They are holding their first shareholder meeting. They don't want a pack of angry dogs sitting in front of them. We will get positive news before the meeting. Perhaps something that creates a lot of questions so they don't get pounded over their salaries.

We have been hollering for a shareholders meeting for years, and now we get one. Why now? Because they have plenty of good things to tell us. Otherwise it would of already happened or it will never happen.

Companies usually mail out forms to get the voting quorum.

It is unlikely to get a quorum at a live shareholders meeting.

You don't need a quorum unless you are voting on something.

The last thing they want is this group sitting in front of them pissed off. We would never let them leave the room. This is definitely good news.

OK now I am really reaching. Lets say TF buys PMCB for cheap, say 25cents a share.

They have the ability to run the trial with their resources no problem.

The trial is successful.

Now they can sell PMCB to an insulin producer or Merck or any large entity that wants to either use it or smash it, FOR BILLIONS.

I told you I was reaching.

Its cutting edge medical science with a variety of applications. Its directly in their wheelhouse.

They could sure run a great trial with Patheon on board with Fisher Clinical services.

Great chance of trial success with them I believe.

If we get positive trial results we will get offers on the higher side of these numbers. Lets file the IND so we can find out.

I am with Ray. I am not going anywhere, but it is not beneath me to get fired up when I see such an indifferent response from IR.

I do not think KW wrote the Response to Ray. Any correspondence I have had with him does not read that way. He has always been respectful.

IND, Funding, Partnership. Lets go KW, its fourth and goal at the one, lets get the ball in the end zone.

Two things:

1. People will handle identical circumstances differently.

2. I am not in the medical field and have no idea how long things take. Maybe those who work in biotech have a greater understanding of the nuts and bolts of things and that makes them more patient.

I would be willing to bet that the IND is not filed in 2019.

I have patience. I am not in a hurry. I am still buying stock in PMCB. The problem is we need a level of transparency from the company so we as investors can make better decisions. I worry when I see responses like the one Ray received. It was a pacifier. If there is a legitimate delay tell us.

I am more likely to bail on this company on no news than I am on bad news.

This is from Ray's response from IR, I believe there is a delay. They told me a PR was coming and it is not. What changed?

We are the ones paying for these tests. Are we not allowed to know who is performing these tests? What tests are they referring to? This is a vague statement meant to pacify.

R&D by its very nature is an inexact science in that one cannot predict with certainty the outcome of any experiment or procedure or the number of times a particular experiment or procedure must be repeated until the desired outcome is reached. "

Desired outcome is reached = Yuck, Are they saying they are not getting their desired outcome from testing? They said a PR was coming and now they say it will be awhile. Does this mean we are not getting desired results from testing of cells? Seems like a possibility to me.

3. "For the two reasons alone discussed above, it would be speculative at best to predict when the next update will occur or when the IND will be submitted to the FDA. "

I don't give a rats bum if its speculative, we need some more specifics than this, even if its not an exact time line. There is a small group of us keeping this propped up. It is possible that their secrecy is in shareholders best interest, but it shore is frustrating.

One thing I did like about the article was the disclosure:

"Disclosure: We have no position in PMCB and have not been compensated for this article."

This is an objective opinion, not paid marketing. Others are taking notice.

I think its realistic that an RS is coming down the line somewhere. Not necessarily a bad thing, obviously monster volume that pushes up the pps would be best.
