They cant even turn a profit in Oregon with two stores , where exactly will they expand to and do better ?
They have been promising new stores for about a year now in every press release and zero stores have been opened .... next
Are you referring to the two stores that somehow manage to lose money ?
Are you referring to the "new" stores they have been pumping up and promising its investors for over a year now ? Kays only has 2 stores that each lose money , hardly a chain and certainly not a superstore .
Keep moving the goal post and eventually you will be right .
Kays has chronic habit of being extremely late and extremely disappointing for its investors
Even if its not a scam (which it looks more and more like it is) they have shown us nothing but incompetence in running a cannabis dispensary/grow operation . All they do is lose money , mislead investors time and time again with promises of new stores and cultivation sites that never become reality and they cant ever file on time . Why would investors stick around for a company that lies , refuses to release information and loses money ?
Exactly , KAYS is all talk and very little action . They have been misleading investors for quite some time now about these additional stores and refuse to disclose anything of value pertaining to their cultivation . Why would anyone want to stick around when the only thing proven about KAYS is their incompetence ? It is a shame that Oregon was dumb enough to let these outsiders to the cannabis industry come in and give it a bad name .
"The $KAYS grow looks nice... no?"
Not so much , it looks like a time machine took me back to the 90's ... And it certainly is not in a warehouse .
You keep showing us a picture with 6 lights in it , the building is supposed to be 6000 sf and could fit well over 100 in it . Stop misleading the investors and tell us the truth .
How many watts/lights is the grow ?
What is the average yield per light ?
What % of kaya shack sales is from its own production ?
If Kays wants to claim to be a seed to sale company then lets hear about the grow operation , seems reasonable right ?
How can any investor accurately evaluate this company without this information ? The answer is they cant and anyone telling you differently is blatantly lying to you .
Maybe they will report on their grow for once ?
"That Picture looks to be comparable to a 2,000 Sq. Foot area"
not even close dude .......
10 lights is a good start but where is the other 5,800 sf of grow space ?
"This Grow area topic can be put to Bed now. "
No , not at all .
How many watts/lights is the grow ?
How much are they averaging a light ?
Ok lets see a 6k SF grow !
How many lights/watts are they running ?
How much are they pulling off each light ?
WHERE ARE THE REAL CULTIVATION NUMBERS ?
Are there any rules/laws that require a stock promoter or insider to disclose that information when they are actively promoting a stock ? I see a lot of it going on .
The only reason we have never seen any numbers from the grow is because the grow was the easiest money to pocket . And now that we are questioning the grow we are starting to see a little trickle of information and pictures from the grow ...... FRAUD !
Is there any rules/laws that require a stock promoter or insider to disclose that information when they are actively promoting a stock ?
http://www.canorml.org/news/A_SUMMARY_OF_THE_MEDICAL_MARIJUANA_REGULATION_AND_SAFETY_ACT
before investors start counting on KAYS to open 50 stores in CA reading the regulations might be a good idea . Its not going to happen ........
Anyone can take a picture of a bud . Lets see pictures of the cultivation site , lets find out how many lights/watts they are running , lets see how much they are producing . A picture of a bud and a picture of test results might do it for you but I want the actual numbers of what they really have going on .
"should include some GROW harvest numbers"
They "should" have been included for quite some time now . One can only wonder who's pocket the grow was going into . Completely unacceptable !
Who's weed are they selling ? I havent seen a single confirmed number from what Kaya farms is supposedly growing ? Why does KAYS refuse to tell their investors what they are doing with their money ?
My lawyer tells me to do the same thing when I dont have a good answer , give them a ton of answer and hope they go away . ...... next
And as an investor in KAYS , I hope to hell they dont even try CA , there is no way a few penny stock businessmen from the east coast that dont know a damn thing about this industry are going to stand a chance going up against decades and decades and multiple generations of experience that they would face in CA . Their only chance is to sell their crappy weed in florida to people who dont know any better . Hopefully Florida gets their medical laws voted in .
If KAYS cant rise to the top in Oregon how do you think they will do in CA ? My guess is they are smart enough to know they have zero chance and dont even waste their time and resources in CA .
Congratulations to Kaya shack on being the first state licensed dispensary/cultivators in the history of the entire world to not be able to turn a profit . That is truly the only first KAYS can lay claim to . But then again what would a few east coast penny stock scammers know about the cannabis industry .
With a permit to grow and sell cannabis you would have to be completely incompetent to not be making money . So either the owners have zero clue of what they are doing which at this point seems pretty likely or its a scam . I wouldnt be surprised if they were pocketing the entire grow profits considering no one knows the numbers and they refuse to report them . Either way , no one with unbiased view would think that kays is going anywhere anytime soon .
What do you think about their refusal to share their cultivation numbers ? With a 6k sf building a skilled crew of cultivators could be putting up a lot bigger numbers than anything KAYS has going in their financials .
Profits ? It is not even trading at half of its 52 week high .... next
Now its just getting sad around here ....
"There is Money to be made in Medical Marijuana contrary to popular belief with some stocks."
nice flip flop , it seems like just the other day you were blowing the recreational horn and like I told you then , money doesnt care if you call it recreational or medical
I used the kaya holdings webpage in the ask a question form . Is it really that hard to believe ?
"More diluted questions and statements..."
Wrong , Im asking very basic questions about the cultivation and Im being met with deflection , misinformation and a lack of reasoning . If Im going to be attacked for asking simple questions that ALL investors have a right to know then so be it .
More deflection...... The topic is KAYS not releasing any cultivation figures while selling this stock as a seed to sale company . stick to the topic
And for the record , I did email them asking for the cultivation numbers and was completely ignored .
KAYS cultivation is a major factor in this company's ability to survive in this market . Anyone deflecting or downplaying this fact is completely misinformed or has an agenda other than evaluating this company honestly . NEXT ....
With all the people connected to KAYS that post here they will at least hear the message .
It does cost money to set up and run a grow , money which would have been made back a few harvest ago and no amount of misinformation or deflection posted here can change this fact . LETS SEE THE NUMBERS !!!!
KAYS sells cannabis so knowing what they produce is a key factor in evaluating them . It is no different than asking Ford how many trucks they built .
Show us the numbers for the grow . Thats all Ive been asking . I dont think its an unreasonable request .
Are the numbers from Kaya farms in yet ? It sure is hard to evaluate a "seed to sale" company without the cultivation numbers ..... actually it is impossible to evaluate without the cultivation numbers ! Maybe instead of reposting the same old press releases and empty promises we should figure out what they currently have going on and daydream about the future (press release fluff) at a later time ???
