diddy4 ... what have you permitted to happen?
/s/Xeno
DiddyStock Nutraceuticals, Inc.
Chairman and CFO
Oh how I weep for you, diddy. I know you to be a good man, if perhaps innocent of the wiles of worms in grass (not to be confused with serpents on rocks) ... but surely you could have blocked this unabashed seizure of power. What happened to your Board? Were they paid off, too?
This goes well beyond mere attempted bribery.
You should be horrified, offended, outraged and mobilized into action. Unless of course you were inonit.
Unless you take severe and immediate steps to throttle this person who signs letters on your company's behalf, your good name will be sullied forever, your reputation tarnished, and your company destined to become nothing more than a textbook case history.
Transparency, diddy, transparency.
Absolutely not.
I may stand alone in decrying the obvious charade you and DiddyNeutraceuticals are launching, but if so, so be it. I will retain my integrity.
Trying to lure me into your wicked operation with first class trips to the San Fernando Valley, LaCrosse and Munchen (even during Oktoberfest) is nothing short of laughable. I cannot be bought.
I cannot express the extent of my regret for having introduced my British contact to the likes of you. But I am certain he will run not walk away from any offer you might decide to offer him.
Please be advised that every word you write to me and to which you sign your name will be archived and in due course transmitted to the appropriate domestic and international authorities. It is the least I can do to make sure DiddyNeutraceuticals does not succeed in its nefarious plans to hoodwick the unsuspecting public.
Cordially, etc.
I am a lone voice in the wilderness.
I speak for transparency.
And honor and morality.
Welp, after reading both your replies, I can see it was a scam from the gitgo and you were always in cahoots.
I ache for any potential investors. They have no idea what's in store for them.
They say if you swim with sharks you become just like them. Is that what happened to you ... you learned from following the history of loch/cdex? Or were you just so tempted by mephisto you couldn't do otherwise?
It's a tragedy, your lost souls the price.
I shall pray for you.
You can't fool me.
It's Sunday and no one finalizes such an agreement on a Sunday.
I knew just knew diddy4 had made a mistake putting you on as CFO. Next you'll try to organize a takeover.
Diddy, so very sorry. I tried to warn you.
diddy4 ...
May I humbly suggest that you pay attention to your CFO, xenophon, who is about to sabotage your company'future through his own unbounded ambition?
Dr. Biffnix is nothing more than a wannabe plagiarist.
I think you've misunderstood.
It's my finder's fee that's still to be agreed.
Your hearing from him is entirely and solely contingent on your offering me something considerably more interesting than a new non-cod scraping job in a sunnier place.
He agrees, btw.
So make your offer and perhaps the talks can continue.
Without me as your intermediary, you're chopped liver.
I already took the liberty of doing just that. You'll prolly hear from him soonly, once the small detail of a (significant) finder;s fee is worked out.
I felt sure you wouldn't mind.
But it seems he's taken an interest in anagrams these days, so I don't know if you'll find him terribly lucid. For background reading you might take a look at The DaVinci Code.
Alert! Alert!
Interest from abroad has been expressed in DiddyStock Neutraceutical!
To wit:
Please let them know that I'd be interested in taking European distribution rights for DiddyStock Neutraceutical products. I'd plan to put the rights in a shell company and float it on the Frankfurt exchange. We can use a boiler room operation out of Marbella as our Stk Distributor and we'll all be squillionaires in no time.
I of course expect a significant finder's fee, should I decide to arrange a meeting amongst the principals. No paper trail, though (please).
Any time, drumbah. No one would b'leeve we didn't plan it!
See, that's why I get 80% and you 20%. Clearly the sender knew you wouldn't recognize brilliance unless it was put right in front of you and felt I was the best one to bring it to your (and I should add prolly xeno's) attention.
Now that capndabigwow has evidently retired, where would you both be without my incredible seek and find skills?
I do other things besides scrape cod, doncha know.
Off out fer now. (Just love that expression -- better'n FORE!)
I don't remember posting a pic of a fat bellied guy eating a donut -- sure you don't have me confused with someone else? All I ever found was an interview with a pointy headed coach -- there was a picture with it, too.
As for finding this gem of an article ... I had help wink wink nudge nudge ... have been saving it for a coupla days for the right moment, a segue if you will, and drumbah gave it to me!
Maybe they can work with a little company (term used loosely) currently hdqt'ed in Tuck-sahn. Surely Dr. Poteet would welcome the opportunity to work with Vialogy and that outfit in Oak Ridge. And surely malcbaby would extend his manufacturing and distribution arms to Vialogy, wouldn't he?
Oh wait ... the Norwegians extended that little company's predecessor an invitation to submit stuph and work together but they declined. I guess malcbaby would decline, too. Too risky.
[edit: they didn't decline, they just never replied! Silence is golden, when you have something so revolutionary others might try to steal it from you.]
"Vialogy will be working with manufacturers and system integrators to fast track
production, certification and distribution of the ViaLogy REPAS systems.
Here's the full article, diddy ... had a feeling you might be interested!

Let me just say this, I have lots of "pictures" to look at over the years. Thus far they are different but the same. Losing money hand over fist but always with promise. Valimed has not taken off, the meth gun still in testing. Remember when we talked to MP, it was the Navy phase one and hopefully Navy phase two that just died on the vine. Always something working with nothing taking off. The last few Qs have spoken of BR over and above the auditors going forward concern. The company has lived on Baxa investments and ppers, not on revenues.
There is always hope but after years worth of reports to look at, one would hope after time something would really take off. To me now and in the past I am worried about cash. There is just so much time to get your product to market that will sell as the competition will eat us alive the longer it takes. Sorry, thats just the way I see it.
Missed the boat?
Or didn't have the ticket/fare to get on it?
"We tried, we really really tried."
Sure thing. I believe it -- not. All efforts were for the sole purpose of perpetrating the scam.
... and in the same vein, drumbah:

"Do you honestly believe that if the Elf had half a chance of being improved that it would have sat idle, while they sweated out 4 years of developing ValiMed. It was quite evident when the services didn't come back with anything positive,it was all phony promotions by Loch Harris."
"Phony promotions by Loch Harris"???? My azz!
WADE POTEET operated the ELF at the DC Demo.
CDEx (MALCOLM, TIM, and (in Tucson) WADE) were entirely responsible for the KINMEN ISLAND DEMO crapola, the following "accidental fax", PR claiming CDEx had a "Bactec demining contract", and the crapola in the CEO Statement by MALC and White Paper claiming that EM-1x worked 100%!!!
Boolsheet on you trying to blame this on Loch-Harris. WADE was in this up to his eyeballs - it came from Sandia (where Wade's brother Horace had worked for 40+ years!).
The boolsheet came FROM WADE and FROM MALCOLM.
They were not some innocents taking the word of Baker or Boone - they are the guys who BROUGHT this crap to LOCH.
Very true!
A glimmer of honesty and true confession time on that board ... all except the raiderman axis. And of course no more helpful links from capndagood to support anyone or anything whatsoever.
Can't believe jenn actually threw good money after bad. What is it about these peeps? Haven't they ever heard the saying 'where there's smoke there's fire'?
I don't feel even a trace of sympathy for clozer. He made out like a bandit first time 'round hyping loch all over every RB board he could find. I hope he put a bundle into hiet and lost it all. (But doubt he did -- he no doubt HAD A PLAN #!@*&^^%#!!!)
What a bunch of scamsters, all of 'em who've been part of the whole thing. The list is long.
We need blkhoc to come up with a few other elixir names!

Rumor
Malcome Is changing his religion.He is praying to Budda to get more suckers like trader and me to buy into this loser.
Poor management has caused this company to fail. Anyone with good sense will sell now before it's to late. IMO
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I disagree, cdex. Absolutely great, fantastic management for the shysters and their friends, for years and years -- just no "products" (in development or back burnered) ever worth a plug nickle!
crow!
"I ain't charging for this consultation yet, but as sonn as you getter going, I shall expect an honorarium!! Not greedy, just a couple million to tide me over for a spell will do. Tax paid, of course."
You missed your calling! A consultant you are, born and bred!
(And thanks for the plug ... maybe I can quit scraping cod scales to make ends meet ... oh how nice that would be.)
Malc et al: "We tried, we really really tried" (giggle giggle)
NOW when is the filing due? Didn't someone say today?
Great find, diddy.
Here we find the key to making millions off the backs of gullible investors who believe everything they read in company PRs and phone calls and letters and birthday bash invitations from specially designated and compensated promoters:
1. The discoverer pitches the claim directly to the media.
The integrity of science rests on the willingness of scientists to expose new ideas and findings to the scrutiny of other scientists. Thus, scientists expect their colleagues to reveal new findings to them initially. An attempt to bypass peer review by taking a new result directly to the media, and thence to the public, suggests that the work is unlikely to stand up to close examination by other scientists.
... and here we find the world renowned, highly regarded inventor "Doctor" Henry Blair (or was it the other Doctor who actually holds a PhD but for some reason came out of hiding -- borne of modesty, no doubt -- only after the illustrious "Doctor" Blair went into hiding):
6. The discoverer has worked in isolation.
The image of a lone genius who struggles in secrecy in an attic [edit: or basement or garage] laboratory and ends up making a revolutionary breakthrough is a staple of Hollywood's science-fiction films, but it is hard to find examples in real life. Scientific breakthroughs nowadays are almost always syntheses of the work of many scientists.
drumbah! Have you been taking creative writing lessons from xeno?! (I hope they don't confuse the Old Santa Fe with the Old Pecos Trail -- they could get berry berry lost.)
crow! All Scots love hiking, don't they? Or just another generalization that doesn't hold up?
Another week goes by without posts by capndagood or diamonte ... what in the world?
Of interest (subtitle: An Unlikely Woman Makes It in a Man's World):
I think her life story would make a terrific movie.
crow and xeno ... how about a little non Euclidian geometry to add to the discussion about "perception" and "flat"?
http://tinyurl.com/2lvccm
oh wait, I think it's another Wolfe I had in mind, though this one's pretty good, too.
Perception is reality ...
unless one is intellectually honest and realizes that most of his/her perceptions are based on both 1/ incomplete knowledge and 2/ (either) fear or hope.
I think that's pretty profound for so late at night. I think I'll tm it.
Would you like a sketch of his single (according to him) luncheon with Nigel in which he let their guest know that if he told peeps to buy they bought and bought and bought some more, that that demonstrated how effective he and Nigel were as a team? Promotional services not to be sneezed at.
How about guests at his 50th birthday bash? That was a biggee.
Or him gathering a tonna bricks for his Valentine's present for a select few?
Or him holding Ms. Ramsay's hand while Mr. Ramsay went on holiday at Club Fed?
Yes, I think it'll be some comic book. A classic.
You left out an illustration of tommy!
xeno ...
I used to want to write the book with ~kidd, but now I wanna write it with you! It'll be a terrific parody!
Can I do that huh please?
Not cheering it on, inet ...
just looking at the inevitable.
I feel sorry for peeps who have lost so much by b'leeving the years of lies, don't you? No, you prolly don't since you're still a defender of the current scamster-liars.
Your language doesn't befit a "gentleman," inet -- which is what you claim to be. More like the language of diamonte and moonie. Friends of yours?
oh.
I thought you meant convenient as in location. That argument didn't make much sense, did it?
And you're right -- probably anything of importance is already unloaded -- offloaded -- dissolved -- sumpin.
Pretty tricky stuph this keeping one step ahead of the SEC and IRS, isn't it.
How long do you think it'll be before cdex declares BK?
"... rather than Cdex asking to move the piddling account for convenience sake."
What was the "convenience", inet? A few days to delay the biggee filing (which it successfully did) -- the filing that is, of course, going to show remarkable growth, sales and revenue that need to be "accounted" for? Or a few more days for unloading purposes?
I don't know why they didn't just engage one of the Big Ten. Or is it nine now?
So the "real" filing is delayed?
Quelle surprise.
You're really getting pretentious, inet ...
The scenario I presented stating a possible potential movement before March 12,under the circumstances, makes perfect sense amongst knowledgable gentlemen.
That is, I assume you classify yourself as one of those?
hmmmmmmmmmm ...
