Any comments on SYTE.OB financials. They came in at 1.36M on revenues and net income of 194K which was very light on both revenues and net. IMO, the stock will trade down a little. However, going forward they already closed two acquisitions q1 of 07 and mentioned more coming. With continued profitibility and the stock at an all-time high and only .13 who knows...any opinions or comments?
You are correct after doing the math with SYTE.OB. I come to about .014 for the year. I figured about $1.2 Mil for the year with 88 Mil o/s. However, the CEO owns about 25% of the o/s and has a salary of 67K per year. In another words his wealth is tied directly to the performance of the stock providing he doesn't dilute again. If they do .014 x 3=.042 per share for 07. That could very easily become a PE of 15 which comes to .60 for a 5 bagger from here. With penny mania who knows a buck isn't out of the question. Regardless I think this guy understands business and really has a chance at the American Dream.
SYTE.OB hit a multi-year high today. CEO did an interview with WallSt.net a couple of weeks ago. The CEO said they would triple and possible quadruple(sp) revenues and I believe earnings. They did two small acquisitions and said more would be finalized this year. They should have yearend results out very soon and IMO they will do about .02 last year which gives them a PE of about 6. I believe hweb brought it to the board. I think the potential is very similar to AYSI.OB In the event they triple earnings this year that would be PE of about 2 considering the stock is at tad under .13 They have been profitible for the last 2 years. Again thanks hweb for bringing this to the board as it has already doubled with much more to come IMO!
Syte.ob breaking out. Earnings news is due and probably good IMO.
I bought UTVG.ob in late Dec. 06 and sold only to buy back again with Ameritrade in Februry. I was originally TD Waterhouse. Very disappointed with Ameritrade and have plans to move to another brokerage. Has anyone heard of TOS? Think or Swim I've heard they are $5 trades but don't know if B.B. stocks are allowed. If not their isn't much use as I play primarily BB stocks.
beigle, What is the ecoPURE natural product line at Global tommorrow? Will that add significant revenues and good margins.? I like the fact that these new products will be added within 2-5 months. Also like the statement that these should add significant to the bottom line in the last 2 q's. Along with that l-term investment! Maybe my .07 and your .065 this year is way off. Any thoughts on his comments?
I believe they are adding jobs. If so it would bode well for the future. Things have certainly been quiet for awhile. Earnings are probably due within the next couple of weeks. should be very interesting!
hweb as far as JMIH.ob I believe these openings in assembly, electrical, and laminations departments is a new listing. Last fall when the backlog was going down drastically the web-site was very clear with the fact their was not any openings. I also noticed in the benefits section they talk about job stability and never having a lay-off. With the last earnings report I was almost positive a lay-off was inevitable. Will call and find out for sure. Certainly would expect more volume if business did pick up!
Looks like a little volume is coming in(LOL). Not to be funny but 30k is a decent day considering some days we don't trade 5k. With sales going to jump 100% and the new product coming out I don't think a trailing PE of 50 x .03 or a future PE of 21 is out of the question. I'm thinking a PE of 21 x.07(earnings for 2007) for a $1.48 should be in the bag. Beigle I feel this is a minimum. What's your thought?
JMIH.OB- We had several posters who previously owned JMIH.OB and at one time qualified for either PSL1 or PSL2. Since then after a bad Q and a small backlog many sold and moved on. I believe last Q they had a 1 month backlog. We actually had a couple of posters who lived in Florida and had very good insight to what was going on in the boating industry. That was 3 months ago (lots of discounting going on). Now fast forward and you have spiffy new web-site. Then you have something that you haven't had in 6 months...job openings. Is the industry turning around or is it just a seasonal thing? I like the fact that they are hiring which should bode well for the future...Any thoughts or comments. Still holding Hweb?
littlefish ,I agree wholeheartedly with what you said. However, the past is a good indicator of the future. With that said the CEO and management been their for awhile so hardly doubt they have any inclination to rape the shareholders. However I could be wrong and like yourself did not invest a lot here. Enjoy reading your posts. Welcome aboard!
abht, while I share the cautiousness of AYSI.OB I also see positives that you did not expound on. The fact that they did almost $1.9 Mil was 1/2 of any fiscal year sales ever done in 3 months. That said they could have no revenues for the next 3 months and still be on target to match their prior best year. Next they have made it very clear they were going to expand their market and target different industry for expansion. The fact that management holds 75% of o/s is a positive as they have a very vested stake here. With 2 mil share option left from a 2000 stock option it is also a positive knowing that management has not over-rewarded management with cheap options yearly as we see commonly on small microcaps. Another fact is they did not add personel to get 100% increase in sales thus more to the bottom line. They also state that raw material costs were renegotiated at lower costs. IMO, this is a management that has diligently stuck to a plan and are now gaining traction. In the 10K they did give the standard warning verbage but with only 4 MIl float this is risk/reward worth the gamble!
I'm in AYSI.ob at .40 today I see very little downside. To many very knowlegible posters buying in. Sheep mentality(LOL)!
Kind of wondering what the q is gonna be like. I expected this to sit until earnings in March at about .90 or so. Somebody is slowly accumulating while it creeps to the $1.15 level. Wouldn't surprize me too see another announcement befor earnings. Loaded back at 90 cents after selling at $1.10- 1.15 before. Good luck beigle and I certainly hoped your holding a bundle!
Anybody buying any utvg.ob after the haircut? i am anticating buying some tommorow and feel this is a buying opportunity. Any comments??
Beigle IYHO how big of a success do you feel this will bring to the company? I am now loaded to the gilt and feel that this Q will be not only record setting but more profits this Q than the proceeding 3 and possibley the last 4. What type of margins are we looking at?
Wonder if a form 4 is filed from our old buddy here in the next couple of days. This kind of volume is superceded by some good news. I expect possibly announcing another 100% increase in sales for December comparables or the filing. This volume is very good news. Should be testing highs very soon IMO. Will be buying more tommorrow.
Lentinman my wild card was TTGL.OB It needs to be bolded as it does not meet the earnings requirement.
I am fully loaded here and now have more than before. As far as my selling it was a double from the .47- .53 I purchased it at. Furthermore I will be selling more at $1.35 once it gets their. You sound like the trader as I 've been here for over 6 months.
Usually every stock makes a move and then tends to settle back 3-5% after a nice move up or up 3-5% after a big drop. In another words oversold or over bought. I had this in a ROTH IRA thus no taxes. OPCO has acted very well around .90 so I feel it has become close to a support level and no longer resistance. I expect a very good Q coming and don't want to miss out in the event they have some meaningful news.
Bought back today what I sold at $1.05 today. Feel that this is very safe money at this price. Anybody else buying at this level?
CBTE is my #1 stock pick. CBTE has less than 4 mil O/S. They are a contract research organization providig research and developement service to the pharmacuetical, biotech, and government along with many other industries. A few of the services provided are DNA Analysis, Paternity testing, genomics, peptides, and food microbiology to name a few. The company is currently in the process of buying Mimotopes in an all stock deal for around 2 mil shares. The Co. they are buying is an Australian Company that have an international presence in the peptides. This acquistion will be voted on in February. Along with the synergies involved they also bring in some relationships in terms very large biotech firms such as Invitrogen Corp, Genzyme Pharmaceuticals, and Amgen. The expectation is these relationships to continue to develop and for new ones to be established going forward. While CBTE is currently losing money this merger will give CBTE a very seasoned sales and marketing team which is positioned in major global biotechnoly markets which CBTE so desperately lacks. Furthermore, the CEO is stepping down and will give the reins to DR. D'Sylva who is a very aggressive 38 year old Australian who will definately take this company to the next level.
I bought UTVG.OB through Ameritrade on the last trading day of the year and did not have any problem. However, it was through my ROTH and did need to be approved. Also was a previous Waterhouse customer before the merger.
Me too! I think .02 is almost in the bag. Should see higher margins also.
Researcher could you tell me where I could find recent volume on pk listed stocks? TIA
Just bought some chid.ob for my wifes ROTH. Noticed the CEO also bought 500k at .97 prior. Personally would like to thank everyone on this board as the info they share has been priceless. GLTA and a Prosperous New Year...God Bless
Valuemind you have convinced me this is a decent risk/reward with a little dd on my part. If they really carry out their business plan the dilution is not a major concern here yet. It would be more of a concern if that individual started to sell the 8 million shares at .45-.55 when he obviously could have sold for a much higher price. I dipped my feet in and picked up 5k for ROTH IRA. Thanks for sharing.
Definately a plus especially that we are not jumping a huge amount leaving the gap to fill. The volume is certainly encouraging. Wonder if we had another insider buy? Certainlly would have been nice had I loaded the boat from about .40 to .60 My last buy was at .99 in my wives Roth.
Beigle very intersteed in APCO.OB Please give me your thoughts on this one. It looks IMO as though we are getting a little yearend tax selling. With the increased revenues and close to breakeven this could be a screaming buy. I like this one a lot and looking to get pushed iver the edge here as this one looks like it could very easily be a multibagger next year. your thoughts please...Steven
While OPCO.OB is not a low PE stock it is profitible. For anyone intersted a director had a very decent purchase at the highest price on record yesterday(12/12) at the tune of .79 a share for 10,300 shares. Surely is indicative IMO of things to come especially with the high price.
OLD PRO, if you go to real time an insider boughtt 10,300 shares on Dec. 12th for .79 this represents the most any insider paid. I think the previous was .70 buy by the CEO himself. This is going much higher and I think sales and margins will be every bit as good as beigle is predicting. Probably some good news coming as volume is usually a good predictor especially in the small cap arena.
beigledog it appears as though it is only you and I riding this dog(LOL). I expect this to break through a buck very soon as this IMO is the real deal as far as bulletin board stock. I'm actually thinking of adding a few more in my ROTH as I believe they are in a recession proof business. Appears to be very safe money and the CEO is not a crook! By this I mean many CEO's in BB land operate as though it were private and nobody to answer to...gl
Surprized nobody picked up on OPCO.ob releasing Nov. sales from year ago up 100%+. This one is going to have some real legs soon as the volume is picking up substantially. If only I would have had it in the contest instead of NCNC.OB maybe I wouldn't be at the bottom.
I'll try 11/22/06 10:45 PM
I've been adding small amounts of OPCO and feel that Q4 will be very strong. They should report a very good report come March which could very well double earnings easily. At that point we couls see a buck. Really not much to find bad with Q3 as the B.S. is improving.
IMO, we see a minimum of .02 after the expense. The legal fees should start going directly to the bottom line. My memory isn't what it used to be but I thought they would reduce legal fees by atleast $300k a year. With that you only have an additional 100K to make up. IMO, we will see decent results but not eye boggling. Looking for another aquisition very soon probably will be mentioned next week.
TTGL certainly has a very nice forcast for 2007. We could be ove a buck very soon. Cash Flow will be very strong. This could really fly if they collect some of the monies, I see this going to $2-5 within a year if they were to collect that money as the cash flow would be great!
Been in this for about a year holding a bundle. Certainly not a lot of interest. IMO, this will be taken private within 6 months to avoid Sarbanes??
re:jmih
My take is they will have many synergies going forward that is understated here. To begin with you had management relocations along with new hires. Many efficiences will be ironed out and perfected as scrap and redundencies are eliminated. Then you have energy costs which have significantly went down from yearend. All in all I believe sales can go up 10-15% with net income going up a minimum of 50%. Starting a new facility takes a lot of focus off the financials which trully should be reflected going forward. Thus you have 237K + 475K=712k + 356k = $1.1 Mil This equals approximately .06 for 2007. Comes to a PE of 6. However my assumption is a worst case snenario as I expect .10+ and sales in excess of $20Mil.
wade, I share your view on cyclicals but most of them have already dropped 20%+ thus they are very close to their lows. The industry I work in is a leading indicator and has slowed down considerably in the last 3 months. Already looking for a turnaround by Q2 next year. With the market usually 6 months ahead you could very well be selling at the lows...
