Pretty big bid @ .028, above the actual share price which is highly unusual.
Just when there looks like a little light at the end of the tunnel, the asked gets stacked again with seemingly endless amount of shares. The ask has been systematically pressed down ever since WABR pulled out at .06.
Yeah hard to argue whether or not WABR was because of Andrew. I was just saying the companies that promoted him via a PR, basically did nothing afterwards. But like I said it was a limited sample and those companies could have all been garbage, like most nano caps tend to be. But we do know that as soon as WABR disappeared off the bid, all the other mm's, especially OTCX got really aggressive in pushing this down, by continuing to put large amounts on the ask while steadily lowering the ask at the same time. When/if that type of pressure subsides we will head back up I believe. Bid support on L2 has been pretty much nonexistent for weeks now.
Yeah we can only hope/wish/dream.....lol I did reach out to Steve via email, just don't have the same connection with Andrew as I did with Steve, but not like it's going to matter a whole lot either way. I also looked at a few stocks that companies hired this Andrew to promote, and almost all of the ones I found the stock did basically nothing afterwards. But then again it was very limited and I was just going by companies that actually PR'd the hiring of Andrew, which I don't believe ENDV did.
Yeah I completely agree Craig that we are long overdue for a shareholder update. It's been since Jan and now we are in mid August, with the last PR being 2 months ago. Silence is causing a lot of people to probably question/panic and I can't say I blame them. Mann continues to buy but I don't think many even care at this pt.
So on May 15 O/S was 350.8 mil and now on Aug 13 O/S is 366.1 mil. That is a total of 13 weeks and 15.3 mil increase for an average of 1.17 mil shares a week. From a dilution standpoint this doesn't seem that bad as I can recall we were diluting around 2 mil shares per week at one pt. Like I've said before we need some sort of catalyst, and without any news whatsoever for 2 months, we are kinda stuck in this 8-18 mil mc range I believe.
You hit the nail on the head Craig. Nothing has really changed as far as diluting is concerned. In fact, it's even less than before when we were not in nearly as good as shape as we are in now. One of the big reasons I believe we shot up to .13 was the buildup to the initial heart trial results. It's always beneficial to have a known catalyst that people are looking for, to help drive the price and interest up. But as you've said we are in a quiet period now, with almost no news whatsoever for 2 months. Seems like we are poised to break out soon but understand the frustration everyone is having here.
Yep couldn't agree more.
And when there is a large amount of shares on the bid, it quickly gets sold off. Not looking good at the moment but we know that all can change in a hurry here. Probably going to have to churn a bit here in the high .02's as there is a lot of pressure on the ask, with many mm putting up big ask numbers.
Yeah I know so basically nothing.....lol
I talked to Andrew @ IR albeit very briefly, and the next update will be in the 10/Q by Aug 15th.
Yep that has definitely been the way to play this so far for sure. Only reason we went to .06 was because of WABR on the BID. As soon as WABR pulled out it was straight down hill. I would have thought we would have some sorts mid-year update by now to see where they are at on several fronts.
Painful to watch as there is a ton of pressure on the stock right now. With virtually nobody buying on the ask, and going on almost 2 months without any sort of PR, we are stuck here at the moment unfortunately. We have bounced from this area upwards so it will be interesting to see what happens next.
I agree and we are not going to get any type of favorable financing deal sitting where we are right now. Several things have to happen and that is just going to take some time. Good news is there seems to be some very strong support at these levels and a good time to accumulate.
I agree Brojazzy, this board is a rarity on IHUB. I think at a minimum we are due a mid-year update to see where several things stand. We need something to anticipate like we had before the heart results, which I believe would drive the price higher in anticipation. It does suck we didn't sustain momentum on this last run, but it looks like we have a lot of support here in the .03's so far.
I agree but there does seem to be massive support in the lower to mid .03's and I'm sure even WABR could return again. Breaking the 50 & 200 dma was kinda huge in such a short time that when there was nothing to sustain it once it hit .06 and WABR backed off, it was easy to walk this back down.
That's what happens when we have virtually no buying power.
OTCX is relentlessly pushing this down, ever since WABR pulled out they have been in full control.
Yeah I agree. Without that the bid support at the moment is extremely weak.
The Big Bully on the block is back (OTCX). Nowhere to be found when WABR was on the bid.....lol
Yeah, I don't think we are in a quiet period either, but I have always gotten responses or callbacks from Steve or Andrew, and lately that has not been the case. And yes Mann has been on some kinda buying program which allows him to buy regardless of upcoming news.
Yeah everything is still in tact but have to see how the rest of the week unfolds. We haven't had any t-trades in awhile or no large sells over 100k in the past couple days which is highly unusual. IR has been dead silent as they have not responded to either phone calls or emails lately. I'm wondering what the OS is since it doesn't seem to be a lot of dilution lately.
Pretty nice size wall here @ .06. We'll need some serious buying vol to bust through. Typical MM games being played with ask being hit and the bid dropping, creating a huge spread. So nice when WABR was on the bid where they couldn't play those games.
Yep would love to see them get in @ .055
When is WABR going to jump back in? Bid is very unstable right now with such a large spread between bid/ask.
Were you here on that initial huge run from .01 to .13? This board was completely dead at the time I remember prior to the run.
Exactly and well said. Nothing usually goes straight up but maintaining support levels is key. Good to see WABR back at .045.
Sorry my bad your right....lol
Yep this is par for the course and nothing new here in pinky land.....lol
Yep they are really trying to induce selling, especially with WABR not being around.
Very well said Midas and I agree with everything you said. Looks as if this accumulation and run has been building up for quite awhile now, and the next few trading days will give us a good indication. If WABR stays aggressive and continues his ways, we could hit the teens in no time.
It's like a running back running behind some massive offensive line......lol
"In WABR We Trust"
Wow WABR is relentless!!
Yep exactly. It's been a great run up so far but would love to push through. 045. Looks like it's just a matter of time with that strong bid support @ .04.
What happened at opening did the MM let that 10k in @ .0361 on purpose??
Yep and also a chance to update us on the trial front as well.
Yeah not so much about rev from the 1Q but we are halfway through the 2Q and just recently signed a regional distributor so I'm hoping for some forward looking statements on how things are shaping up.
Today is the deadline but if they don't file they will file for an extension. They did this with their most recent 10/K.
Interesting day with tons of selling but the bid remained strong @ .0415 for most of the day. Closed almost flat and I'll take that as we have had lots of green days in a row. I imagine a slight pull back and struggle to break the 200 dma, but hopefully by the end of the week we'll get there.
