OOPS...I meant $10,000 dollars, which would have produced the single digit number of shares...
From what I have read in the past, I thought that the big sells...and buys...are usually after hours off shore transactions...Form T, etc...as those are the only ones allowed to trade penny stocks after hours...
I have seen even blocked numbers of shares traded when they were being dumped...such as 5 - 10 blocks of 9 million shares showing up on the bid, and even sometimes on the ask...as certain MMs are used to disguise their transaction intent as they dump the shares.
We have been getting a form T large sell number that shows up ever day about 1-3 minutes after the market closes. It has been like clock work, and needs to be addressed...as this is above my pay grade at this time. These sells have usually been a couple of notches below what the last bid sell of the day was. I took this to be an indication that the PPS would be going lower the next day, or, otherwise, why would the MMs do the trade.
The buy of 3 M shares came close at approximately 9:00 pm,5 hours after the market closed...
Both of these trades have uneven numbers of shares in the transaction, are not in even blocks, as most of us trade, and appear to be weird, but possibly not dilution. Now, if someone made a straight dollar figure trade, such as 100,000 shares, it would show up as an uneven number of shares... Maybe others can elaborate on this... JMHO, of course, FWIW
JSTIC...that 6 million shows as a form T sell...with the 3 million share buy showing up as a basic transaction, it appears...

I use the Trades under Tools to keep up with the way the buys and sells are going...
Yeah...you are right wlittle...as the one with the biggest war chest will win the infringement battles.
We are talking hundreds of thousands of dollars to go after someone legally...
Also, it is good to see some of the investors asking hard questions, and pointing out some truths, and not just rubber stamping those that would skirt over those things that cause red flags to be raised...
One does not get the clothes clean without some agitation...and one cannot solve problems without first forming a true evaluation of the situation... All JMHO, of course, FWIW
As a matter of fact...if this is good solid DD...this information might need to be shared with the MDBX message board...if someone feels it factual and good enough to use...
After all, it's all about competition...right? Me...I am just a messenger...not an executioner... LOL All JMHO, of course, FWIW...
ERBB/MDBX PATENT COMPARISONS...Some of my previous thoughts and DD...
Please note that the 3 patents (one MDBX, and two ERBB used the same examiners, which indicates that the same examiners should have great familiarity with the patents concerned, which would lend me to think that they are two different patents. I would think that the later granted patents would indicate that they are different enough to grant patent proprietary rights to MDBX for patent #7,844,363.
In comparison with the ERBB/Tomassi granted patents, #6,711,465 and #7,493,190, it appears that the MDBX patent makes claims in their granted patent, and in their company website, and public relations releases, that contradict themselves, and bring into question the strength of their granted patent. Both patents were written, examined, accepted as being different from the Tomassi patents…by the same patent examiner of the Tomassi patents, with each patent having stand alone rights, and the patents have been granted on the basis of the individual claims of each patent.
NOTE: It strikes me as being a bit strange that the MDBX patent only lists 3 reference patents in their prior art search, and their patent application does not reference the Tomassi patents #6,711,465 and #7,493,190 which are all in the same class and field of search…patents that are close to their claims, and patents that most certainly should have been included in the prior art search…by MDBX, and by the Patent Examiner, who is bound to do a more thorough search than the applicant.
The examiner was the same for both applicants, with the same class and field of search, and a separate patent was granted to MDBX, which leads one to believe that the examiner legally thought that each patent application had sufficient stand-alone properties, with different enough claims, to warrant the granting of patents to each applicant. The USPTO Examiner (attorney) obviously determined, legally, that each application, and especially MDBX, through the examination of prior art, had enough narrowly structured claims to warrant the granting of a patent over the existing patents granted in 2004 to Robert Tomassi.
Even though I have had someone copy one of my patents, file a patent application, and be granted a patent on what I certainly believe to be an infringement my product/idea, it appears, just from reading that MDBX’s patent #8,818,820 is written to cover a process/system. A process/seed to sale system that just might have tried to claim a couple of the Tomassi patent claims, and slip them into their concept/system/process patent without any of the USPTO legal beagles noticing.
http://appft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PG01&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsrchnum.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=%2220100286993%22.PGNR.&OS=DN/20100286993&RS=DN/20100286993 (The only referenced patent application number, which is not even a granted patent yet, by MDBX’s granted seed to sell patent #8,818,820, which, again, is interesting as prior art research is non-existent for MDBX)
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the individual's personal information comprises biometric information.
About possible infringement by MDBX…
From their website, and all their published materials MDBX specifically asserts that “Medbox does not engage in the production, sale, or marketing of any products dispensed through their machines, but they do plan on becoming an industry powerhouse.”
So, MDBX made the machine, that possibly infringes upon the Tomassi Patents, by what it appears to claim some of the same terminology in the claims of the Tomassi patent that was granted 3 years prior to the granting of the MDBX patent; a patent that was filed, and granted, without even the mention of prior art relative to the ERBB/Tomassi patent #6,711,465 and #7,493,190. This lack of prior art reference to the Tomassi patents was a baffling, red flag for me, as how could the MDBX applicant, and patent examiner, who examined both the ERBB and MDBX patents not list the Tomassi patents in the prior art reference?
Hmmm…it would be interesting to find out why the Tomassi earlier patents were not listed as prior art patents in the MDBX? It would be further interesting to find out how this could have slid by the examiner, which one might think definitely would scrutinize the MDBX patent, especially after having prior knowledge of both patents, and having worked on both.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/Medbox-Inc-MDBX-680/
From MDBXs Company Website comes another statement which could infringe on ERBB/Tomassi’s earlier patents if this statement stands alone, and not an inclusive statement inter-woven into a grander plan and patent application: “Our Company features a patented machine that dispenses medication to individuals based on biometric identification (fingerprint sample).”
From ERBB/Tomassi’s patent #6,711,465 and #7,493,190, which is a continuation patent of #6,711,465, which states: “Vending machine having a biometric verification system for authorizing the sales of regulated products.”
Even though I have several granted patents, I am not a legal beagle, but these two statements from each patent would seem to claim the same purpose and use for the MDBX and ERBB/Tomassi patents, which should place the MDBX patent in direct violation of the ERBB patent, thus infringing upon the ERBB patent rights stated in patent #6,711,465 - IMHO, as I defer to those more legally knowledgeable.
Furthermore, it appears that MDBX could have infringed upon the ERBB/Tomassi patent, which could have been deliberately…or accidentally, going forward with their business plan, and using verbiage throughout the patent, on the website, and in PR channels to disclaim that they were actually NOT a marijuana dispensary, contradicting their patent statements, which, indeed could look like impropriety, even if it were not.
All MDBX would have to have done was to make changes to the ERBB/Tomassi previous patents, that would allow their patent application to make NARROW claims that their invention was different. MDBX patents are either very clever…or very stupid, as they deliberately disregarded the ERBB/Tomassi patent claims, or they were granted a patent on a process/system(seed to sale) that somehow includes some critical claim information in the Tomassi patents, written in a way as to go a step beyond a patent, and include it in a process that is tougher to get a granted patent, but, certainly could be a game changer…for ERBB…or MDBX…
Speaking of patents...
Is AG aware that on the posted portion of this website that they mention "seed to sale" as a main theme for their business model?
Are they also aware that MDBX has been granted a recent patent that covers a complete "seed to sale process?"...as I understand it.
ERBB daily short position...

JSTIC...from what I am seeing...with my limited experience and crystal ball is that the industry has too many questions, legal ramifications that need to be resolved, too much government and state uncertainty, too many questions as to how to regulate, and tax the industry, etc.
Also, as you know, many of the stocks are being manipulated by Market Makers continuously making a market...their being legally allowed to manipulate the PPS, usually on little volume...thus creating panic in those investors that are less experienced.
And, there are the shorting/bearish organizations taking advantage of these many uncertainties and driving the PPS down, and being allowed, by the MMs, it appears, to cover their short position by buying the shares back on the bid side.
And, the uncertainty is caused by stock promotion organizations banding together to manipulate and drive the prices up on stocks...causing inexperienced investors to see the spike and rush to jump in, etc. Well, we all know the routine, as they dump their shares, very quickly, with the MMs moving the PPS down so fast that many are left as "bag holders."
It's as if these 3 groups work in concert, in harmony, as they unsuspectingly hop around, from one stock to the other, causing a run in one stock, and causing a PPS failure in others...with the MMs, all the while, readily willing to participate in the travesty, with moves such as head fakes on the bid and/or ask. JMHO, of course, FWIW

Could be that those competitors in the industry...that has big bucks behind them, hire certain groups and/or individuals to talk down those companies that are possibly up and coming to try to bury them before they can get any traction/staying power in the industry... It's a criminal/cruel competitive world... JMHO, of course, FWIW
Yeah...wonder what other things that Shearin might have delayed until the midnight hour?
8.5 million shares bought on the ask...25 million shares sold on the bid... Some large blocks...Could have been a large investor selling some shares...shorts covering on the bid...the company, or someone else selling some shares, etc. For some reason someone wanted to keep the PPS in the $.0159 - $.0161 range while the dumping/selling was going on...$400,000 worth of shares sold. JMHO, of course, FWIW
Looks like someone is dumping some huge blocks of shares in the $.0159 - $.016 range...all on the bid side...
No buying power, only selling...if the MMs allow the shorts to buy their shares to cover their short position at the BID...as they have done at times with regular investors...as we all have bought shares at the BID prices...
The buying of the shares at the bid price further fuels the flame, causing panic selling, in conjunction with the shorts buying and covering with their shares showing as a sell, and not a ask price buy. A simple and easy plan, if the MMs will cooperate...and we all know how they transact business... LOL
8 million buys on the ask, and 22 million shares sold on the bid...easy math. It is hard to believe that shareholders would be selling now. So, one must speculate that there is some shenanigans going on between the MMs and the shorts... Seems logical to me...but, I am a rookie investors... JMHO, of course, FWIW
It is documented that the shorts also "buy" on the bid to cover their short positions, which could offer a strong explanation why there are 15 million shares on the sell vs only 6 million shares bought on the ask...
Also, I would also think that the shorts do not want to be holding short positions going into the outcome that will be known tomorrow, and they do not want to be caught holding a short position that can get out of hand quickly if good voting news occurs... Hence, they could be buying back the shares...with the help of the MMs, of course...
Notice how certain MMs flash a huge share number on the ask, and the selling follows. CSTI started the one that took the PPS down to .0180 just now with a 1.7 million share ask showing.
We have all bought shares at the bid price. Then, it is only logical that the shorts can buy shares on the bid...or course, with structured agreements with certain MMs (Market Manipulators). JMHO, of course, FWIW
USEI, as a partner of AG, might be a good buy, due to the $.0017 PPS, as it certainly will be carried along with ERBB should it explode, etc... Their float is about half that of ERBB, which could allow more upward PPS movement should they get good news, or piggy back on ERBB.
Agree with you on the CEO...read a lot of questionable stuff about him... But, then, again...the same can be said for Shearin... JMHO, of course, FWIW
If lots of investors wouldn't touch USEI...and for obvious reasons...then, how does that speak to AG's partnership with them?
Do birds of a feather really flock together?
Does "what's good for the goose is good for the gander" not fit in this ERBB/USEI marriage? Hmmm!!!...some investment food for thought... JMHO, of course, FWIW
I would think that if it breaks $.025 today that the margin calls will be going out hot and heavy...as this is about the range that that 40% - 50% "dear john" margin call will be coming from their brokers...which should propel the PPS between the $.05 - $.10...or higher... Of course, the 3 billion share float will probably keep it from running out of sight...but, who really knows, besides the MMs... JMHO, of course, FWIW
Well, wlittle49...it is not that this puppy doesn't have a storied and questionable past...with several issues that could cause one to have a warm trickle run down the leg... LOL
I do not have the absolute, complete faith in AG that some have...neither do I have the kind of money to buy millions of shares. I pray that those that are heavily invested in ERBB will realize their dreams through their investment, and reap the bounty of what they have sown into this company.
Being a research person, myself, I have also done quite a bit of DD...and AG's past can tend to scare someone in the present...and into the future...especially without much fruit being seen from the labor of the company.
Too often we hear what we want to hear...and see what we want to see...and often times have trouble seeing the forest for the trees. If it walks like a duck; quacks; has feathers; likes water; and flies south for the winter...it's NOT a goat...
This will be a bumpy road...as there are valleys for every peak. I do not share the great confidence that some do on this board, but, I believe there are many savvy investors, who have done extensive DD, that feel comfortable with their investment.
There also are some that are flipping some shares and making a lot of money off the MM Manipulation, etc. Which is the only explanation how a stock with such a large OS/Float could cause the PPS to move the way that it has from time to time. All JMHO, of course, FWIW
"Many will hear, and not understand; will see, and not perceive."
VFIN has not shown up on the ask with his 10K share offer for months now... He bears watching...
There is a fine line between negative and realistic...and few there be that are able to discern the difference...
Most will do whatever they must to protect their investment...silence the critics...those that would question...those that have legitimate concerns...
Yet, they would disallow the many different factions that negatively influence the PPS... All JMHO, of course, FWIW
VFIN on the ask...we all know what that means...if history, and his track record holds true... Look out for any upward PPS movement...and be alert for a downward, shorting PPS movement... JMHO, of course, FWIW...
You, of all people, who has always been meticulous, professional, articulate, intelligent, positive, well-informed, and good about sharing your knowledge and experiences, have decided to chime in and shine a light on something that is trivial...
This is a big deal... Just the mere fact that one of the most respected posters on this board has decided to weigh in, and speak down to it, makes it a big deal.
One might expect this kind of blunder with the video from a taxi cab driver...but not the head of a projected billion dollar company. It goes to credibility...and we all know about the previous track record of this company/management...of which very few are reluctant to discuss.
Perception, paying attention to detail, and striving for perfection are very important when seeking to get others to believe in a company, and the management team, and invest their hard earned dollars. Most know this...especially those that do not have blinders on... JMHO, of course, FWIW...
"Many will hear, and not understand; will see, and not perceive."
Oh, yes...we can't figure out how a sophisticated investor capable of due diligence would have such a problem in aiming the cell phone in the proper manner, making sure that the cell phone camera was properly aligned...before pushing the button...especially, if he had already pre-determined that he was going to send it around the world for all to see.
Also, one might think that this sophisticated investor would also check the 30 second video that he had already shot to assure that he had not done something stupid, such as shoot it side ways, before he left the premises. Oops, Steven, I screwed up the video...can I have another 30 seconds of your time to get it right?
Lastly, I wonder if I am the only one that grows weary of those that would deliberately overlook obvious mistakes...or offer a senseless, non-defenceable alibi every time someone makes an observation? When one defends something that is not defendable, drawing attention to it, one puts something that is small under a magnifying glass for more to see and scrutinize.
Then, again, I am not sitting on millions...and/or possibly tens of millions of shares in this company that warrants a response, either... Heck, even this response is not necessary and probably will fall upon deaf ears... LOL All JMHO, of course, FWIW
The camera guy needed to film it upright instead of part of it being side ways. It would have only taken an additional 30 seconds to re do it instead of putting something out to the whole world with a flawed camera screw up...
This has nothing to do with griping and complaining...it goes to the attention to detail...and professionalism...
One cannot figure out whether the camera man had had too much to smoke...or not enough... LOL
Yes, the machine is sweet...and a winner... All JMHO, of course, FWIW
3 million more shares bought than sold...low volume...sooo, when the PPS moves up or down, I would speculate that the MM's are fooling around with the landscape to see how they can move it...or let it run...or, even, somewhat control the PPS when something huge is reported...
That is all that can be discerned, for the size of the float should not allow any kind of movement, either way, with such small volume.
When all the pieces are in place, we could have a billion shares traded in one day...and that, my fellow investors, could destroy any plans of manipulation, shorting, etc...and bring the hedge funds, shorting organizations to cover, paid promotion organizations, daytraders, etc...and that $.50 will be reachable...even with a 3 billion share float... All JMHO, of course...
It doesn't take much brain power to figure out that other similar companies that folks own at $11 per share can buy a lot more shares of ERBB for their dollars...thus making lots of people millionaires for their wisdom...
Of course...there are always some challenges to the best laid plans of man...and, even though most are reluctant to see the forest for the trees, the downside risks, and discuss them, they choose to stay focused on their dreams to become millionaires...
The Word tells us that "we must first count the cost"...to do our due diligence...
I would add some shares to my small position, but my gut tells me that the MM's might want to blow through the .0180 resistance, on a quick trip downward to briefly test the .0160 50 DMA support, which, if it holds, would signal a good entry point. The previous 2 million share head fake on the bid having been used to try to influence the PPS movement. Unfortunately, the bulls did not follow up to test the waters. And, now, the bears/shorts are ready to take their turn at bat... There also might be some day traders exiting positions that could also have a negative effect.
How sad how the MM's are "paid" professionals, responsible for controlling the upward and downward movement of the PPS...to "regulate" and "prevent" drastic upward, or downward, movements of the PPS...to put a bridle on the wills of those bulls and bears pushing the envelop, competing for PPS supremacy. The battle rarely is fair, allowing for the best combatant to prevail...
IMHO, and that of others, the MM's represent very real conflicts of interest, as they have billions of dollar incentives for controlling/manipulating the movement of the PPS.
Next week could be a huge week, with the machines, etc.
Looks like the MM's threw up a 2 million share "head fake" a short while ago on the bid side at .018... Investors are supposed to be able to read the level 2 signs as a tool to help them gauge when to buy and sell, but one cannot get any kind of feel for it with the MM deceptive practices...
That is because the US Government holds the patents on various Ebola strains...YES, they have actually patented the different strains, and the potential cures to keep the virus in check.
They also have threatened any, and all, companies trying to discover a cure for it, especially those using natural remedies derived from cannabis...
STXG is sometimes used to slow down, or stop a break out...
Getting close to some margin calls...push'em to the brink...
Isn't is interesting to watch the work of professionals on the PPS...as was seen yesterday with AG sister company USEI rising 40%...
Small volume...just walking the PPS up now, the same way that they have been walking the PPS down in the past weeks... LOL
Maybe some are making their 10% and the PPS at .017 signals the time to reverse and walk it back down...we will see...
Interesting cancer research and CBD's effectiveness in destroying cancer cell potency...
http://www.cancerdefeated.com/new-hopes-for-medical-marijuana-and-they-arent-high-hopes/2858/
New Hopes for Medical Marijuana— And They aren’t “High” Hopes!
Don’t worry—we’re not talking about the chopped leaves smoked by folks looking for a mind-altering experience. Like many plants, the cannabis plant has a number of chemicals that can be extracted for medicinal use and that are not mind-altering.
In fact, one British researcher tested six of these chemicals called ‘cannabinoids’ on leukemia cells. What he observed convinced him that marijuana plants offer far more benefit than just a temporary high! Here’s the story. . .
Wai Liu, an oncologist at the University of London’s St. George’s medical school, said these cannabis extracts drastically reduced cancer cell potency. A study abstract, published in the journal Anticancer Research, said cannabis was able to simultaneously halt all phases of cancer cell growth.
The research tested six cannabinoids on leukemia cells. Liu said none of these chemicals would intoxicate patients.
Speaking to U.S. News, Dr. Liu said the cannabis compounds appear to “target and switch off” pathways that allow cancer to grow. This is precisely what many drug companies have attempted to do with synthetic medications—at a much higher cost.
Liu is hopeful that continued studies will produce a medication that patients can use in the near future.
But this type of research hasn’t exactly been a cakewalk…
The Feds oppose research on medical marijuana.
Americans for Safe Access (ASA) is a group that advocates for medicinal marijuana. They observe that while the last 30 years have seen “an explosion of international studies designed to investigate the therapeutic value of cannabis,” the same is not true in America.
The group exposed these efforts at blocking domestic cannabis research in their 2009 report The Obstruction of Medical Cannabis Research in the U.S.
ASA noted that anyone who wants to perform this type of research must first get approval from the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) and from the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS). And you can bet they’re probably pretty tight-fisted with those approvals.
In addition to the complicated approval process, NIDA holds a monopoly on cannabis used for research and requires all scientists to use plants grown at the University of Mississippi.
Historically, the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) aided the blockade by protecting NIDA’s monopoly on research-grade cannabis. They routinely block any competition from potential producers by refusing to grant competitive licenses to other organizations.
Ironically, the DEA is beginning to play a different role in the use of cannabis for medical purposes.
Could that be change you smell in the wind?
The Drug Enforcement Agency recently requested that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) consider whether cannabis should be removed from the list of Schedule I substances.
Under provisions of the 1970 Controlled Substance Act, signed into law by President Richard Nixon, Schedule 1 substances are those considered to have no medical value and a high potential for abuse.
ASA and other drug reform advocates are putting pressure on the U.S. government to reclassify marijuana.
This could serve to open the gates to more thorough investigative research on potential health uses for cannabis.
In the meantime, there are studies besides Dr. Liu’s that demonstrate its cancer fighting potential. The National Cancer Institute lists these examples:
• A mouse study showed that cannabinoids may protect against inflammation of the colon, which may reduce the risk of colon cancer.
• A laboratory study of the cannabis compound delta-9-THC in liver cancer cells showed that it damaged or killed these cells. The study also showed this compound has antitumor effects by acting on molecules that may also be found in non-small cell lung cancer cells and breast cancer cells.
• A laboratory study of cannabidiol in estrogen receptor positive and estrogen receptor negative breast cancer cells showed that the substance caused cancer cell death—while leaving normal breast cells unharmed.
• A laboratory study of cannabidiol in human glioma cells showed that, when administered with chemotherapy, the treatments were more effective than chemotherapy by itself at increasing cancer cell death without harming normal cells.
So the government debate about the medical value of marijuana promises to rage on.
But now you’re aware of research that shows this plant might well be part of nature’s bounty of healing botanicals!
My one post of the day...

When the manipulation subsides and buyers enter...the PPS will move a bit higher...
The high float will limit how high the PPS will go...unless there is a cure for cancer in the news... LOL
My one post of the day...just to check in...
BUT...IF the micro chip, that was previously patented by another company, is included and/or is interwoven into a process/system/concept, such as a "seed to sell" GRANTED patent such as MDBX...that has the previously patented micro chip included, and/or inter woven in their claims, then, would you not have a possible scenario wherein each might have some legal rights worthy of challenge in court?
Maybe you can provide some DD to validate that the first patent holder always wins in court...
I have many concerns with the MDBX patents, as I find it hard to believe that any patentee could do almost NO prior art research, having searched only 3 patents, if memory serves me correctly, in their prior art search for their two latest patents...AND the Tomassi/ERBB patents were not included within their prior art search.
NOW, I find that extremely strange...
There is more, but must get my one post for the day in...
Can someone explain why the Tomassi patents assigned to ERBB would over ride the 2 relevant patents granted to MDBX, at a later date, should there be any infringement charges filed? Thanks...

My take on the financials is pretty much like most on this site...they are pretty much to be expected with the start up in a new, highly regulated, controversial industry...
About what might happen today...well, many are experienced, and have voiced their opinions about what probably can happen today with the PPS. The MMs and shorters are going to smell the blood in the water from the financials, and they will do what they do best...and, since when have those two culprits needed any reasons to attack...
As to some concerns that I have, I will keep them to myself, for now, until things settle in better. There is enough BS flying around already.
I will say this...if AG had done a better job of closing the deal with One Bode, that $3 million dollars would have gone a long way to improving financials, and the bottom line for investors. I find this irresponsible, as the bottom line is the money, and they appear to have dropped the ball on something that would have greatly improved the bottom line... Of course, I have no particulars, other than reading the financials...
