If medical isn't going to be a precedence over recreational then why would California raise taxes for buyers in the coming months who buy any sort of smoking device that isn't used for and can't be proven to be used for MEDCICAL marijuana?
Thats in the fine print of the prop that was also passed on the 8th of November that raised the smoking age to 21 as well as the cost of cigarettes. Some California counties are voting to ban smoking altogether...how is that good for Rec?
Sorry that's sixth in the world economy, autocorrect and it's faults...
Do prey tell where you think IS a good place in the sector to invest in? Have you read the coming laws? Do you have knowledge of what's truly and really going down, and what will happen on March 7, when as California has been watching the rest of the states do their thing and learning by their mistakes will now with its third in the world massive economy hand down to the city of Los Angeles the duty of implementing the regulations of medical marijuana to California's municipalities.
I've read what's expected to happen, and what will be determined, I didn't see anything about rec in there. Maybe that's why all the fake news about rec being a focus? Because I people thought it would?
I read that Medical is set to take precedence over Recreational and growing. How's fake news gonna handle the widespread media coverage on March 7? Where will your money be then?
I may walk around all day with a pocket full of cannabidiol gels looking at squirrels and thinking about medical cannabis research and the doors it will open- I mean, come on they're finding out that cannabis can be modified to fit your body's DNA and using enzymes as catalysts to target specific organs and areas for disease prevention and control...wow...and the thing is a couple other countries already have cannabis pain relief products. When will it be the USA's turn?
Really, you're gonna tell me we're not going to have our own product? After all the research we've put in, not only with our own scientists but other countries as well?
These Israel Mj laws here sound a lot like prop 64 http://theinsiderng.com/isreal-legalize-marijuana-use/
Israel, the medical marijuana leader right now, officials meeting with Trump on the 15th of February. They're saying they look forward to opening a new door of communications and friendship under a Trump administration. Israeli officials look ahead to working with Trump after White House statement on settlements - Los Angeles Times
https://apple.news/ApQycOknqSVuPaQZcJO1Rqw Also Israel just launched an huge line of cannabis nutraceuticals in the US.
Also if you break trade agreements with half the world who would we sell the marijuana to? Each other? Then it becomes a state to state thing more than ever, and then which states have the biggest demand, the most money, the most land? That's far too broad an issue in the light of recent events in my opinion, but we'll see.
I don't see them needing any money from marijauna. I don't see them devoting the time to think too much about it anytime soon.
I think Trump and cabinet are trying to deconstruct the government as we knew/know it. The question to me is how far will he go? And what are his main objectives on a grand scale? I don't see marijuana being a piece they'll need along the way. I know what I think, but for me to post which way I think the sector will go next, though I think it won't have to do with Trump making a decision, will still sound like I'm being bias, so I keep that to myself.
But there are far too many people making active and viable businesses out of privately held large marijuana stores, restaurants, and the like that legalization won't really change things much for investing- but I can see the benefits in investing in the medical side and internet technical side of things. That's where the money is now in my opinion, Rec is like finding the next Budweiser of marijuana when there are more dispensaries and marijuana collectives in Los Angeles than there are Starbucks's, and I yhink even McDonalds.
In strictly my opinion, now that I think about it, because I don't think about recreational all that much- it seems like too saturated of a market, but I put even less thought into it under a trump presidency, no because I don't think it'll happen, but because I don't see him in any way being a help to it.
They don't need the money- so what does he care?
Trump won't even come out and say and tell when he's going to ban 100's of thousands of people from entering and exiting the country- who honestly thinks he's going to address marijuana?? Not me.
I'm going with what looks good if all hell breaks loose.
I don't think we'll here a thing from Trump, he does all without warning, as can be seen already.
Haha, are they? Gonna be waiting a long time then.
Truly- that's a good one.
The US is starting to see the benefit though https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.businessinsider.com/jake-heimark-plus-gum-2016-10?client=safari
The best detailed research isn't written in English and the United States isn't privy to medicated gums advancements yet- http://www.alkalon.com huge in Denmark and the U.K.
Gum is an organic solvent- it's one of the best ways to utilize and distribute your bodies enzymes in order for them to act as very efficient catalysts for disease control and prevention- it's all in the chemistry http://m.jbc.org/content/263/7/3194.short
Enzymes as catalysts to deliver medicine is a current main point of study right now.
http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2017/01/30/importance-of-enzymes.aspx
Gum induces enzymes throughout the Buccal mucosa and the lining mucosa which in turn are distributed through the body.
Enzymes also can be rejuvenated through a gum delivery system-
'Medicated Chewing Gum 21st Century Medical Delivery System'
http://ijpsr.com/bft-article/medicated-chewing-gum-a-21st-century-drug-delivery-sysytem/?view=fulltext
Not only that- but medicated chewing gum is already vastly accepted for kids- think about that and CBD- this trial with AXIM is for IBS- but MJNA treats kids with seizure disorders already with RSHO- great combo
In short and eliminating all the scientific and medical terminology- gum melds great with cannabis- much like a hash.
Infusing gum with medical cannabis and/or CBD would be one of the best ways to administer the drug out there.
Gum adjusts to your body heat, how fast you chew, how quickly your own body naturally absorbs and digests whatever you put into it- and targeting a certain enzyme as a catalyst for delivery and distribution...that's brilliant.
If AXIM gets approval it could be the next best thing out there. Think of the possibilities in using the bodies own natural enzymes to administor CBD and/or THC to target and cure specific areas of pain and illness.
An enzyme as a catalyst is one of the best delivery methods out there. It covers all the bases- naturally adhering to a persons individual metabolic rate.
Meaning the gum will tailor itself as you use/chew to it to reach the parts of your body intended at your bodies own natural custom, as natural or unnatural as you normally would digest, say -breakfast.
It only is gum a perfect companion to meld/infuse with any part of the cannabis plant- read here how much is spent on gum a year http://www.ck12.org/Physical-Science/Enzymes-as-Catalysts-in-Physical-Science/rwa/The-Science-of-Gum/
'CBD may naturally protect one against marijuana-induce high. Various studies show that CBD serves as a neutralizer of the intoxicating property of THC, which includes paranoia and memory impairment.
CBD also helps to reduce the sleep-inducing properties of the THC. This explains why certain breeds of marijuana boost alertness.'
When I read that I think of how that would make perfect sense to put in a gum form, and AXIM is doing that. Gums can be altered in their composition and strength just as broadly as the cannabis plant due to the foundations used to make gum.
Good thing MJNA has that deal with South America and that large investment in AXIM- there a lot of CBD out there here in the US that's for sure https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/s/ref=is_s?k=real+scientific+hemp+oil
People say MJNA hasn't moved/ doesn't move, they were just taken by surprise when MJNA reared its head in full.
I remember MJNA when you couldn't even buy it on TD back in the DTC chill days- come a long way since then. And that was only a few years ago.
Sure it hasn't recovered from the .50 it opened at back in the day- but it's getting there, looks like it had to mount a few hurdles first.
As CBD moves-So does MJNA-
CBD related products and books are all over Amazon now- CBD is always on the move.
Who says he got involved in Marijuana study then? Why not before? According to my poster, cannabis was a lifelong study for Titus.
He would smell the smoke from his fathers corncob pipe and know there was something different, something special about it.
I'll say what I said a couple months ago- people were either pissed at MJNA and spent the last couple years falsely bashing it through misleading and untrue news releases about the direction of the sector, MJNA included- OR, people simply didn't know and put a lot of money into the wrong side of things.
I think a lot of people didn't really read prop 64...and it was thought to be the breaking of the whiskey barrel under john law instead of the curing of medical ills and a whole new journey into the world of medicinal research and approach techniques.
Without Dr. Titus we wouldn't even have medical marijuana- we wouldn't have had dispensaries, we wouldn't be legalizing recreationally...many thanks to Titus, his poster still on my wall, waiting for the one of AXIM CEO in the mail....I'll hang that one above my bed.
$MJNA $AXIM to the moon
True, but still isn't the stocks fault
Problem with MJNA is it has too many haters, some act as if when they lose money on a stock it's the stocks fault- a trade gone bad is a trade gone bad- has nothing to do with the stock once you make the decision to buy in- it's how you trade it after you hit that buy button that counts.
If what MJNA says it is doing is legit it's the best CBD penny out there- absolutely no doubt.
Scratch that, but I don't believe the news going around... more on that later_
San Diego actually extends the ban on dispensaries http://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/news/politics/sd-me-government-0125-story.html
I read a few weeks ago that it can also send data to local police labs for analyzing on the spot- good for roadside results right away
Yes, I know this app. I think it's a good idea. I think it's out of Boston?
The merging of MJNA and AXIM was kind of a chocolate meets peanut butter type thing- apparently Dr. Titus was walking out a revolving door the same time Dr. George Anastassov was walking in, Titus of course was carrying his jar of CBD oil, Anastassov was chewing gum, they bumped as they were looking down at research notes, Titus spilt some oil, Anastassovs gum fell out of his mouth- meet cannabidiol gum...
Life's a funny thing.
One time I went drinking with Titus down in Chula Vista, he pulled out a vile of golden oil and dropped a bit into his Seagrams, I knew it was CBD, I wouldn't call his use of CBD in almost everything an addiction, I'd call it a devotion and curiosity, this guy really wants to know what this oil can do!
San Diego's number 1 medical dispensary http://plpcc.org/
Dang, their not even allowed to vote on it. I know if I owned a dispensary I'd be a tad worried right now.
Arkansas moving to ban smoking/smoked cannabis- http://mobile.dudasite.com/site/ushempmuseum?url=http%3A%2F%2Fushempcomuseum.com%2Fblog%2Ftag%2Fcannabis%2F&dm_redirected=true#2911
Looks like MJNA is being that golf ball without the rubber bands inside- getting ready to t-off?
I know of no other California pot pennies that will continue to work/fit the current movement, or even have real product that's distributed in a way that may actually be a big deal- but I agree with you, unless there is some sort of good very reliable news released...earnings, what have you, it's just the same old same old without it
