Yes. Thank you. We need some specifics, and quickly, about this new, alleged private financing. We can assume the "release" of this information is designed to increase investor confidence and/or mitigate investor suspicion. Therefore, let's have some details. Let's have some substantive assurances. Let's get some real information and some real promises about the stock not being diluted further. Otherwise, it comes off as another stalling technique.
Thank you for your efforts. Really, you seem like a standup guy, but, I'm sure I'm not the only one confused about a David Porter who lives in the Ukrain and celebrates May Day and plants broccoli. These are things which make people nervous. You say you're objective, but then you say "this would be a good time to buy some stock real cheap", and, "We're on the way up", etc.
And why does the management of the company not have portraits of themselves on their website. That's SOP for CEO's and the like on websites. We want to know what they look like -- so we can buy them a drink, or something, down the road. After they make us a lot of money - for being loyal investors.
And this guy on the way to Guinnea had better really be on the way to Guinnea with his trusted sidekick. You see, there are contracts which are formal and those which are informal -- either way they are contracts, and I want them fulfilled. Cheers, and thanks again for your hard work. I believe you are an asset to us investors.
