SPNG 12 month high: .1440 now at .0001
VPRO 12 month high: .2010 now at .0310
CMGR 12 month high: .2300 now a .0001
EDWY 12 month high: .0156 now at .0003
Not sure when they hit their all time high, I just did the 12 month. But yes, I do know that pennies can run, sometimes they are just a POS that runs on momentum and wishful thinking (PBLS did that, going from sub-penny to almost 12 cents b/c of Hurricane Katrina, and there have been many others) and sometimes they truly are a good company. However, whether they are a POS or a good company, it's best to take major profits when a momentum run occurs as quite often the share price is going to drop quite a bit as the day-traders and momentum players take their profits, then as the price starts dropping, longs get nervous and sell. If it truly is a good stock, sell off during the run and buy back after it settles down. Of course, timing is everything, and if I knew how to time it perfectly, I wouldn't be hear now, I'd be kicking back somewhere. I got real close once, but didn't pull the trigger...lesson learned.
GLTA, and of course, I do hope this runs. In addition, whether it runs or not, MLXO does appear to have a very positive future if what appears to be happening pans out.
Did you mean to write that there is a good chance for an 1,800% run? You actually wrote 18,000%
I doubt that this stock would even run 1,800% (.008 + 1,800% = 0.152), given that the float is around 820million shares and it is an OTC pink w/ no current information. It would take one hell of a PR (or string of PR's) to make that happen, and if it did, I'd be selling off as my belief is that it would drop quite a bit after the momo run stopped. However, I hope I am incorrect and that you are correct ;)
Most individual investors can not short PinkSheet stocks. However, institutional investors can. IMHO, individual investors would be much better off if short sales were prohibited for OTC stocks. Unfortunately, I do not see that happening in my lifetime. If I remember correctly, a few years ago, Coulson, the CEO of the OTC Market Group was trying to get short-selling banned. Obviously, he was not successful.

Are only hope is that sometime in the future, someone will want to over this worthless POS as a shell.
Has there usually been such a large gap between Bid and Ask over the last few months?
Currently a large gap: CSTI at .0067 x .008 ETMM
Remember, MM's make money whether the stock is going up or down. Do some hoard shares purchased at a low price to sell later at a much higher price? My guess would be yes, but I do not know what restrictions are placed upon the MM's in this regard. However, it doesn't seem that there is much enforcement of rules, whatever the rules may be, when it comes to pinkies.
I have no idea, but it has been around a long time. I was not familiar w/ the supposed 911 signal (or I had forgot) until I saw it yesterday in the box and read some posts on this board. Trades ending in 911 could be random (though I would think most people round their trades), could be MM's sending signals, could be pumpers/flippers trying to gin up momentum or it could be a combination of all of the above.
New trade through at .008 for 11,875 shares
Interesting that all of the upticks have been rather large jumps. Both of the last two upticks went from .007 to .008 rather than working there way up. Also, last two uptick trades ended in 911
It would help if they could get at least get their rating up to OTC Pink "Current Information" from where it currently is (OTC Pink "No Information"). Long-term, best to get off the pinks, but that will take awhile as they would have to meet both reporting requirements and price/valuation requirements. And of course, it is expensive thanks to Sarb-Ox. However, if they are successful, they could always evaluate whether it made sense to list on a non-US exchange. But all that is, hopefully, down the road. In the short-intermediate term, just getting to OTC Pink Current Information would be helpful. Remember, the pool of potential investors for a Pink Sheet stock is much smaller than the pool of potential investors for a stock that is on a more well-known/regulated exchange.
last trade was for 25,911 at .0075 Maybe someone is just screwing around....maybe MM's...who knows
Another 5911 trade went through at 10:48 for .0075
You got your wish: .0081 (50K shares)
I think, hope, you are correct. Why would anyone put in a new sell order for .0052 when they could have easily sold for .006+ ?
Thanks for the reply..
GLTA
Well, I've never bashed before. Go back over my 2500+ posts. Sometimes, what one person considers a legitimate question, others consider bashing, whether done quietly or loudly. Going back over some docs now...
It's also good to get a feel for how the pumpers and dumpers on a board reply, what one receives via private messages, etc. I know what the OS/AS is, I know what the company has in the works, though I also know that some companies, whether big board or pinkie, some times flat out lie. (I'm not alleging or claiming that MLXO mgt. fits into that group, so need to flame!) Thus, getting comments from those who have made contact w/ management, IR, have experience with board members, etc., helps to fill in the whole story.
Sorry if some are offended, but what in heck is the forum for if not to ask questions? A forum full of syncophants/believers is just as worthless as a forum full of bashers.
GLTA, including me. Hope MLXO does well.
Who said I was uncomfortable or 'talking down the stock'? I hope it does well, however, that does not mean that I shouldn't ask legitimate questions. I think it's funny how people like you get defensive and all bent out of shape when someone asks legitimate questions.
I don't pump and I don't bash.
Long-time holder just getting back into pinkies, stopped actively trading a few years ago. Things look up for Michelex, but an AS/OS of 1B makes me wonder about the company doing a RS. Yes, in theory a RS will not have a negative effect on shareholder value, but with pinkies a RS (especially those that often occur w/ 1B shares) usually results in the shareholder getting whacked. What is the consensus, if there is one, regarding the future share structure of MLXO? Also, I think I read on the board that there is a large hedge fund holder that is manipulating the stock price (quite common, it seems with pinkies, though sometimes its actually the management doing it, but blaming 'outside' forces). Is the large OS the result of the former owners of Michelex making a deal with the devil or is it the result of new ownership? Or both? Also, any indication if the supposed hedge fund is just manipulating short term or do they plan to yo-yo this to death?
TIA for any updates.
My guess is that PBLS is 'dead' for the time being, and maybe for all time. Hope I'm wrong...
PS..If MM is no longer interested, will they go to the trouble of notifying the court, or will they just let the case linger forever 'off calendar'???
LOL...they filed after we got involved...what a load of rubbish...

Read the info on the MM site...loyal (or perhaps 'desperate') shareholders are the base that the run is built upon....
PS...GLTA, hope it runs...
They might not care, but it appears that the judge in this case was at least curious, given the minutes that were inserted into the records.
Thanks for catching that....
Shoot...I meant Trinity Energy.. my bad....if it was Treaty, my oh my, how the plot would thicken....
Maybe the mod can correct that for me before a wild rumor gets started...
So...does today's lack of volume indicate that yesterday's action was due to a mini P&D so people could get out?
Not at all...I have no idea what SA/MMG plans are. I was looking at the recent filings that only contained the names of SA. Going back over a few of the filings I noticed that sometimes there were delays, some times they gained custodianship and then petitioned to have the custodianship canceled, etc., and just thought I'd pass that information along. I hope MMG is not done w/ PBLS, because if that's the case...well, you know what happens then...nothing....
GLTA
Curious as to what people think of today's inaction? What does that mean for yesterday's action?
Guess are posts crossed...All I think it means is that just b/c SA petitioned the court for custodianship of PBLS, does not mean that it is a done deal that they will be granted custodianship...and that even if SA is granted custodianship, that does not necessarily mean that a suitable RM candidate will be found. It's a gamble for MMG High Risk (but w/ minimal entry cost)/High Reward and a similar gamble for investors.
PS..I'm not implying that PBLS is toast and that this is just a P & D, just that this is pinkyland and there are no guarantees. I hope the Phoenix rises again...keeping fingers crossed...

Hmmm...Check out this case: A-09-603550-P
The case was opened on 11/13/09. On 2/11/10 the petition was granted. On 5/12 a motion was made to Discharge Custodianship. On 6/14 it appears that the final motion will be determined. Make sure you open the link to read the minutes (minutes are copied below). Obviously, not all MMG plays made via SA are clear sailing. There are other cases in which SA has been granted custodianship and then filed a motion to have the custodianship terminated (e.g., Case A-09-600011-P, Trinity Energy Resources). Thus it appears that a suitable merger candidate was not found. The question is, did MMG have a candidate and then things went south, or was there never a candidate and MMG thought they could find one based upon the particulars of the company.
Minutes
01/21/2010 3:00 AM
- COURT ORDERED, Petitioner's application for appointment of custodian is CONTINUED to the hearing calendar. CONTINUED TO 2/11/10 AT 9:00 AM CLERK'S NOTE: A copy of this minute order was placed in the attorney folder(s) of: Peter L. Chasey, Esq., Casey Honodel, who is to notify all interested parties.
02/11/2010 9:00 AM
- Mr. Chasey addressed the court's concerns regarding the modus operandi of this company and what kind of businesses are inserted into the default shell corporations. Mr. Chasey requested a status check in three (3) months to report on the progress made and to determine whether the custodianship should be dissolved. COURT ORDERED, petition is GRANTED. FURTHER, status check SET. Order submitted and signed in open court. 5/13/10 AT 9:00AM - STATUS CHECK: CUSTODIAN REPORT / DISSOLVE CUSTODIANSHIP
Interesting...On 5/12 SA had three cases opened (Civil Petitions) under the heading 'In the Matter of the Petition of Shareholder Advocates LLC'. However, the target company (if there is one) is not listed. I would think that a public document from a public civil case would provide the name of the other parties involved.
PS...For the filings for petition of custodianship, the headings read "Shareholder Advocates, LLC vs. Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate". The cases from 5/12 have a different heading, 'In the Matter of the Petition of Shareholder Advocates LLC'. Thus the cases from 5/12 appear to be related to pre-existing custodianship petitions, yet there is no reference to the initial petition. Any ideas on what the original cases were?
Could be buying on insider news or could be an attempt to pump it and dump one's last remaining shares....time will tell...
When I asked if SA was part of MMG, he wrote back that they were a separate company. When I then asked if MMG was the parent company of SA, he didn't reply... ;)
Thanks...I am using IHub's LII for now...might switch back to Alphatrade though.
Thanks..curious, how do they decide if it's a buy or sell if one person has a buy in for 1M shares at .0004 and another person has a sell order for 1M shares at .0004?
I can understand if someone has an order, whether buy or sell, and to complete the order a MM takes the other side. But if there are two individuals on opposing sides of the order, how is the determination made as to whether it's coded a buy or a sell?
