NICE, bit of a shotgun for the distribution side w/ some connections to boot.. Things are definitely picking up steam here. Its just a matter of time everyone, a solid business is being formed here and we are fortunate enough to be in on the ground floor!
$LVVV FTW
The distributor is required for all the tax records. And when selling between licensed manufactures you need to show both the License and sellers permit. We have ‘em both now. As they stated in the report, 2019 is a new leg up for LVVV, we will be seeing big things happening here soon. This was needed to actually recognize revenue from MJ in a nutshell.
Navigation thru the State regs continues: our Cannabis Tax Permit has been issued under section 34014 of the California revenue and tax code. Let’s go!
$LVVV
State Distribution License Points:
First, It is 100% necessary to have this if cultivators and manufacturers want to get their products to retailers. Why? There are three primary reasons:
1 - Distributors are the only license type that can transport marijuana products and they’re also the only licensees that can coordinate the required third-party testing of licensees’ products.
- 7x PURE
2 - Prior to any retail sale, licensees must ensure that a distributor undertakes quality assurance packaging and labeling reviews of their products. hello again. 7X PURE
3 - Perhaps most importantly, distributors are almost exclusively in charge of collection and remittance of the cultivation and excise taxes to the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (“CDTFA”). 7X Pure again w/ its Block Chain Technology.
HUGE SEGWAY FOR 7X PURE HERE FOLKS.. Were gonna be seeing a lot more of this in the coming months IMO.

5000 sq ft grow = $millions annually.. and WE HAVE A 25k Square Foot Facility! Soon as they have this set up, contracts in place...They will be ROCKING it out.. Taxes? So what! With as much as they can potentially make, take the hits for now, still make some money to expand in the meantime. The Govt regs will change at some point IMO. Just a matter of time.. Tick Tock..
* McDaib Broke this down for us *
Here's a breakdown of square footage production estimates for clones. Been doing this for 15+ years in Oregon and have a fairly good handle on realistic projections:
1) Avg clone needs at least 4" X 4" to grow horizontally, 12" vertically and be ready for sale in 3-4 weeks (each cutting needs to take root and show signs of vigor which can take 3-4 weeks).
2) Grow platforms can reasonably have a height of 12' and be manageable (with moveable ladders). Each horizontal level of the grow will need about 12 inches in height to allow for lighting, container and plant. That means a pod with 12' ceilings can grow 108 clones per sq ft of floor space on 12 verticle levels. I think the current pods used by LVVV are 8' but that can be altered so I'm going to stick with the 12' verticle height. (Height, and therefore production can be adjusted to whatever it is).
3) With 12' ceilings there would be 12 levels of clones, lights, containers, etc. Each sq ft of floor space would produce 108 clones.
4) With a 4 week rotation that means 108 clones per sq ft X 5,000 sq ft = 540K clones per month. 540,000 X 12 (months) = 6,480,000 clones produced yearly.
5) If Colorado, Washington and Oregon are any indication then LVVV can expect to receive between $10.00 and $35.00 per clone on a wholesale basis. Clone value depends on strain (THC and CBD percentages, length of time to harvest, quality of end product, reliabilty of strain genetics, buzz surrounding strain, etc, etc.).
6) If we assume a conservative average wholesale price per clone of $10.00 then a 5000 sq ft area that is 12' high should return a gross revenue yearly to LVVV of $648 million. The 7X Pure platform of LVVV could raise this average to much more. Especially with the just approved distribution license and LVVV's ability to gain the confidence of the industry who know what they may be able to get per clone.
How many square feet does LVVV need under cultivation and with the 7X Pure seal of approval to make every long on this board considerably better off?
NO BRAINER!!!

LiveWire is one of the few emerging, handful of leading-edge and well-managed companies with a solid business model and led by an experienced and credible management and development team.
The Company is conducting credible research, has secured the first production license, will develop high-quality products, is establishing a 7X Verification and Dosing System and expected to generate significant value moving forward. LiveWire’s model is driven by the increasing market demand for legal, high-quality products and reliable services that will allow the Company to remain viable long term. LiveWire believes that it can execute on its business plan in a timely manner and will be able to generate significant ROI for its investors, subject to the timely availability of the required working capital. While current efforts are focused on the legal sector of the cannabis market, the expected regulatory relaxation of the rules and regulations by the Federal Government and a removal of CBD from the Schedule 1 should accelerate the sector growth even further. The currently existing uncertainty combined with rapidly accelerating growth is creating an early investment opportunity, similar to the early investment opportunities generated by the now top of the charts pioneer internet companies.
$LVVV
Livewire has a sophisticated and solid business plan, is run by an experienced management and development team and will be able to
satisfy typical financial industry due diligence requirements, once it has up-listed to OTCQB. Livewire is still in the startup
development stage but has begun implementing core sections of its business plan. The Company’s initial focus will be on California, but is prepared to expand nationwide, once legally and economically feasible. Livewire has executed several key development and strategic
alliance agreements and has acquired minority equity interest in three established cannabis companies. The Company has obtained its
first two permits for the legal operation of its cultivation/nursery production facility in the city of Coachella, California and has been
granted a statewide distribution license. It has brought its OTC filings up to date and has submitted its application for up-listing to OTCQB.
Audits for the last two operating years have been completed, published and filed with the OTC. The company is committed to
consistently provide details of its plans, actions and results to provide full transparency to the public. Livewire expects to start generating revenues beginning in the 3rd to 4th quarter of 2018.
While the company’s strategic moves are not yet complete, LiveWire is well positioned in a sector of the industry with high barriers of
entry and has developed a branded strategy that should be attractive to investors in the “new” cannabis industry. Livewire will enter into
carefully evaluated agreements to raise the required funds to secure working capital required for the execution of its plans, without
generating extraordinary dilution for it existing shareholders. This should make it an attractive target for individual investor and retail
investors alike and will allow the Company to measurably spend on R&D and marketing and capture new markets via JVs and acquisitions.

Three cannabis reform bills reintroduced in Congress
Published 43 mins ago | By John Schroyer
The list of pro-marijuana reform bills in Congress just got a little longer.
Not only was the anticipated bipartisan SAFE Banking Act reintroduced on Thursday after a much-publicized congressional hearing last month, but two more members of the House of Representatives held a news conference on Capitol Hill to call for federal reforms.
Flanked by several cannabis advocates, U.S. Reps. Tulsi Gabbard, a Hawaii Democrat, and Don Young, an Alaska Republican, announced they’re reintroducing two measures that would advance the marijuana industry:
The Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act would remove MJ from the list of federally controlled substances.
The Marijuana Data Collection Act would study the impacts of cannabis legalization across the nation.
The measures were first introduced in 2018 with 39 co-sponsors and 34 co-sponsors, respectively.
“We must end the federal prohibition on marijuana now,” Gabbard said at a news conference. “This is … the only bipartisan legislation that deschedules marijuana.”
After that news conference, the office of Colorado Democratic U.S. Rep. Ed Perlmutter announced the reintroduction of the Secure And Fair Enforcement (SAFE) Banking Act.
The measure, which would prevent federal regulators from punishing banks and other financial institutions that provide services to MJ companies, was introduced with 106 co-sponsors, according to Perlmutter’s office.
The SAFE Banking Act is also sponsored by Washington state Democrat Denny Heck and Ohio Republican Reps. Warren Davidson and Steve Stivers.
A multitude of reform bills already have been introduced on Capitol Hill by both Democrats and Republicans, including the Marijuana Justice Act, which would remove MJ from the Controlled Substances Act.
But Gabbard and Young’s descheduling bill is the most liberal of all, since removing marijuana from the list of federally controlled substances would be tantamount to federal legalization.
Young said marijuana industry stakeholders in Alaska have told him repeatedly that not having access to banking services has been their “biggest challenge.”
“This bill takes care of that,” Young said Thursday.
Other members of Congress have thrown their weight behind the States Act, a Senate bill that not only promises to solve the banking crisis but would protect state cannabis laws from federal interference and simultaneously address the 280E tax conundrum.

No hurdle so far for medical marijuana banking bill in Senate
Twitter iconShare
Submitted by Marijuana News on Mon, 03/04/2019 - 09:19
The Senate Judiciary Committee breezed through approval of the medical cannabis program banking bill in a matter of minutes Friday morning.
Sen. Mike Romano. D-Harrison, provided the only commentary, saying Judiciary did the “yeoman’s share” of the work shaping this bill last year. He asked committee counsel Tom Smith if there were any issues with the bill and Smith said that the House worked it extensively in cooperation with the state treasurer’s office to make sure it’s rock solid.
Romano said, “The world is changing. If we don’t get out in front of it, the world will pass us by.”
It passed in a voice vote, with Sen. Mike Azinger, R-Wood, voicing the only no. Azinger vociferously opposed passage of the original medical cannabis program bill in 2017, saying it’s federally illegal and could open the door for recreational marijuana and drug abuse.
Other than voting no, he said nothing this time.
The committee made no changes to the bill, HB 2538, that came over from the House. It goes to the full Senate for passage next week. If unamended on the Senate floor, it will go to the governor.
Recapping how the bill works: It creates two state funds. The primary one is the Medical Cannabis Program Fund designed to receive license fees, penalties and taxes associated with the program.
The other is the Treasurer’s Medical Cannabis Fund created to receive all oversight and compliance fees charged to the chosen financial institution by the treasurer and to be spent on oversight and compliance expenses.
The treasurer will select by competitive bid one or more financial institutions to handle banking services for the fees, penalties and taxes collected from growers, processors and dispensers under the program. The institution may be a bank, credit union or a “non-bank financial institution.”
Once federal law changes and it becomes legal for banks to handle program money, the contract or contracts will end and the money will be transferred to the institution holding the state concentration account, meaning the single account it uses to write checks.
As legislators previously learned, the bank holding the state’s checking account, BB&T, won’t handle cannabis money. Other institutions have expressed interest but won’t step up. So this bill is an effort to stir the interest of credit unions to bid on a contract.
LOL.. exactly. that is hilarious.. funnier yet, a back ground check?? ROFL! OMG..
$LVVV FTW
There are big advantages to getting clones from LVVV...7X Pure is one, barcoding history, clean, pesticide free, guarantee...distribution is another, responsible for testing and taxation, a grower cannot do anything without this..also using clones saves on space/ time..and allows for an added harvest or two.. increasing their profitability. If they do it right, their reputation built will precede them as one of the “go to” clone suppliers in the state..it will be earned for sure imo.
IMO he is gonna grow this up to the point of a merger or acquisition of the sorts....50 - 1 SP is an ideal target for a biggie to scoop us up...and I am pretty sure that ALOT of that is gonna happen when it’s becomes legal on a federal level.. Bill just needs to marinate us up in the meantime to make LVVV more appealing.. medium rare filet, seasoned just perfectly... mmmmm.
$LVVV
Good point GCM, and DD...now THAT certainly shows us there is PLENTY out there to be had, and who else better to provide it? Gonna be exciting to see that build out!
Cory Booker introduces bill to legalize marijuana nationwide
Posted by SWI Editorial Staff On March 01, 2019 0 Comment
Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) introduced a bill Thursday to legalize marijuana across the country.
The 2020 presidential hopeful has made criminal justice reform and social justice issues central to his campaign and is framing the marijuana legalization bill as such.
“The War on Drugs has not been a war on drugs, it’s been a war on people, and disproportionately people of color and low-income individuals,” Booker said in a press release announcing the legislation. “The Marijuana Justice Act seeks to reverse decades of this unfair, unjust, and failed policy by removing marijuana from the list of controlled substances and making it legal at the federal level.”
A House version of the bill was introduced by Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) and Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.), who is co-chair of the Congressional Cannabis Caucus.
The bill, known as the Marijuana Justice Act, would remove marijuana from the federal list of controlled substances, where it is currently a Schedule I drug in the same class with heroin and LSD.
It would also expunge previous marijuana-related federal convictions.
Additionally, the bill calls for the establishment of a fund to invest in communities affected by mass incarceration due to marijuana-related arrests.
Booker introduced a similar version of the same bill in 2017, but the legislation was never taken up for a vote.
Several of Booker’s most prominent challengers for the Democratic presidential nomination from the Senate are co-sponsors on the bill, including Sens. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) and Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.).
Ten states as well as Washington, D.C., have already legalized the recreational use of marijuana, with many more states legalizing its medicinal use.
Booker’s bill would also incentivize states to loosen their marijuana laws by using federal funds.

However, the application for Robles would be for the Annual..which per their PR, they should have since applied for this already from the approval with Robles at his last meeting.. like Bmel stated...Bill seems to be on top of these things, so I’m confident he will be also submitting the annual for Coachella in due time..think they have 6 months on Coachella now

California Licensing Delays Could Create Recreational Marijuana Shortage.
Feb 27, 2019
Currently, almost 7,000 cannabis cultivators are producing flower under temporary licenses in California. However many of these temporary licenses are set to expire in the coming months which could quickly lead to a recreational marijuana shortage. The problem stems from the California Department of Food and Agriculture’s slow roll out of annual licenses for cannabis cultivators.
CDFA Slow to License
One of the major factors leading to licensing delays for growers is the environmental review that must take place before licenses are issued. Both the Department of Fish & Wildlife and the California State Water Resources Control Board must complete a thorough review of each application before approving or denying a cultivator.
As of now, the CDFA has only issued nine annual cannabis cultivation licenses which is resulting in growing concern about a recreational marijuana shortage. There are 39 annual cultivation licenses that are currently in limbo awaiting payment for licensing fees upwards of $44,000 per license. California cannabis regulators and legislators must act fast to avoid a scenario that could jeopardize the entire industry.
Omar Figueroa, a California cannabis attorney, notes that “If California runs out of regulated cannabis, consumers will turn to the unregulated market, making it even more difficult for the few remaining licensed cannabis businesses to eke out a living.” This is what businesses and regulators fear the most, but there are some lawmakers working to avoid a potential collapse.
Senate Bill to Prevent Shortage
Senator Mike McGuire refuses to stand idly by and watch the cannabis industry implode. He recently drafted and proposed Senate Bill 67, which would allow marijuana cultivators to continue growing and harvesting crops in the interim while they await permanent cannabis licenses. If passed into law, SB 67 would give state agencies enough time to ensure each farm was in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act.
Providing regulators with the resources and time to tick all the boxes will not only alleviate the pressure on their respective agencies, but also provide the supply necessary to keep consumers from turning to the black market. At the very least, the state could issue provisional licenses to keep farms up and running while they review each operation for an annual license.
Incomplete License Applications
CDFA communications manager, Rebecca Foree, commented saying that “The top priority of CDFA’s CalCannabis Cultivation Licensing Division is to process as quickly as possible the annual cannabis cultivation licensing applications. We are here to help applicants understand how to submit accurate and complete applications, which in turn will help speed up the application-review process.”
It may come as no surprise that on a 44 page application for a cannabis cultivation license, there is often times information that is missing or not included. This only further delays the licensing of cultivation applicants. Jenn Price, director of state compliance at Golden State Government Relations notes that “It isn’t just an issue of whether or not CDFA can power through that many applications in the time allotted, it’s whether the applications are even eligible for approval.”
