I am a bit confused, as to what they mean when it says 5% of JBII's revenue by selling fuel and 5% of the clients revenue, what revenue will the client get out of this, or do they mean 5% of the savings the client will have by not having to pay tipping fees. or maybe savings in discounted fuel,
actually now that I am looking at it, this is only the fee to Smurfit stone, once they have referred JBII, then a revenue sharing contract will be set up between JBII and the client, probably 80/20% and smurfit stone will then get 5% of the 80 and 5% of the 20, please can somebody confirm this.

what's up with the share price, it has more or less flatlined around the 3.33 mark, very odd, hardly any volume either, not complaining, just find it quite odd, surpriced to see the manipulators are not using this opportunity to whack the stock, glad they don't though.

No probs, and yes I fully agree with you, I have read and watched all the info I can about this company, and I am a 100% believer in JB, very happy that I found this so early on as I will probably retire in a couple of years due to that. with regards to the group of "doubters" then I am confident that they will cover and leave soon.
GLTY.
A.H
That would be great, and I really hope so.
GLTA.

Thanks for that attack, I have already seen the 8K, and very happy about that as a long term holder, just surprised that he hasn't put it out in a PR, as not everybody trawls through the SEC filings all the time, PR however are a bit different and could give the stock more exposure.
GLTA.
A.H
Has JBII actually put this deal out in a PR, I can't seem to find any on any web site.
GLTA.
A.H
Or he could just close another PP for say 2 mil shares at $3+ that should give them enough capital to build at least 10 processors, once they have been running for a few months, then he should be able to build another 10, huge growth coming, IMHO.
GLTA.
A.H
Does anybody knows when the annual shareholder meeting is, thought I read somewhere that it is on the 3rd of May (tomorrow)but can't find any info on their web site to confirm this. Also a link to their webcast if anybody have please.
GLTA.
A.H
LOL, yes looking forward to a lot more fading, let it fade to $10 hahahaha.
GLTA.
A.H
Tell him to lend JBII $5 mil instead, then he can buy shares for the remaining 35 mil.
GLTA.
A.H
LOL good luck with that, too funny, I just love all these newbies coming to this board, warning all of us true longs about how the share price is going to crash.
hahahahahahahahahahahah.
GLTA.
A.H
same feeling here, what a great performance by JB.
RETIIIIIIIIIIREEEEEEEEMENT here we come.

NYbob.
Thanks for your kind words, really exited about CDE as I feel this is one of the most undervalued big silver miners out there.
GLTA.
A.H
You too.
with regards to closing of the LOI contract, then I have no clue, however not concerned either if it doesn't happen before end of april, the contract will be announced with it is signed, not to worried when.
GLTA.
A.H
well the 1000 processors in 6 months sounds a bit fast don't you agree.
GLTA.
A.H
I am very confident in JB, however I think your time frames are a bit on the optimistic side.

According to Bruce, then it was the fact that they lost the suit, and thereby the company, that caused so much stress to DR which ultimately lead to his heart attack, sad to see when the dark forces wins.
GLTA.
A.H
Well I think the most important issue here was the fact that they lost that $200,000.00 law suit to Leon Greenblatt, remember that they actually closed $6 mil financing about 6 weeks before, which the lender then pulled back again after this suit was lost, if this suit haven't been lost then I think we would all have been sitting on a very nice investment, of course the fact that they lost that suit in Jan 2009 didn't help either, that was probably the worst time in the last 70 years for a small development company to be without any funding, had they lost that suit 6 Months later, then IMO it would have been a completely different story.
Will be interesting to see if this is now the final chapter in the CTGI story, or if Bruce have one last ace up his sleeve.
GLTA.
A.H
4 years or $400, that is a tough call, I wouldn't even be surpriced to see $400 first, that would also mean straigth into retirement for me, so bring it on LOL.

John likes to create solutions for problems, this is what he has been doing his whole life, creating the solution for the worlds plastic waste is IMO his biggest motivation, I don't think that John will sell for any price and IMO he shouldn't either, this company will have huge increases in earnings per share for the next 10+ years at least, absolutely no reason to sell, and I really hope JBII is not going to be sold, it will make quite a few of us very rich over the coming years, if we hold on to our positions.
As they say patience is the biggest virtue in the stock market, that doesn’t come more true than with this company, just look past the noise and focus on where JBII will be in 2-3 years, that always make me smile.
GLTA.
A.H
Silver just keep on making new heights, wonder when the correction will come, hopefully after the 1st quarter results, and hopefully Bolivia will stay calm as well.
GLTA.
A.H
Well if you were a big waste company, handling waste for some big customers and making money out of that, would you then willingly give up those contracts, if you were not given some kind of compensation, I know I wouldn't, so this big waste company mentioned in here will refer JBII to some of it's big customers who produce a lot of plastic waste for a fee, in this case some of the profit, seems quite reasonable and business like to me, and I actually think that if they can close this deal, then we are golden.
Additionally, on April 14, 2011, after much discussion and exchanges of drafts, the Company received what management believes is a final referral agreement with a large company that has a significant number of material recycling facilities and high volume waste plastic streams. The contemplated referral agreement provides a framework for the other party to introduce JBI to their clients who produce plastic feedstock to leverage JBI's Plastic2Oil(TM) process. The referring party would be paid a fee based on Plastic2Oil(TM) fuel produced from plastic feedstock which JBI is provided at no cost from the client. At this time no definitive agreement has been executed and it is possible that the Company and the other party may not finalize a definitive agreement.
I think this sounds very promising

Actually think it has the potential to go to $40-45 when Q1 is released, should have some awesome numbers this time around, however can't for the life of me understand why CDE has been going down for the last 10 days, excluding today, when silver is setting new records on a daily basis, hope the silver stocks will turn around soon.
GLTA.
A.H
Me too, got some at $0.75 yesterday, just crazy that CDE trades down here when silver prices are setting new records every day, good luck to both of us then.

Don't know if people have already listen to this presentation from March, good listen if you haven't

Hi NYBob.
Great board you have here, and a great silver company CDE is, however reading through the info provided above, I can't help to notice that the info is a bit outdated, their current reserves are much bigger, would you mind updating if I got you the current numbers? so that new people coming to this board can see how undervalued CDE currently is.
GLTA.
A.H
No probs, long and strong, I will hold for the next 5 years atleast.
GLTY.
A.H
I think you should look at the post I was replying to before attacking, I am very happy that he has the voting rights, as I don't want to see this company be bought out at all.
GLTA.
A.H
Well I think the fact the JB exchanged 22 mil + shares for 1 mil preferred shares with 100 shares voting rights each, looks like a really big poison pill to me, what is your view on that?
GLTA.
A.H
JB wont let this company be bought out by anyone, this is his baby and he will run it all the way up until plastic is no longer an environmental concern, IMO
GLTA.
A.H
could it be the shorts, me think so.
GLTA.
A.H
somebody is getting desperate, LOL.
GLTA.
A.H
Well if they get the momentum going, then I think the share price will do fine, even if they choose to get out at some point.
GLTA.
A.H
well I don't actually see this as a pump and dump, I am in for the long term, so even if it does sell off at some point, then I couldn't really care less, games will be played with this stock all the way to nasdaq, still not bothered though.
GLTA.
A.H
4K9P thanks, I hope and think that whoever has been shorting will soon need to cover, don't think they will be in control for much longer, should then add even more buying pressure, fry shorts fry LOL.
Have a nice Sunday.
A.H
well in that case no LOL, however I think they might be in for a bit longer then that, who knows.
GLTA.
A.H
absolutely agree, and thanks for your daily breakdown of what is going on with the trading in JBII, has been very informative, please continue your good work.
GLTA.
A.H
Take care as well.

LTG, sorry can't pm, and yes maybe he is, but if he brings buyers, then I am good.
