An average over 10c in BYOC, that would suck, I would hope they either sold or averaged down.
However, along those same lines of bag holding as you're calling it, someone or group picked up over 1 mil worth of stock early March "like it was nothing", as now confirmed in the recent 10Q. That amount makes what I got petty small in comparison.
That's why I say this price is a joke, if that 1 mil worth was bought between .06-.08. That same smart entity or group could immensely average down now or on the way back up.
IMO of course.
I like the quote:
https://twitter.com/IncByoc/status/1141210367877681152?s=20
Financials are rough now because they very recently ceased to be a shell, plus as typical with roll up strategies, expenses are high as the acqs are absorbed into the business.
Until consolidation of resources, cutting down on operational expenses, and revenues increases, balance sheets may look negative.
BYOC has an NOL of 40 mil, don't forget. Can reduce taxes considerably and wipe out those liabilities quicker than you think, again, along with growing organically.
Clearly, they have more acqs lined up, so there's a definite plan. Hard to say on upside, but come on... .0025?
I believe it...

Who needs updates when one understands the vision and sees filings of progress.
This is an long term investment and now is the best time to buy, imo.
BYOC
Bids keep reappearing around this range, so this might be the base until Discover is sold out.
Market cap is below revs, so reality has to set in eventually. This market cap is not taking into account closing of Issues and Answers acqs either.
Then if they roll out thier plan, software, get Thermo Fischer long term contract and others... and ultimately increase revs organically, eyes should come.
But this is the otc, someone always gets impatient and sells.
Yep, and there are companies that uplist from pink sheets straight to Naz or NYSE, and the only difference between pink sheets and otcqb is having a board of directors, to which has not changed on OTC Markets.
When the market realizes BYOC is truly undervalued and at .5 market cap, reality should prevail as value is added to the business.
Reason clearly explained here.

I'm not understanding your question or what your saying?
The board appointed Geordan and Geordan accepted the position, because he was with George the whole time making deals and most likely was the main person putting the filings together.
As you indicated before, Georges untimely passing may have been known, and they prepared ahead of time for it.
That's a perfect reason why there is a board of directors and why George appointed them... to assist Geordan in making company decisions.
And that's besides the compliance reasons that are needed for OTCQB and uplisting to a higher exchange.
Thanks for your personal opinion, it should help newbies, maybe.
Correct, he said that for the short term goals.
Why do you think he said that?

Be prepared for some fun this fall and especially this whole next year, hehe.
I really liked your investment quote:
Millionaires are made because they do what most people don't.
Trust your gut and be brave.
Refuse to be a follower. All a dog in a pack sees is the ass of the dog in front of it.
Fingers crossed... it is Friday though. I want to see on Monday if he might still be gone.
Again, you are wrong... it was not 145 mil shares converted/ diluted. There are 70 mil shares given to the PathUX guys. Please reread the 10Q.
Also you missed that Discover converted over 1 million in the 1st quarter. Again, reread the 10Q.
Lastly, as someone just said, the selling from shares of the company did not take place, they literally can't sell shares until March 2020, which is 1 year after BYOC ceased being a shell. Please read up on rule 144, as well.
I agree with you 100% and add that is why George appointed the people he did on the board.
Not only is this a requirement for an SEC reporting company, but Geordan and the board can come together and make the best decisions for the company AND they have an OBLIGATION to make the best decision for shareholders.
Outside of that, try to not get so tired of "opinions" here on ihub, much like OTC and penny stocks in general, 99% of them are garbage.
I've become more vocal as of late, because imo the last half of the year and from here on out is going to finally get exciting, with the worst behind us. Regardless of the outcome here and if it all somehow doesn't come to fruition, i'm still glad with my decision to stick it out... who knows I might make a buck or 2
And don't forget we have the Issues & Answers (I&A) acquisition that should be right around the corner for completion.
I&A is speculated to be around the same revs as S800.
So the "roll-up strategy", that is taking place here is coming to fruition.
No doubt the revenues on yesterday's filing show consistency with 5 mil in yearly revenues.
The doubt that Geordan can fill the shoes of CEO is opposite of which BYOC progress is taking place.
70 mil of that 144 mil was for PathUX, which BYOC could get back if they make payments to the PathUx guys. Those payments also can be delayed for awhile, per the terms.
So BYOC did not sell 144 mil shares... actually BYOC and its directors can't sell any restricted shares for awhile, and when they do, they are bound to rule 144.
Discover, who provided the funding to make the S800 acquisition, is the one who is selling. They have been here awhile selling, so hopefully they are almost done.
Audited financials for PathUX put this morning:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=13596340&guid=5_cIUahrG2gzYth
And you realize the company had no other way to get funding (because it was a shell) to make the S800 acquisition, right?
Per Geordan, BYOC doesn't need that type of funding from here on out and pretty sure we are darn close to getting done with Discover converting, and can put that behind us all.
ALPS ran away, but not gone altogether.
Don't forget to minus the short volume.
Actual volume in dollars is around 523k to past 60 days.
Still insane it got this low, and I'd like to think the worst is behind us, but who knows with the conversion.
I'm optimistic and bullish, as usual.
Thanks Realone, but i'm far from a technical expert, nor a decent trader, but i'm always learning and gather info from multple sources including the horses mouth.
I honestly don't know why i'm posting again, except to test something out 1 more time for chits & giggles.
If ya read the 8k for PathUx acqs, 70mm are allocated for those guys, issued at .05, but keep in mind, that is as an option. The way I understood it is if BYOC makes the down payment of 1 million dollars, then the 70 million can be returned, with a note issued for 2 million over 2 years.
But if price goes past .05, then Pathux guys keep the 70 million shares, which is 3.5 million dollars worth.
Well somebody just picked up 8 million plus shares, Nice!
Please elaborate and explain "your calculation" with some level of detail.
Thank you and ur welcome
Months
And if it wasn't for those shares being added and given to Discover, BYOC wouldn't have purchased S800 and would still be a shell.
Hopefully financing will be more favorable going forward for these other acqs.

Awesome, I officially see $BYOC on the presentation schedule, as per the shareholder update yesterday!!
No doubt I foresee a few updates coming these next 30 days.
Either in person or via webcast, I can't wait to see the presentation!#ForGeorge pic.twitter.com/xPLLoCZUc0
Never ever does.
Couldn't agree with you more, especially the rookie comment. SMH

Hi Swampdude, You'll have DM me from a another source, I'll never pay for ihub. I hope all is well, on vac this week, so responses may be slow.
Trek
And that's why it makes perfect sense,
Yeah, clientele totaling 5 mil in revs/ year... that if I'm not mistaken have contracts with them for plenty more years to come = guaranteed revenue streams and obviously plenty of opportunities to give those existing customers new software to try out and use.
Growth along with acquisitions... I'm loving it and can't wait to see more to this story.
Have a good weekend all!!
Take care of yourself GW, you'll get better.
Small steps up!
Yep, BYOC has a board of directors now, so it's not all on Geordan as some elude to here.
I'd say you'r plan is justified here, wait out for the bottom.
A reversal?
I think the savvy here want it low to load more.
1 million+ on the ask today and tape shows almost all sells. Prolly more to go.
As someone recently said, they keep this up, 1 million shares will be sooo cheap!!
Let them bomb down here, when RSI is below 30.
Trading 101, buwahahah
The nasty talk about George (the late CEO of BYOC) this past year appeared to me that it did bother him. Surprised me that it did at times.
The added stress prolly didn't help in his very unfortunate passing.

Hi GW!
I'm still here, just been busy a lot, but I'm playing a few things while I wait on a gem.
While I still say this is the best ihub board there is... ihub in general has a bad rep with many many people, and considered scummy/ shady.
Imo, it's due to the way the high school rules are, which I've never agreed with and they always appear to favor certain people who will remain nameless.
I commend you for having a great board, but ihub has its limitations.
I personally have not bought a ihub membership and don't plan to, just dont see the value over free or what I can get thru other platforms.
Always miss chatting with ya, I just don't come to ihub that much anymore.
A nice couple of updates and progress...
We have a lot of exciting things in the works, We know what needs to be done and are committed to do what it takes to get there. We appreciate your support during this unexpected transition in our company, and look forward to carry on George’s legacy.

I believe most are quite fine with their response and companies direction from Jean and Robert in the last 8k. Until a reason is given, why worry?
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=13314952&guid=8eD3UeOlfykjR3h
All that's needed is executing the plan that's already been setup. Had this happened a year ago, I would be concerned... not now. Jean and the board now have a "vested interest" and Geordan has a goal to fulfill his father's dreams and, of course, get back 8+ million dollars that 2GP or "George" put into bringing back BYOC from the dead and to a legit company again.
I expect yearly financials and the closing of the 2nd acqs perhaps this next month. After that, maybe an announcement of one or all of the following... 3rd acqs, OS reduction, or application to Nasdaq.
I do say...It's great not being considered a shell anymore! Here's to future higher revenues!
Quite an accomplishment!
