Still to come....the all out MXSG saturation blitz using selected penny stock "newsletters".
Reverse stock splits always cast a negative image, at least to seasoned investors.. A company is more likely to undergo a reverse stock split because its share price has fallen so low that it is considered a garbage penny stock. Veteran investors will see that the company is struggling and that the reverse split is nothing more than an accounting gimmick.
What possible good could come if the Mexus PPS was artificially increased to .067 ? None whatsoever as far as I can see.
An RS would carry with it the GIGO effect... garbage into (the split) garbage out. But Thompson has tried every other trick and failed...maybe an RS will be the last hurrah.
You will have to wait 20,30,40 days or beyond to see a Form 4 filed. Mexus CEO Thompson is not known to be prompt in his filing. Beyond that, compliance, although mandatory, depends upon honesty. Draw your own conclusions.
What RS do you think would be required to make Mexus attractive to investors ? 100 -1, a thousand to one ?
Does a reverse split obviate the failures, the abject distortions, misdirections and lies that have been disseminated by this hoax ? Make no mistake, Thompson is responsible for all of the BS attached to MXSG.
PT should be careful who he invites to tour his Mexican playground. He may encounter a very irascible investor who has had a bellyful of his dementia inspired mutterings.
.
An RS may be inevitable, like death and taxes but first comes the saturation blitz. You know, where everyone receives the "You are about to witness the run of the century" promotional crap in their mailbox. Maybe they can get the aphasic Oracle to word it in his inimitable style.
Watching Mexus floundering about is like watching an animal in its' death throes. Maybe the Oracle can administer a disjointed recitation of the last rites.
Are there any drill rigs operating at Santa Elena now ? NO ? Gee, that translates into "the drilling has ceased. When/if the drilling RESUMES it would be accurate to say just exactly that.
Maybe transliteration is needed here. Stom is as stom does.
What we have here Luke, is failure to communicate.
Come to think of it were those 8 ounces declared as income in the last financials ? I can’t recall a statement reflecting imcome, ever. Hmmmm
Was the announcement of the 8 ounces fake news ?
It's obvious that Mexus is beginning to wage a media blitz. The blogcast was the first of a series of promotions and they will all state that Mexus has the most potential of any current gold operation. Regardless of a great compilation of proof that Mexus cannot mine the property profitably, Berk and others will encourage investors to buy shares in the company in order to inflate the price artificially. First stage of a typical Pump and Dump .
When bereft of a cogent reply, use the old "fake news" mantra.
The Santa Elena drilling program has ceased. Mexus, at last count, was broke. What work could possibly be going on there ?
Please provide proof of assertions and refrain from employing the Trumpettes fake news BS.
This is what Berk and his collaborators are up to. Exposing the public to the hobbyist's grand scheme of selling all 2 billion shares (current AS). In the sporting world it's called casting the lure to attract the fish or ..... putting the salt licks out to lure the unsuspecting deer.
Berk apparently has connections in Nevada and is employing all of his devices.
Mexus Gold US (OTCQB:MXSG) ("Mexus" or the "Company) is pleased to announce that bizNEVADA Magazine, the state of Nevada's number one B2B (Business to Business) publication, will do a feature story on our company in the upcoming Mining Edition Magazine.
More and more this thing is resembling a pump and dump.
All of PT's horses and all of his men can't put Mexus back together again. Not that it has ever been together.
Taking bets as to when MXSG sets a new yearly low. This POS certainly is a record breaker.
Darned bouillon is certainly elusive.

Uh oh, what happened to Baclet ? I thought IR person dispensed company info. Past caught up with him or he became disenchanted with the Mexus myth ?
Which is why I said it serves no purpose other than enriching the perps. I'm sure Thompson is making more than he ever made in his life prior to bumbling into this.
What boggles the mind it that this geriatric "hobbyist" has inspired such a faithful following, many extolling his "honesty.
However, haven't heard many comments regarding his intellect, which says you don't have to be smart to separate Mexus people from their money.... just crooked.
PT Barnum was right...there is one born every minute
If long time Mexus investors had bought CD's yielding 3% 7, 8 or 9 years ago they would be one heck of a lot better off than they are today. Even dead cat bounces are a thing of the past.
Mexus has spent $28 million thus far in a fruitless search for economically mineable gold. Throwing more $$$ at this morass serves no purpose other than enriching the perps.
Neither is he a licensed attorney as introduced in the blogcast.
Non compliance with MCLE requirement..
License Status, Disciplinary and Administrative History
Below you will find all changes of license status due to both non-disciplinary administrative matters and disciplinary actions.
Date License Status Discipline Administrative Action
Present Not Eligible To Practice Law
His knowledge of gold mining became apparent with his "bouillon" remark.
So maybe he is a licensed "huckster" which is what Mexus needs at this point.
As you listen to Berk, it sounds like he has a proprietory interest in Mexus already. 'WE are not shopping for buyers".
Could an investment be so dumb as to fall victim to the Great Mexus Myth ? Guess stranger things have happened.
REAL miners, you know like Thompson and Berk, call it bouillion.
Well, Stanley Berk, attorney and financial whiz bang says he was introduced to Mexus "two or three months ago" and is already a mining expert. Great minds at work. Seriously doubt this dude knows which end of the shovel to hold but he has the future plan for Mexus all worked out. What a gatherings of fools.
I'll say this....Mexus is the perfect tool for digging a black hole, attracting all available hucksters.
Looks as though the Mexus CEO and Itronics President have something in common. They're both given to ridiculous "overstatements" with no substance. The difference is Itronics at least has a product to sell whereas Mexus has diddly.
"Whitney says other businesses, and even the government of China, have tried to replicate his processes, to no avail."
That's pretty hilarious. A country with engineering talents enabling them to land on the dark side of the moon and stay in contact with the moon rover is unable to replicate Unca John's magic elixer. Surely he jests. They're capable of reverse engineering the most complex systems but can't crack Whitney's juice. LMAO
Unca John has been drinkin' too much kickapoo joy juice.

Ever ask yourself why it isn't patented ? Ever consider the fact that it might not be patentable ? Naw, of course not.
Unca John has been drinkin' too much kickapoo joy juice.
Still not clear how ITRO will benefit Mexus. The process to extract gold from unprocessed ore is "being field tested". Must be a complicated process because results have not been announced after a protracted period of time.
What it does accomplish, as has been suggested, is access to new investors who are unaware of the miserable record established by MXSG.
BTW, it appears that Whitney's magic elixir is not patented. Maybe because it isn't patentable.
No "hail Mary" from Itronics ? Is the unlicensed broker not doing his job ? Have the other two 'B's" completed their assessment tour yet ? Were the last drill and final assay results so bad they will not be disclosed ? I was looking forward to that 3D model. Saved my red and green glasses especially for viewing that.
What benefit would Mexus derive from ITRO ? The "waist" left by Mexus hasn't been a big consideration in the past. The cyanide left onsite thus far has been left to contaminate the environment by percolating its' way down to the water table and I doubt the ITRO process can reverse that damage.
Neither MXSG or ITRO have anything to attract new investors thus the new campaign launched by Berk, the snake oil salesman who is a tout for both.
"From discovery to production. With companies in multiple countries. I believe there's a list on their web site."
No list of multiple mining companies that have enjoyed success because of their association with Itronics, however I did find a topic of Interest. Colonel Whitney is developing a gluten free hot cereal.
Fascinating how the mind of a genius works, jumping from one area to another totally unrelated area. From saving fishies from silver poisoning in the Truckee river to uncovering the Mexican mother lode with Mexus or going head to head with General Mills' hot cereals, Itronics is a contender.
Is it any wonder that an eloquent spokesperson for ITRO should be so convinced that it can save MXSG from an otherwise miserable future ?
Aye, there's the rub. In that Whitney's "process" has yet to prove it is effective with untreated ore, so too is the Mexus problem of proving it has a resource that is economically feasible to mine. That is what the recent drilling program was all about, to prove there is something worthwhile there. Thus far, the drilling results are far from compelling. So you see, the ITRO/MXSG coupling is just another diversion intended to divert attention from a failed mining effort.
In other words, the mining effort thus far is a "waist".
Champying Itronics waist program is fine but it doznt applied to Mexus and the problem confronting them.Nexus duznt deel with foto waist or fish killing silver so how is there method aplicable to finding extracting and producing gold ?
Such a waist to pore elixir over baron rocks.

Itronics Discovers Surface 0.4 Ounce per ton Gold and Surface 5 Percent Copper at its Nevada Auric Fulstone Gold Silver Zinc Copper Project
Think they're using Col Whitney's magic elixir ?
Itronics owns Auric Gold and Mineral mining. It would be interesting to discover what THEIR financials look like.
They were supposed to go public back in 2011 but I guess that fell through
Company Overview
Auric Gold & Minerals, Inc. operates as a mining company and engages in the mining of gold and other minerals. The company was founded in 2009 and is based in the United States. Auric Gold & Minerals, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Whitney & Whitney, Inc.
Whitney & Whitney beingthe owner/CEO of Itronics
I wonder if ITRO has a BOD
You are correct. My math was WAY off. Some people lose days, some lose months, I seem to misplace/miscount years.
There is a very fine line of distinction between a sham and a scam. For a very long time I believe Mexus was a sham, something that was not as purported. In the not too distant past, they crossed the line
and, in my opinion, became a scam, a fraud. The fact that they haven't been fined and censored by the SEC doesn't speak to their honesty but rather how ineffectual the SEC really is.
Seems a bit silly to wet one's knickers in anticipation of a MXSG pumping podcast. The Mexus "interviewee" will be the ex broker who got his weenie in a pinch and now works as a snake oil salesman and Itronics prometer.
If Itronics turns out to be the new JV it will be a match made in heaven. A fertilizer company paired with Mexus. How appropriate.
Of course, it's all speculative, as is everything concerning a 19 year old non productive hobbyist's Mexican pipe dream.
Mexus' potential JV ?
Through Whitney’s preferred business model still under development, mines would purchase the KAM-Thio liquid from Itronics through a joint venture or a partnership. Extraction and recovery would be completed at the mine site using Itronics technology under a license agreement. The company would retain ownership of the technology and formulas.
Just one sticking point. There must be economically recoverable gold present in order for Colonel Whitney's "magic elixer" to work. OOOPS
Patience grasshopper. The results are imminent as is gold, silver and copper production. As with all complex operations, these things take time. Why, it's only been 19 years since Mexus was founded..

So you see, it takes a great deal of organizing and implementing. Rome wasn't built in 19 years you know. No sense hurrying and making mistakes.
"Mexus will begin preparing the heap leach in the near term. The plan is to remove material from the front of the pad and replace it with fresh ore. This new ore will be carefully controlled to keep the highest grades possible on the pad. Mexus CEO Paul Thompson added “The goal is to start with a small production and build out as additional drilling results become available. Mexus now has a group of financial experts who will assist the company in achieving its goals.”
So whatever happened to the 3000 - 4000 ozs. that were in the sludge pond ? Mexus walked away from $3,600,000 - $4,800,000 ????
If you believe this, Rudy Giuliani will sell you the Brooklyn bridge, cheap.
Another fictional statement designed to placate current investors and appeal to prospective sheeple, er investors.
Baaaaaaaah
Only one thing littering the ground at Mexus sites and that is calling cards left by a herd of toros...aka el toro caca.
It still befuddles me that the dotty hobby miner was pulling $500,000 worth of Au out of San Felix (according to him) back in 2014 and yet now, he says they will begin small and expand operations as the "production" pays for it.
Do you find some glaring discrepancies with the dotard's statements and reality ? And yet people subscribe to this ridiculous BS....year after year.
Albert Einstein nailed it.
"Mexus now has a group of financial experts who will assist the company in achieving its goals.”
So the problem all along has been insufficient funding ? With enough money, all of the failed attempts to extract enough gold to justify its' existence would have met with success ? Now, the money men will visit the mine sites to determine what it will take to become a "producing" gold entity. Too funny.
It has yet to be proven that there is enough gold to justify further expenditure.
Talk about speculation. You can't get more speculative than that.

PT has relied on private placements all along, that solicitation was nothing new.
The private board solicitation was new to me. I heard that "the chosen" were receiving messages from Dent but I had not seen them. Insider information PLUS pleas for funds. Wow, how do I become a member of THAT exclusive club ?
Here is something interesting.... that I don't remember reading. A private Paul Dent solicitation for funds from "loyal shareholders".

Did anyone receive this? 12/21/17
Hello everyone. Mexus is looking to raise capital. This money will be used per the attached. All parties believe that the new system, as prescribed by Robert Garcia, is going to get the job done.
Paul T. will be setting this system up himself and has told me that it will take 1 day to install and once installed will be able to run 100gpm. The plan is to head down with the equipment next week.
You can email Debbie directly if interested in loaning money. dlawrence@mexusgoldus.com
This was set up to reward those wishing to participate and to be as minimally dilutive as possible.
Feel free to forward to any of your friends who may not have received. Paul wanted to give past investors first shot at this offer.
Thanks
