A little search and lo and behold we are there! We haven't announced any products produced yet but I guess we are on somebody's radar. Interestingly enough I didn't notice our sister company listed TNY who have a couple of products with CBD on shelves and webshops. Maybe it is THC products only that make the list. I would have expected a news release from EAT/SPLIF about our oil extraction progress. I hope the reason for delay is that the government agency responsible for testing our oil is dragging their feet and not that we are having problems. Marijuana indexes are one thing but real manufactured products from our efforts will be proof of success that will move the shareprice. glta and dyodd
reminds me of that story about how french girls hold their liquor (licker)? By the ears!??
same promoters.
Good news and good move on the Canadian side. Should come out of the gate doing 98 stateside tomorrow. That was good. Not what I expected but what I consider significant. Nobody is talking about the shot which I think is going to be big especially if there is a Trump effect to the downside for Marijuana stocks. Tinley 27 will be a game changer for the whole vice market as well as the medicinal pharma market. It looks like we have some THC products in waiting. News about having them on a dispensary shelf will move the needle on the shareprice. glta and dyodd
Na nose. I want some of that. AMG, you cheerlead hard and with conviction. At this conjecture I wish I had a stake in Breathtec. I have always tried to convey truth and opinion in my posts as well as point out pitfalls that I perceive for small investors like myself. Institutional investors already have enough advantages. It is just an opinion. If lawsuits happen it is imo because there is something worth fighting for. Both companies are based on Mass Spectrometry being tweaked and downsized for the betterment of society. glta and dyodd
Yes.
Not necessarily. I have heard from an insider that 2-3 dollars would make him happy.
$37 potential (posted that several times).
I may start to come off @ 2-3 dollars. I believe this could rocket right past that if we have a device passing 3rd party scrutiny. As I stated before 2-3 dollars would be life changing for me because I am on the homestretch. If I was 20 I would probably hang in for $37.
I think this could hit my mark when Yost puts it up for 3rd party testing. I don't think he will until he is convinced it is ready.
I think both these companies have a lot of potential and because of that there will be a claim put before the court on behalf of Cannabix, especially if Breathtec gets first approval. If Breathtec can detect 10 or 20 diseases it isn't too much of a stretch to think it could also detect THC or other adulterants which would fast track the device which would infringe imo on what Cannabix is trying to do. To me this seems to be future potential infringement because they added to our breathalyzer technology. I am not a lawyer (and don't much like them), just an investor and that is what I see. I have not taken a position in Breathtec yet. No dry powder. Shareholders in both these companies will benefit financially if they stay long imho. glta and dyodd
Public opinion and pressure from law enforcement might accelerate a thc breathalyzer becoming a reality. Of course the same could be true for swabs with all their pitfalls. The good people of society might trade off established legal rights for the "greater good" of having something less than ideal to deal with impaired driving. I think Breathtec will have more hurdles to get over and will take longer because of the multitude of diseases that it is being developed for. I don't think Breathtec is a bad idea, but I do think it is the same technology as the thc breathalyzer, just a different purpose. Personal opinion only. I don't have enough legal background to adjudicate it. glta and dyodd
I'm staying long and I know the risks. I don't know a thing about Taser but I do compare our potential to Lifeloc so people will realize the potential for a pop in shareprice. I don't know what will cause the investors to hit the sell button in a buy-out situation but I have an idea when the insiders will bail. Shareprices spike to irrational levels which is great if you got in cheap but ultimately fundamentals take over and bring the shareprice back to reality. I throw out $37 for those that stay when it achieves development. It is just a number but based on where lifeloc got to in its day. The impaired driving breathalyzer doesn't end with a THC breathalyzer. That is just where the most immediate need is imho. There are all kinds of other things that could be tweaked into a breathalyzer and of course the holy grail would be one that can detect everything that one might consume that causes impairment. It hasn't stopped with a alcohol breathalyzer and won't stop with just a THC breathalyzer. The wizards will make it so it can detect everything or more things. THC detection just seems to be the hot ticket right now. 2-3 dollars would make my investment a life changer but the younger investors might want to stay with their shares for what the future will bring. glta and dyodd. ps. there could be a dark horse that steals the show.
link was pulled, probably bs. no news on the stocksight. glta and dyodd
finally we agree on something. Mahli and the Vanc boys fell into the strawberry patch intstead of the shi#pile when they hooked up with Yost. I still don't have a position in Breathtec. I know! I was warned! glta and dyodd
http://www.drinkhemplify.com/lp-hemplify-7-eleven/ . This will move the shareprice! glta and dyodd
Blo/BLOZF should by common sense and expectation be the first to pass scrutiny to become mainstream because of the fact that it is not trying to get over medical hurdles which Breathtec will have to do. Despite the fact that the US is trying to quicken the pace of approval for medical testing devices. Breathtec is trying to achieve a status in an industry where status is held in high regard and the people charged with the scrutiny would rather err on the side of caution. A thc breathalyzer is also a serious device that the good people of society have identified a need for. Both are important but I believe that a THC breathalyzer will be approved first. Same vacuum cleaner different nozzle imo but one's success will bolster the prospects for the other. I think the division of purpose for this company is because of the timeline to get approval. glta and dyodd
Are you crying wolf? If you are going to post info like that you should back it up with a link. Competition is alive and well and even though I am not happy about it, we might have competition from Na-nose and breathtec who are reputedly doing clinical trials and I would guess that if they can detect disease molecules that THC wouldn't be too far behind. All we need now is the Hound to start yippin'! IMHO the biggest detriment to our investment is if society's do-gooders push through legislation to allow swabs. One of the recommendations from the task force in Canada is that they want a road test for marijuana before legalizing rec pot. The need might override commonsense and that might slide through prior to anybody getting the THC breathtalyzer to market. The good news is that several different companies think it is do-able. Shi# happens like VHS winning out over Beta. If a THC breathalyzer is going to be a mainstream device they all have to get over the same hurdles and I still like our team being led by Yost. He walks the talk! glta and dyodd
you have made your own debatable topic when you say you will buy from the lowest price supplier. I suspect you would be the guy that sells contaminated weed to the unsuspecting public for more profit in your jeans. Typical of government is that they are going to try to please everybody and come up with some clusterfuch stupid ideas so they don't hurt any feelings. LP product only, tested for safety and consistency of strength, not Joe Farmer's pig poop pot laced with fentanyl in the event he gets a bad crop and needs the money. Some people don't care, some do. I am not opposed to storefronts or boutiques if clean and safe suppliers of lp product. This home grown licensing could queer the whole deal as far as reigning in tax dollars and protecting the public. Government liquor stores make sense for rec as do the drug stores for medicinal within the concept of keeping it out of the hands of kids. Storefronts too for impulse buyers but they have to be legit imho. glta and dyodd
I searched up Hemplify @ Lucky Vitamin to see how it looked. I had concerns about the appeal of the package, thinking it was a little dark and didn't stand out on the shelf but under the right light it looks good. Since I searched up the Lucky Vitamin link I have been getting lots of pop-ups for Hemplify which at least keeps investors attention on it. It is nice to see some advertising for our investment. glta and dyodd
good links posters. I noticed the breathtec device looks a lot like the cannabix device only in a white case. I'm still sitting on the fence on this one because it is going to take time that my investments don't have given age. glta and dyodd
looked like the Cannabix handheld model. not sure, probably a prototype for promotion. Canadian task force on rec pot legalization is hot for a test of some sort and some legislation to back it. Someone is going to do this! I like our chances. glta and dyodd
anybody can have a crop failure or a bad inspection. Not so long ago Tweed had one. I saw the consolidation in my crystal ball quite awhile ago. I said that there would be cheap grow-ops for sale, ventures rushed into and financed by miners trying to save their listings. Not everybody is going to be granted a license to produce and there will likely be more cheap grow properties for sale. Competition from cheap tropical outdoor grow ops could also be a detriment to our company. Oils are compact little packages and if that stuff grown almost free in a warm field in Mexico or Jamaica can get across borders legally then the goal line has changed. It is happening right now with CBD's from hemp. I think Canada will move cautiously and I am sure Linton is going to lobby with government to prevent this, unless it is our own grow from........Australia or? Health Canada is going to insist on safety for lp's. Our company has influence with government and the medical profession and despite the pitfalls I like to think we can overcome them. Competition is coming out of the woodwork though and any producers will have to have sizeable operations to survive. glta and dyodd
The Canadian task force on marijuana has made mention several times of them hoping for a breathalyzer type device being available prior to legalizing rec pot for adults. Some think that the government is aiming for Spring of 2017 to unleash rec use. If the desperation precedes the development of a THC breathalyzer ( hopefully a Cannabix THC breathalyzer) government could write into legislation the use of swabs and or other testing methods in an effort to do the right thing prior to releasing a new vice. I've seen news of police enforcement "testing" methods so law enforcement will probably get the ears of the legislators before private business will. Will a yes or no device win the market? There has been a lot of thought put into our THC breathalyzer with respect to actual impairment or what can be construed to be a "false positive" for impairment because of a weekends use of pot products. The 2 hour window is essential imho or we are going to lose 25% of our workforce if we use a method that detects use beyond the impairment period. If we are on the verge of introducing our THC breathalyzer we should let ourselves be known to the task force in Canada and the legislators in the US. When we arrive I can see the shareprice rocketing to $40 easily. glta and dyodd
Tinley traded about 200,000 shares on the US side today. 10 times the potential from US investors based on population. Gearing for pharma grade product. Shouldn't be a problem for US investors yet. Canada back trading tomorrow. glta and dyodd.
It seems that the Trudeau government is shooting for legal rec early in 2017. My guess is they shut down all the illegal dispensaries and force lp grown product on them and make them conform. Personally I think they should all be shut down and charged and eliminated from the whole process of qualification. If they already broke the rules they will do it again by bringing in illegal, untested, unchecked product from non lp producers which will leave us in the same mess we are in now. The only reason to go legal for rec is to get elected and to collect the tax revenue. jmho glta and dyodd
good pic on new line on twitter. impressive looking. not Hendrix label.
interesting twit on twitter drinkhemplify.
A THC breathalyzer is the explosive device that is going to happen as society loses the will to fight the fact that pot use is here, now and isn't going to change. Driving stoned has sort of had the immunity idol in their hip pocket but the times they are a'changin'. The right thing to do is not drive stoned and most of society will agree, especially if they have had a loved one mangled or killed by somebody stoned by drugs. With society cutting slack on marijuana use this is a device for the time. Necessity is the mother of invention. I believe we are on the verge of arrival for a thc breathalyzer and I can't find anybody better yet than the Yost team with the Cannabix Breathalyzer. The mass spectrometre works and mineraturization is a science unto itself. If we can get this working in a portable the world is waiting. The explosion will be the rapid acceptance in response to the need for this. glta and dyodd
a post on another board says to expect news in the next couple of weeks for advancement of our stock. recent twitter post! a picture is worth a thousand words. Tinley could be going THC very quickly but are still doing well with the Health market. glta and dyodd
Tinley is looking like a buy right now. Lots of good news in the pipeline for TNY/QRSRF and EAT/SPLIF. California is the place we want to be. Energy shot getting tweaked and we could have Tinley 27 pretty soon too. glta and dyodd

next year yet? This is going to fumble around and probably drift lower until we get past the year end imo. Colorado didn't bust us out shareprice wise but I was told that we are moving forward in California and it seems that we have a buyer for oil produced in Cali. Tinley has an agenda in California to produce THC infused beverages for the pharma market while continuing to expand the customer base for Hemplify vitality booster with CBD and a energy shot. When we get some oil happening in Colorado, phase 2 which is mipps will happen quickly according to Jim Frazier. Then we might see a capitalization on our Hendrix label helping to get our THC goodies out to the public. This company is now moving towards fundamental production/sales and profits and Colorado has a headstart with lots of competition. California and Florida oil and mipps will move the needle but we are looking longer term now imho. glta and dyodd
I hear ya but Lifeloc hit that with a bac breathalyzer and what-ever else they have like swabs and training for employers plus they got some government money (matching funds) from Colorado state to come up with a THC breathalyzer. I don't hear much from them about their success and if you look at our team, if I was the competition I would throw in the towel. I'm sticking with Cannabix. Long and strong. glta and dyodd
I think that medicinal will be cheaper because some of the hmo's and insurers are starting to cover the cost as they have to flex to the fact that it is actually a medicine. Rec will succumb to sin taxes while insurers that cover medicinal marijuana are large and organized and have clout. This is already happening in Canada. Competition will drive the price down across the board for both rec and medical but quality and consistency will always be worth more. Canada already has a medical business and are gearing up for legal rec usage. Safe government inspected marijuana will probably cost more than Uncle Joe's pig poop weed but it is becoming more of an issue for people with money that can choose quality over crap. glta and dyodd
$37. soon! jmho glta and dyodd
Pot and the task force are big news today in Canada. Government is sharing what the task force has found. No big deal right now for Tinley but when we conquer California and Canada gets their rec legislation together then it is another market to supply with rec pot products. First California and then the world! glta and dyodd
All of the business channels I was surfin today were dominated with pot and the task force and everyone's opinion. I had company and missed a lot but one thing for sure is pot legalization is getting lots of brain cells applied to where we are headed with it. I'm getting the impression that little dispensaries are going to have a part of this play and I am all-right with it as long as they aren't the same criminals that are already operating. We are talking Canada here which is getting eyes on it from the rest of the world for ideas of how to launch this rec pot with government controls and inspections for safety and consistency of quality. The think tank will take a lot of opinions into consideration and write legislation around it. No alcohol and pot sales out of the same establishment puts the kibosh on the government liquor stores if that is the way it turns out. 18 year olds can buy rec when the age is 19 is proposed. Why? A whole lot of crunchin' yet to be done from the looks of things but it looks like we are laying the foundation for legal rec usage in Canada. glta and dyodd
The problem with ipo's is that a lot of brokerages don't know about them until people start calling. I e-mailed mine ahead of time about one and asked them to list it but somebody didn't get the message but when I phoned and there was a commission involved they were very accommodating. Maybe the problem is that some of the US brokerages are steering clear of anything pot related because of Fed worries even though this seems to be a pure pharmapot play. glta and dyodd
when my internet bankers aren't on top of the ipo's I tell them to buy me some and then they put it on the list. If not, then go to the lead brokerage and tell them to set up a transfer of funds or your account. When I tell them I want it, they list it and get it for me. Sadly I didn't get in on this but congrats to those who did. I like their team. glta and dyodd
I know I am like a dog with a bone on this issue. They are breaking all kinds of ethics imo and I am trying to figure out why! First to the post is all I can think of. Malhi and the bullrun team are masterful at looking after themselves but that is typical of most mining promoters. I think they fell into the rosebush instead of the shi@pile on the breathalyzer gig and have rubbed elbows with legitimacy that is making them toe the line. Yost has a reputation and clout and I don't think he will bend to the will of promoters. When Yost says it's ready, it will succeed imho. THC first and other stuff next and medical detection lastly. glta and dyodd ps. relax on your time off!
I haven't followed the image thing that closely and I do wonder why they aren't pushing the hand-held which looked like it could do the job if they got all the parts into that small package. The reason I keep bringing up the breathtec connection is because they have a couple of images out there, one that looks like a pistol type small style and a nicer looking "box" with some bells whistles and lights on it and why they broke this into two categories has me in a tither. I can only guess that the THC breathalyzer will have tailwinds to get it through the 3rd party scrutiny and to market quicker than when they want to detect disease with it. It is the same device for different purposes imo and law enforcement wants the first badly and the 3rd party testing for disease will be a lot more difficult. The mass spectrometer works, whether we can put it in a hand-held to do one thing (test for thc) is the 50 million dollar question and dummy it down so the average guy can use it. I've been in for a long time and will remain long because I think the wizards can do this and the thc breathalyzer is stage one with a lot of future potential for all the other things we can identify. glta and dyodd
When I first saw the black box presentation I just assumed it was a decal on the end of a black box to go with the other decals but when you zoom it is a screen as in display screen which might have the gui (graphical user interface) feature to be able to program it. Now it is making sense! I thought it was a Malhi pump effort but after sharp-eyes Shell pointing it out this has got Yost written all over it. I wish it was clearer to me how synergistic breathtec and cannabix are to each other because it seems to me that breathtec might be working on the advanced version of the future breathalyzers to detect chemicals and opiates of biological nature that are used to get high on and not as recognized as the necessity for the THC breathalyzer. An add on chip that could recognize cocaine, oxy, meth, bath salts, lsd and all the other new and old highs that are becoming available. Add another chip and it recognizes cancer, diabetes, std's or whatever they can tweak it for. The Holy Grail is in sight. glta and dyodd ps. I hope some of the Americans know this is a pot stock in the sense that it will move with the pot stock stable like Scott's fertilizer is. Shoppers drugs wants in to medical marijuana and Loblaws has an awful lot of insider buying of late. Could it be related!?? glta and dyodd
