The JP3E business model was established by John K. Park, its Chairman, in 1992 and has endured some thirty-two (32) years through the implementation of specific and small practices and measures with the forward vision to develop a long-term commodity trading platform for various commodities including edible products, clean energy products having strong sustainability and high profitability and with the inclusion of acquiring and developing real estate having a focus, on and among other things, locating education facilities from now through future generations.
With laser beam focus, JP3E targets 3E industries: energy, eatables and education / real estate. JP3E has two primary subsidiaries, JP Energy Global, Pte Ltd. and JP Energy Group, LLC. Each one is dedicated to different but synergistic operations and will catalyze the JP3E family of the 3E industries.
Eating is a basic primal need and JP Energy Group LLC has as its highly prioritized purpose, buying and selling food, including but not limited to sugar, chicken paws, multiple agricultural products and other related commodities all the while acting as principal and owner of the commodities and not merely as a broker. JP3E’s business model utilizes vertical chains of supply through which its beneficial commodity transactions are consummated having in hand significant contracts for the source and offtake for each commodity transaction. JPE’s contacts have been a product of long-term relationship development campaigns based upon trust and performance loyalty.
JP Energy Global is dedicated to the energy industry focusing initially on LNG from full cargo trading of LNG to the vertical value chains of LNG obtained from shale gas, the raw material necessary to produce LNG. This energy business model is supported by long-term LNG trading platforms with the strengths of longevity, sustainability and high profitability. JP Energy Global is sourcing and supplying competitive LNG to China and Europe in cooperation with its partners based in the Middle East involving countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and South East Asia. Having very good contacts in Europe, their emergence has fortified a new and fruitful LNG demand region. The energy business is a green energy concept and represents a core business for JP3E for the future where it has firmly planted its roots to reap the green sustainable harvest.
The education sector incorporates real estate in various aspects but the undeniable reality is the absolute need for physical site facilities to enable proper competent education. JP3E has amongst its residential amenities, real property located in Franklin Township, Somerset County, New Jersey at 510 Hamilton Avenue. The property contains an educational daycare facility located in close proximity to the Brunswick Train Station and the Rutgers University Student Center. It is at full capacity and presents very attractive off campus housing community for Rutgers University student, faculty and other local residents.
