive/negative).
The Patrick Cox effect has faded... Glad his article was archived on this site. How much stock did Patrick "and his posse" buy ahead of the article? There's no manipulation going on in-these-woods......
