Again, no paid promotions even, going back months(?). Likely a good sign all by itself.
Filings & News Probability more, with all the widely not-noted events now having been shown(?). There is news from Nigeria, news on the MECINCORP Facebook page, and for some reason a "case study" about UBA bank at the website. There are no filings or PR releases. There seem to be UBA Bank app holders, no complaints at UBA Facebook, or at the app stores. If there are now more corporate users, then there is a basis for lots of transactions reporting. It is the likelihood of no further filings or news that tends to zero. Further noted is the lack of any paid promotions, going back months.
DA's Fabricated Posts Disclaimer: Innocence. "Please Note: Arrests are made based upon probable cause. All are entitled to the presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law." The El Dorado District Attorney apparently takes other people's word, posts them, and assigns probably cause. Possibly they even get sold to a Fake News Site(?), also possibly by someone else. He apparently is at odds with the legislature on one or more other matters.
FBI emails news turned out to baseless, noted worldwide.
Old irrelevant news are distractions not worth pursuing. There are multi-faceted outcomes, and likely multi-faceted explanations.
Lawyer Facebook with fees says it all.
Legislatures Do Business, CEO Does Business(?)! Credibility is not always online.
There is no corroboration of any outcome. There are lots of Facebook posts, in any veracity-motivated post, about MEC on-going affairs.
Arrest links are easily not credible. Fake News mugshot sites are also being investigated in several states, compared to tabloid press announcements about the martians, and so on. Everyone else cites the MECINCORP Posts.
Emailmoni maybe in test marketing mode? There are now 53 Google Play reviews. There had been the announcements in October, referring to an interactive meeting. December, 2015 CEO had indicated test marketing would start in one service area, and then expand. Then there are the recent MECINCORP Facebook presentations? Maybe someone knows something soon, in our new age of information technology? A launch now in need of a rollout?
"Email moni is for individuals who desire convenience"
— UBA Group (@UBAGroup) October 18, 2016
New initiatives discussed at the interactive media session.
Fake news "Pump & Dump" filings language also possible inference. MEC and CEO "facts" are not from reliable sources. MEC makes reportable news from reliable sources: Shown all over. Even SEC filings have happened, and are allegedly in progress.
Fake News mugshot sites are also being investigated in several states, compared to tabloid press announcements about the martians, and so on.
No Emailmoni complaints on UBA FB appear. There are reports of app downloads, favorable reviews, and MEC Facebook, (FB), reports of refinancing, business divestiture with net income, and possible new clients. That is actually a lot of new not being reported, however. Likely someone, somewhere, knows something(?). Whoever does the MEC Facebook posts should suggest to MEC management that other people need to see transparency, too.
The UBA transaction count is "A lot," most likely. The Original UBA Emailmoni launch was noted last October. This below was online last October. A major transition was being implemented, entirely secure, to digital identity. Initially it was shown to be available in any UBA branch. Originally it was noted that email addresses were easier to work with than account numbers. Probably individuals or business are more easily identified. Any new hyper-ingenuity with customers using Emailmoni has likely already happened, starting with them. MEC likely needs to do multiple news events to explain if that is so, and what else has been done, and what else is happening. Anyone might guess that "A lot" of news events and filings will be needed. Those can create awareness beyond the current shareholder base.
Nigerians use apps and gave internet access, but maybe at 30% of population. For many, that may be mainly email use only, possibly. Facebook can be used to get emailmoni. Customers use the UBA Facebook, a lot. Anyone can see that everyday.

In order to meet the increasing demand of bank customers, banks have come up with new technology solutions that are not only making financial transactions easier, but also making them secured. The latest technology innovation and deployment from UBA, is ‘Email Moni’, which allows people to send money to customers’ email accounts, which is quite different from sending money to customers’ bank accounts. Announcing the innovation, Adedeji said it is easier to know people’s email addresses than bank account numbers, and this makes it a lot easier to transfer money to several email accounts at the same time, thus reaching out to more people digitally.
“We have launched ‘Email Moni’ officially and it is available in any UBA branch. People can actually send money via internet banking directly to the email account of someone. So people can do multiple money transfers to several email addresses and they receive it as financial figures on their emails. The platform also allows people to request for money from someone, other than sending money to someone. If money is requested, the person has the option to accept the request or decline it. Once it is accepted, the exact amount requested is debited from the account and sent via email to the address where the request came from.
So money could be sent to several people at the same time. What people need do is to enroll for the service and attach their bank accounts,” Adedeji said. According to him, UBA is using digital identity to replace account numbers. The system has been tested and it is safe.
“Transaction limit with ‘Email Moni’ for individuals is N20,000 per transaction per day, with one time password, which could be increased to N2 million upon request by the customer. But for corporate accounts, there is no limit to transaction. Again, people do not need to have bank account with UBA in order to use the ‘Email Moni’ platform,” Adedeji added.
New funding indicates functional activity, likely filings, and PR about them.

"The company has received $400,000 in cash funding and additional investment restructuring $1.3 million of convertible debt."
No filings is zero ability for assessments of current condition. Facebook posts would be said a basis, on which to rely, about on-going operations. Those seem to be on-going, if murky. Start-ups do create new requirements of time and attention. The original disclosure of the actual Africa Bank was murky for 18 months, probably allowing time for the relationship to happen, and become announced.
"What's Happening" question also appears on MEC Facebook as a recent question of management. Likely a state of readiness has happened, instead of anything on-going or happening(?) at UBA. The question was not deleted, so an answer could be expected.
Marketing Security, getting tested, could further explain why Facebook postings appear. I myself get these, for example, which explains why I myself do not have the promised rocket ships, Rolls Royce Bently's, deeds to the diamond mines, or bank deposits, straight to my account(?). Can you see the sales pitch included in the selection process, benefiting. . . .(?)!

Eat At Joe's, maybe, anywhere near you(?)!
We do know that the bank is of origins, in Nigeria(?)
Emailmoni prototype only posted, likely, for marketing evaluation or testing. Neither MECINCORP, nor Emailmoni, at the Facebook postings: Offer explanation of why what is seen is posted. There is no timeline, no launch date, and no explanation of targeted apps. It even got modified, since the original posts: On both the Emaimoni and the mec facebooks. It would appear to be an electronic testing posting, and information that something is being done.
Marketing Likely not started yet. Africa Updates were promised last month in a, "When they could be made available" timeframe. That was in the coming weeks. First there was the format posted. Later on the UBA logo was added to the posted format. There was no explanation of either posting. Two comments were on the MEC Facebook page, and two on the Emailmoni Facebook page. Neither was about an announcement of any start of the process. There are no comments on the UBA Facebook page about any process started, or under way.
MEC rocket ships not reported exploding on the launch pads: Could be interpreted a sign of progress(?). There are allegations of hidden assets, or undisclosed assets?
Monthly transactions reported last year were on Facebook, and now there are comments not deleted on Emailmoni Facebook. The accounting for any tangible assets likely stemmed from recognized rules, and may right now being used to advantage, even today, last week, or going forward. Filings may come from that. The listing increase happened last year, but the Scope Increase from UBA created delay. So far, it is not reported that any new rocket ships have exploded on the launch pads, for example.
Increase revenues reports last year took second seat to getting new client capabilities ready. The reports were Facebook comments, too. Other comments point to updating required reporting to current this year.
Emailmoni Facebook comments happened in recent hours, already, plus new reviews in one app store. In our new age of Information Technology, maybe someone knows something, after all(?)!
Funny! MEC No Filings! Board No current data! Not even alternate facts being posted or filed! Google Pay did show two more positive reviews of Emailmoni, today.
Activist UBA Group Tony Elumelu reported on his multinational contacts at Davos, supporting the expansion of AfricaCapitalism. That means Pan-African transactions. Anyone sees a mega-multinational starting point for MEC technology, now in place at UBA Group.

An SPE basis in dismissed lawsuit may have happened, for example. Auditors familiar with what they were doing likely know far more(?)!
Likely SPE accounting has been subject of posts already.
Lots of positive stuff believable, and above board, to boot. The likely famous history of "Special-Purpose Entity" rules applied, here, is probably better known to professional auditors and accountants. Management appears to be succeeding in creating reportable shareholder value. There is international recognition, and a multi-national client. Sub-penny, it is, so-far(?): Hard to believe(?).
Fees Payment information relevant for the occasionally keeping up.
"UBA is introducing (Emailmoni) by encouraging customers to see how the product works." CEO's announcement again corroborated. Eamilmoni getting even more UBA-ready, like UBA Group intends it.
Emailmoni Getting UBA-Ready Nov 7,2016!

Emailmoni marketing likely hasn't started.
App Reviews & Revenues are positive, reported even last year--except any from Africa. There was even an up-list, just last year. Now there are new potential likely positive reports on a fairly consistent basis. There is a likely new up-list again this year, CEO reporting: Just like before.
2016, MEC African revenues report likely near, undisclosed in previous financial reporting. UBA appears to be setting up an email marketing campaign to introduce the new Emailmoni app to its customers. The CEO promised revenue spike in January is likely about to happen.
Banks usually have money, in any process.
MEC does Lawful Operations, within lawful rules.
Lawful property transfer corroborates auditor's review. The case involving the review was dismissed. There appears to be a recent lawful transfer of property--lawfully not disclosed in auditor's review. Kudos' to CEO, auditors, and legal advice.
Unsupported allegations or convictions offer nothing substantive on which to rely.
Hyper-Speed cash flow solution under way, apparently: For near-term news and reporting. That appears to have been shown yesterday, in the transfers reported.
