as a stickler----this cgra info can be used by ALL.The company is doing a "bond offering"---meaning they are selling bonds.there isnt a "40 million dollar bond".CGRA is offering these bonds working in conjunction with Lloyds of London.The bonds are insured which adds a HUGE value to prospective investors. Currently the company has sold in excess of 10 million dollars of this bond and the proceeds are in the bank.I do not recall any other pinks having generated this level of capital to fund operations.This allows the company to proceed WITHOUT dilution---as evidenced by a SS that hasnt changed in a year (including the restricted shares that are STILL restricted).There has been a bit of noise that "things havent happened yet"-----well,they are and news will soon confirm the dramatic growth.Hope this helps !!

180k salary (deferred at that !) is EXTREMELY low.I expect mj rev to be in excess of several million dollars for their first year production and I expect oil rev to soon exceed several million as the re-works are completed.
