I told him he could return the favor if a revenue/contract pr comes out before the financials. I said we need it this week! He could not give me a exact date because of regulations but he understood the shareholders concerns and would put out a pr very soon that would "make us all happy".

And I agree PTSH is running on a revenue pr of sales of 500,000! Completely paltry in relation to the revenue stream that ATWT is probably creating!!!

I just got off the phone with Wiley. I told him we need a pr stating how many new contracts are aquired and the revenue stream they are creating so the stock price would rise and not suffer.

He said that one was already in the works and it should come out very soon! I believe whithin a couple of days we will have our pr!!!

Ok thanks dudes! I am glad that no dilution has occured! I know 800 million are authorized, but that doesn't mean you will ever issue them! That puts my mind at ease for good.

Ok I will give some of it away. The West Bend deal is bigger than realized. Their representatives in all states they cover are now actively engaging policyholders to buy the Kiddie alert product! Other insurance co. will follow their lead! Sales are going to be through the roof! Wiley wouldn't give me exact dates or figures(would be a violation). However I believe we will all be happy!!!

I have talked to Nick the CPA handling the audit as well as Alex Wiley, CEO of ATWEC!!! I talked to Alex for about 20 min.!!! He said the audit will be finished within 30 days and then a move to a higher exchange!

Said his legal counsel advises him not to release financials until the auditing process is over with. I have asked him to reconsider. However he will be releasing a pr stating all the new contracts aquired, their numbers, etc.!!!

When I was talking to him, Nick the CPA dude called; so he will call me back! I gave him my email so he is supposed to mail me the engagement letter for the auditing process!!!

Will advise him it is in his best interest to release a sales figure pr before end of auditing process for shareholder value!

However, a pr stating how many new contracts and the number of units sold per contract, would be fine with me!

Ok guys I just got off of the phone with Craig Sizer!!! He stated that a finacial pr was forthcoming! However the Audit co. would have to complete it's audit before it would be released! He mentioned that sales figures and new contracts aquired will beat every one's expectations!!!

He also stated that the West Bend insurance deal was on the low side worth 5-10 million and on the high side 30 million plus!!! That deal alone takes the valuation of the co. into pennyland for good!!! And just think about it West Bend covers appoximately 15% of the market. When the other insurance co.'s follow their lead....

I am now going to call the CPA co. to try and find out when the audit will be done! Will post after I find out some thing!

Ok I am new here on IHUB. Some of you will know who I am from HSM the infamous Nathan1!!!

Ok I came over here because I need to find out some pertinent information. The HSM poster Maknak started a title thread on HSM that said this: "ATWT huge news this morning August the 10th".

That title got alot of attention and several people bought in big!!! I bought personaly, 2.5 million shares at .006!!! Ouch!!!

I usually never take any one's word on anything untill I do my own DD but I came across this at 8:27 and had 3 min. to make a decision. Alot of other people bought at that level also so they are not very happy either.

Maknak wrote this title based on the predictions of the IHUB poster vlftrader. He only stated this after the stock was down 25%! He said vlftrader has never been wrong on a pr date, ever.

I called the investment/relations guy at the 305 area code number; he said there was no pr coming out today that he was aware of! I still believe in this co. and the more DD I do the better I feel about my entry price. As more municipalities and states make this mandatory equipment, the sales will skyrocket into the next Galaxy!!! I just will be more carefull about what people base their information on.

So my question is this-Hey vlftrader 'ol pal of mine, when do you think that pr will come out? A respnse will be greatly apreciated!!!
