But your overlooking the fact that with the ongoing investigation do you think the company at this point in time would put out false information? I think not, Monday's PR is everything at this point and the first of many (IMO).

Sand, what if the company puts out a PR on Monday naming the auditor(verifiable), would you get back in? What if they actually have signed cement deals? I know many feel that this stock has been tainted to some extent but if they can verify all info stated above, wouldn't you feel that this could be a great investment? Alot of potential for sure. Come Monday, we'll see what they offer and hopefully more news in the immediate future. I am very optomistic at this point.

Marketman, why the public attack? You know as well as anybody who has been following this stock that Airys is passing this information that was told to him by someone in the company. Yes, he has been told information about the company in the past that didn't happen....... whose fault is that? Airys because he passed the information or the companies for saying something that they didn't follow through on.
The comapny is a fault, not Airys, it's very clear. I'm not kissing any butt cheeks here but I for one appreciate what Airys has to say, he isn't the company I know and I agree it shouldn't have to happen like this but it's all we had.
Hopefully, Monday will change everything and the company will start putting out PR's using the proper procedures.

Jannie, I'm hoping that this PR on Monday can clarify exactly that. As far as your last statement ref: merger or lack of in the two Sulja entities you very well might be right, I don't honestly know but I'm sure we'll have an answer then the investigation is over...

Airys, thats great news, thanks for the up-date. Many here will wait to buy in after the PR and I can understand that. But make no mistake this stock is going north next week.....IMO

Skins, I can't answer that, I'm as stumped as you on that one. I'm not happy with how things have transpired from the 16th of Nov. A lot of people got burned, most sold at a great loss. I feel sorry for all that lost but they hit the sell button, everyone has their reasons.
I didn't, I wouldn't say that I had a lot of confidence in the company back then but I had hope and I hung on. I'm glad I did, my confidence in the company is growing and if they PR verifiable facts on Monday they will have restored much of the lost confidence that I had. Hopefully, Monday will be a new beginning.......IMO

I read this board daily, I've seen posts about an empty shell or not, Kore and Sulja and the booth, Petar's involvement or not and the list goes on. All is speculation which in turn causes confusion and aids in the differences of opinions in all.
I believe there is a lot more going on than we know. I believe we'll see a PR on Monday afternoon which at the very least states that a US accounting firm has accepted to do the external audit, I'm hoping for more but at this point will accept any information that the company has to offer.
But if this is a scam, as some would think. Why do the audit?
Only time will tell and Monday is near, if the company PR's and it's verifiable were definitely on the right track.

Jannie, you should of held on to those shares, they will be worth a lot more in the very near future......IMO

Thanks misterbull, I appreciate that, As you are well aware it's been a crazy stock and yes I know many have lost thousands. I to have fallen into that catagory, on paper anyway. Hoping for the best here and if the company can produce verifiable PR's and not just one, many can re-coup some if not all of their original investment and then some.......IMO

Misterbull, thats what's great about this board, everyone is entitled to express opinions and you have yours. As to NASDAQ and $5.00 a share. I'll refrane on commenting because I truly can't predict the future, lets just wait and see. I still stand on my prediction for next Tuesday if we see the promised PR.

I averaged down also and picked up 1.2 million at .006

And someone please tell me that the MM's aren't all over manipulating the price.......162k shares traded and the price drops 20%..... they know whats coming .......

Marketman, yes the supposed PR is over do, yes it upsets me, yes I have been disappointed with this stock. But if the PR comes out on Monday, naming the auditor, you'll see this at .02, forget about a penny, that will be history.......IMO
But let's wait until next Tuesday morning just after the market opens and let's see who's right.

Why, msskinny it's perfectly clear, most longs are down between 60-90%, now we can sell at a loss like many or we can give them a little more time to straighten things out. I choose the later and I'll leave it to you to figure out why. I'm not saying what the company has done was right and I will say that there has been illegal manipulation of the stock. Who's at fault? the company is to some extent, now what that extent is, is the big question. I'm hoping the investigation sheds a little more light there. There might be a little more to the story then we think and their might not.
Makes no sense to sell now. If the rumors are true and the company puts out substanical information and it is positive, we have new life. Which will bring in new investors, more interest, money and the company and shareholders prosper.
If they don't PR then we wait for the findings and hopefully find out what really happened. At this point it not that much of a gamble to hold out and see what happens.....IMO

Rip, you have your opinion and I have mine, time will tell if I made the right decision. It's my dime my friend and I'll spend it any way I want. Most here that play the penny stocks say never stay to long with one. You've been attacking this stock for a while, you had the chance to buy back in @.005 and you didn't. It's currently priced around .0085, nice little profit if you bought in. Everyone is trying to make money here, why aren't you and others?

msskinny, it's hard it really is but I do and so do a lot of others. They are suppose to release a PR this week to help restore confidence. Fish, a good honest straight from the heart post. Many feel the pain for sure. I do believe that the company is doing the right thing and is doing it's best to restore shareholder confidence. Time will tell and hopefully very soon.
