WTF! What the Face! That's amazing! Now we know where the interest is at Tweed. Branding. To bad folks have limits. Wow!
I've been checking, I so no halt . No report of it. And broker is still updating trade quotes?
Most on this board will concur that this is a good problem we don't want to have. Sold out is not good, because people go offline,( or if it were bricks and mortar shops, leave the store) empty handed or ordering something they didn't want in the first place. It can be frustrating and only faithful people will wait. Most will shop elsewhere.
CGC. Canopy GROWTH corporation needs to GROW more.
I've been trying to order balmoral for two weeks. It was in the shop this morning @9:30, I check In at noon and it's sold out too.
I think you're right though. They release a certain amount at a time , that's probably been through qc and packaging. There might more tomorrow .
Very good. Catch.
A year later, not much has changed. A forced ACMPR revision bought time until November, and the Government set self determined April 2017 due date for Legalization. Patience is the name of this game. Dispensaries are being shutdown and are name changing to stay afloat, while LO's and LP applicants wait patiently with wads and wads of CAD invested. Id like to see the Taskforce swing big and Hard. This is slow pitch. The majority has already voted for this. It is mandated. Let's do it. Get it done. LP's already have controlled product. Canada post hands out bud already. Enough fear mongering. They need to go forward courageously.
Also, on the link to their page, it looks like the interview may be uploaded as an audio file that can be listened to later on, post recording.
Yes. AM 900 is what the article says
Bruce Linton, CEO Canopy Growth Corp. will be live on CHML radio at 12:35 today to discuss Shoppers Drug Mart's interest in dispensing medical cannabis through their pharmacies.

Later this week, management consultants Deloitte are releasing a study on the business potential of recreational marijuana in advance of Canadian legislation, "to understand the size and potential of this new market," according to a Deloitte release.

Shoppers Drug Mart formally applies to distribute medical marijuana
Pharmacy chain is asking for producer licence, but it plans on just distributing
Canada's largest pharmacy chain has formally applied to be a distributor of medical marijuana.
"We have applied to be a licensed producer strictly for the purposes of distributing medical marijuana," Shoppers Drug Mart spokeswoman Tammy Smitham told CBC News in an email Tuesday. "We have no intention of producing medical marijuana, but we do want the ability to dispense medical marijuana to our patients in conjunction with counselling from a pharmacist."

Let's all just keep hating Bedrocan some more , at least until the 60 mil ticket price has paid for itself
All that Bed Bashing? Something really really good is gonna happen next few weeks. I can feel it.
No one knew the liberals would win a majority and Tweed would be going Toe to Toe with Bedrocan Canada for four more years of who knows what
Amazing charts
The 40 week* moving average looks like the industry growth. 40% growth kind steady
Bedrocannabis is Really, Really Good. The oils are really, Really Good. Clean, potent, reliable, repeatable, available, affordable. I have yet to see anything from Tweed that can compete with Bedrocan on a point for point basis. All my personal opinion of course. I think this is all working out exactly how it should be. CGC realized vertical integration is the best risk aversion in a very fast evolving industry. Tweed will soon cut the Medical Unbilical Cord and step more boldly into the realm of Skunks, Hazes and Buddhas, while Bedrocan masters the Diols and puurs, and Binols. A hundred new strains from Tweed for Saturday nights and the tried and tested few from Bedrocan for the every nights. I wonder what're the next holding will fit into the vertical integration. November possibilities are endless.

For Comedy: In the future Snoop teams up with Dre and CGC aka T.WEED to release The Chronic. An Elevated Cannabis Strain that's said to be the best Pain relief Strain EVER for Chronic pain relief. Benefits lasting up to 24 hrs.
? First legal recmj sale? Between April 2017 and April 2018. 6- 18 months away. How much TOP Quality will CGC need to produce over ahead of that milestone to meet demand?
I'd like to believe Tweed Farms and Smith Falls and Bedrocan have now got the Medical demand sorted out. Croptober being the great game changer. But very soon, cgc will be leaving the shallow end and going into the deep, deep demanding RecMj. How and When. I'm intrigued
Considering
It's think the empty shelves are hurting order #'s. . Let's go Tweed Farms! Croptober is key
Right now, tweed shop kinda not so good. So I anticipate a new Era on the way when we start to see the full benefits of Tweed Farms. I really like the potential that smith falls and NOL collaboration has
In and around the same period. Someone on this board posted the article on the day CGC graduated to the TSX, and Bruce was wearing the WEED shirt. In that article I vaguely recall December being the month when will TSX adjust its ticker model to 4 or five characters.
Cgc Quarterly 2 is "expected " that same week. November 28, I read somewhere not to long ago. Bang bang
By that you mean the emery's ? Right?
I agree. If investors are happy with these returns, take them now, because they are prime for this current medical market. No one, except maybe SL ( only because they're wholesale positioned and hv little to lose for branding) is prepared for a rec MJ market as a supplier. Our 50k kilogram potential is a pittance if a flagship strain with a CGC logo runs out off the shelf. The type of good problem I wouldn't want to have. Although, we've been there before when TWD had not a seed to sow April 2014. Investors are gonna have to take a long hard listen to the Conference Call in November and a hard read of the M&A , cause I thing the CGC board is gonna go hard on this opportunity. My guess
I'd like to thank all the Free and Thorough DD that's been shared here. Fundamental investments are built on sound information, cross referencing and personal decision making. I only wish all my investments came with such an active investor base. Cheers. Shout out to the Tm evansis, the surfer chick, the tweedle dees and Tweedle dums, the MMpR abusers, the pub crawlers, the escobars. Gold rush. A bunch of folks changed their names over the time. Cheers to u all. . Here to future Growth

An Update on Variety in the Tweed Shop
Hi-
(Le français suite)
On behalf of the team at Tweed, I wanted to take a quick moment to check in and update you on the progress of Tweed’s Shop.
We’ve been at this now for just over two and a half years and a lot has changed over that time. Since the very beginning, the Tweed Shop was envisioned as a place that would have a variety of strains from across the cannabis spectrum. We have always believed that while there is a wealth of information to guide your decision-making, cannabis is still a very personal treatment and a variety of choice helps you explore until you find the strains that are just right for you.
Lately, the shop hasn’t had as much variety as any of us want, and I just want you to know we are working hard to get more variety as quickly as possible. Don’t get me wrong, with 11 products in the shop, 8 containing CBD, we’re still leading the sector in terms of variety, but we must do better.
One reason for the drop in variety is we are working hard to introduce new strains, which means some trial and error and the elimination of some old ones. As we learn more and more and work towards perfection, some of the old strains no longer meet the level of quality that we want to offer our customers. Right now we have 26 strains in production, and within that variety, 35 different phenotypes. Not all of them will make the cut, but that is a lot of variety and new options that will be available to you soon.
We’re also focusing on some of the tried and true favourites that you continue to ask for. The ever-popular Bakerstreet is due back in early November, TWD Lot #2 is expected early December, and more strains new to the Tweed Shop will bolster the number of choices available this fall. Our Bakerstreet 10:1 Cannabis Oil will be back by the end of October and in December you can expect Zaius and other oils back in the shop. In other words – we hear the feedback about the number of things to choose from and want to reassure you that our growers, trimmers, extractors, and the entire team are working hard to get you the variety you need.
Lastly, our greenhouse facility Tweed Farms in Niagara-on-the-Lake recently expanded its production capacity tenfold and we hope to see that significant selection arrive shortly. Ranging from customer favourites like Bakerstreet (yes, we grew a lot of it!) to totally new strains to the Tweed Shop, the plants are looking big, healthy, ready to harvest and plentiful - helping ensure longevity of strains in the Tweed shop.
In closing, we truly are honoured that you continue to choose Tweed as your trusted supplier of medical cannabis. We are always learning and improving, and hope you are seeing our commitment to excellence in our customer care and product quality. We know that having a wide variety of cannabis is important to you, and the entire team is committed to ensuring you’ll be seeing a lot more of it soon.
Thank you for choosing Tweed.
Sincerely,
Mark Zekulin
President
180 orders a day~. X 175 avg x 30 x 12...
I'd say Bedrocan is doing ok. If pricing goes up 35%, and still the lowest cost, and demand continues going up, I'd say something is being done right
