Just so you know Adapt, I appreciate your kind words in bot of your private messages. Obviously I have not and won't have a paid subscription, so I can't respond privately. Hope what you said is true.

F.A. There are no deadlines. That is what I don't get in your statements. They put out press releases. Some were overly optimistic.

However, any deadlines were self imposed. They are under no pressure to have anything done at a specific point in time. I believe, you may not, that their goals will be accomplished.

Your point about it being an nonreporting pink sheet is valid. However, your point about them missing deadlines is not. These things will happen over time.

Also, for what it is worth, during my last conversation with Mr. Austin (this week), he emphasized that he didn't have control over everything. We/he is working with basically a third world county with their own schedules and time frames. He has to adhere to their wishes as well.

It will happen for all of us.

I don't know what all the excitement is. I have spoken to Andrew Austin on several occassions and even spoke with Jaime awhile back.

Please remember that this company is only potential at this point. However, it is great potential.

As a CPA, I know how long it takes to get things done especially with the SEC. It will take time. I think the fact that they have even done audits is great.

I truly don't believe this company is a fraud. I don't feel there is any risk of that. I feel the true risk relies in Evo Morales and the new government. If he goes nuts, and blows FMNJ out, then we have got problems. I don't think that is going to happen either, but I think that is more risky than the company being fraudulent.

We won't get rich quick, but in a few years, this company may be trading on the American Stock exchange at some figure maybe $3.00, just a guess.

F.A., not all stocks go up on fundamentals alone. If that were the case we could just look at public company's financials look at what the P/E is and make our investments accordingly because all stocks would only be increasing and/or decreasing in accordence with their earnings. As we all know this is not true.

I believe this company is legite. I have invested in other pinks and they come out with news on what the MM are doing and why the stock price is up or down. To me this type of PR is a true pump scam. FMNJ has never done that and is more informative than most companies.

Remember in 2005 when we would go month to month without news and only got info. through those stupid news letters. We are in better shape now with a ligite company with real profit potential and assumably assets (and or access to those assets) in the ground.

Time will tell.

I don't know what his motivation is.

He is smart and certainly has more technical knowledge then I, but I just don't understand the turn.

I think I will be happy if they come out with the audits. I can waite for the BB status to come later. I think by just applying they are indicating that they are somewhat legite.
