What is the anticipated PPS expected as a result of the merger announcement?
I love it.
Smart and funny.
I have a theory that the deal is still on the table, however, negotiations or the agreement has stalled until certain filings are done. I'm still unsure why they would have issued the Facebook message, and find it strange that they have not mentioned it again. Maybe not, since they did not mention it the first time when negotiations where actually still going on.
Yes, there are unanswered questions, but time will tell. Still holding strong on this one... (with fingers crossed behind my back)
9 Days to submit the 3 years following 2013... How long does the auditing process normally take?
Are we confident this will be completed in time before the due date?
In fairness, this is his private Twitter account. I probably shouldn't be posting them on here, but in any case, he is positive.
Give the guy some slack... he just came on board, and does not call the shots in their entirety.
I would rather have company make a smart decision and re-evaluate, than to acquire a problematic company and pay for it in the long run. Everyone knows this is a gamble. If you didn't think this could be the outcome, you shouldn't have invested in the first place.
IMO once the financials of the company are complete, I think you will start to see the pps start to move again. Patience!

There are also a couple photos of him and his wife sprinkled in there...
He was in the Hamptons.... business must be good!
I like the way Sal has been tweeting lately. He sounds highly optimistic. :)
Crickets.... :(
Where is this response posted?
I agree with you. I'm not in the F&B industry, but do work within hotels and know that there are mergers and acquisitions from our head office which fall through. Never have I ever seen information get sent out in detail regarding failed opportunities. This would be counteractive to the cause.
What also does not make sense is that the individual who says they have the letter is not an employee or owner. How did they get a hold of the email? If it was already known to the owners/employees that FLASR was a part of this potential deal, why was that not made known to everyone else? Too much BS on this one...
Love it.
Can't really go anywhere from there right???
It's been quite the baffling day, that is for sure.
Hoping something good comes of this. I want to hear from Everette. His absence is deafening.
Can you send a screenshot?
Not sure I agree with this one.
To my knowledge, Sal was hired by UHLN, not Charlie Graingers. It's not like he just accepted the job, saw the financials, and ran off with Charlie Graingers as you are insinuating.
The big question is what is Greg George's role in this merger? He is not listed on the board, nor is he officially with Charlie Graingers anymore, yet he is touring around with Sal. Something is happening here...
A little patience will go a long way I think :)
New theory?
Greg George is still wearing his Emerging Franchise hat in the photos from Sal. Maybe UHLN is dead and has secretly changed into EF (name change and ticker change in line with their business Model) and thus, CG is not merging with UHLN anymore, but rather, the newly named company.
Stretching? Perhaps... :)
Were the photos all the ones from Sal driving around with Greg and Sam?
What twitter drama?
I missed what happened.
DOLV in the news
AGAIN, this does not affect the current DOLV shares. This was under past ownership of the stock
https://patch.com/new-york/westhampton-hamptonbays/local-man-pleads-guilty-conspiracy-tax-offenses-after-pump-dump
Agreed.
I like a good gamble. Keeps life interesting. :)
When is the 45 day due?
Oh I am :)
Hasn't stopped me from purchasing shares. I just think it's good to question what some people post on these forums as "evidence" when it is not strong evidence.
For me, this is definitely a gamble stock as there is no official proof the transaction is complete. Once that is done, there will be validation.
For now, It's a 50/50 chance this will be fruitful.
Obviously UFood is their own photos, because it is a legitimate company.
I'm saying that the US Highlands "new" website has pulled stock photos, and other information from the Emerging Franchises website. There is no original content. Anyone can build a site like that, especially on a entry level site like GoDaddy.
There is no official link between US Highland and Emerging Franchises. The fact that Ihubbers were talking about this in great detail on the forum, hinting at the link between UHLN and Emerging Franchises, and then all of a sudden, this basic website pops up, with pixelated photos pulled from Emerging Franchises website on it, seems off.
To me, someone wanted to "validate" the link between the two, so they created the Website and changed the name slightly to US HighlandS making it look like it was legitimate. Then, after we called out that a new twitter account had popped up with an incorrect name, they decided to link the twitter to the "new" website and address it on the "new" twitter account indicating they were both the same company.
The twitter post right before that was a direct result of Ihubbers questioning the financials. It was posted on the same day.
It seems ridiculous that a company would do this IMO as they do not monitor Ihub. I personally think that the New website and twitter are unofficial pages that an IHubber has created to provide fake validation.
These are stock photos....
Anyone can get them and put them up on their own websites.
Could it be that DOLV is officially done and is now JBZJMY, so posting that DOLV is a current company would be incorrect. Perhaps they will change it to JBZJMY once everything rolls out. :)
It's been surprisingly quiet with the DD the last couple of days since the photos of the JB president.
What's going on???
Does anyone know what the anticipated PPS would be with this merger?
And we are at .008!
There is nothing wrong with questioning what you do not know.
It is not an attack on the company, just a search for clarity.
As I mentioned before, I'm riding the wave with everyone else here, as I have invested my own money in this company. I have the right to ask questions when it comes to my investments....
Thanks for taking the time to throw that info back at me while keeping us all up to date!
-Chief-
I'd still like to think, had I not brought it up, it would not have happened....
You are welcome :)
-Chief of Beef-
Oh don't you worry... I will be right beside you riding the wave.
There are some fairly aggressive people on here who have no time for some newbs asking questions. Sharing of info is always appreciated and helps get everyone on the same page... Sometimes we don't have time to scroll through 10,000 messages to get up to date.
Ok, Calm down.....
Chief of Beef sounds great though :)
Thanks. I'm not trying to start anything. Just curious as to this mystery Twitter account.
They could have stopped it with a brief explanation that it was a new account.
I appreciate your attempts to try to downplay what I am saying. I think in order to squash my statements regarding a fake Twitter account, it would make sense to state the last tweet on BOTH accounts to verify they are in fact linked. Then I will be appeased.
Having the tweet come from the account in question with 9 followers doesn't prove anything.
Sorry.
Tbh I wouldn't be surprised if he made up those shares with uhln with his appointment. I guess we will see with the updated fins.
Think it's a possibility?
EVERETT DICKSON CONNECTION??
Ok, I know the last few posts have been pretty skeptical based on some dodgy spelling issues... I still reserve my thoughts on this... :)
BUT THIS!!!
I apologize if this info has already been passed on, but if it has, it's good to review what our CEO is saying...
I decided to do some investigating on my own, and called up the company number listed on the newest PR (404-885-5740 - phone number & Email different than the first PR). The receptionist answered "US Highland". I asked to find out some information on the website, and she stated she couldn't help me, however, she could transfer me to "Everett" who can assist. After transferring the call, it went to a generic Us Highland voicemail. I didn't want to leave a message, so I called back, and then proceeded to ask about their Twitter. She explained she has no information, as she is working for a company called Regence who leases the space to US Highland at the address . I asked how long they have been tenants, and she said they just moved in. She is the receptionist for the building, and answers US Highland calls, and transfers them all to "Everett". I asked who Everett is, and gave me the name "Everett M. Dickson".
After a little bit of searching online, I found Mr. Dickson was the CEO of a company called FLASR, INC which made waste management solutions for soft tobacco. Doing a bit more research, I found this...

Great to see the CEO of UHLN has such high expectations. I am VERY curious to see more research into Mr. Dickson. He returned 70,000,000 common stock shares back to his previous company, FLASR, in April, and then in June announced his resignation. He is the inventor, so I'm wondering if he will have any connection still between UHLN and Flasr. Their IHub board is still active, and their stock is at 0.0001, but live. Their stock was upwards of $200 pps in 2015.
Do we think there will be a connection here?
Would the real UHLN please stand up?

One has more twitter followers than the other.
One spelled with an s and the other without.
Fools will get the gold. :)
Please show me in the PR where they call the company US Highlands....
You are incorrect.
Yahoos.com is not the same as Yahoo.com.
This is a community. A place where people can air any uncertainty, confirmations, and concerns, with other current or potential shareholders.
I have every right to question, because I'm a smart investor.
US Highland does not have a website that is functioning. Look at the PR that was released and see what website is listed. It is not live.
Call the number on the PR to confirm the news.... no answers.
I will not remain hush for fear of looking silly. I'll leave looking silly for those that downplay investors probing deeper to find facts.
I would say yes as well. That website has pixelated images, no contact details, and is made on a GoDaddy website that anyone could start.
Again, the name is not correct.
In addition to this, it's a direct rip off of images from
http://www.emergingfranchises.com/other-services.html, which is what the Ihubbers are saying is associated. I could build that site in 2 minutes pulling the info from Emerging Franchises....
Your point is weak. The share is moving, yes, but the DD you are pointing to lacks merit.
Still believe it's fake. Sorry.
I've sent an email to UHLN to verify. Stay tuned :)
Those suggestions are too specific.
Read the PR. From their statements, this is not going to just be about hotdogs, or Charlie Grainger's for that matter. This is much larger. This is the FIRST franchise that they are bringing into the fold. It would be silly for them to change the name EACH time they merge another company into the group.
I don't think they will stray from the franchise market in the title. If they are in fact partnering with Emerging Franchises, perhaps something like 'Emerging Franchises Group" or even sticking with the original with a twist to "US Highland Group"
