Great post Erin, thank you.
What’s the foreign pink symbol you’re working with?
Hope all is well with you.
If it helps at all...I mentioned this to a good friend of mine who is a CPA. He said we are fine and the SEC has strict rules against anything like that. Plus, he said the SEC monitors all the chat boards, FB pages and blogs looking for things wrong these days.
I’m sure no attorney’s or banks would associate themselves with a company scamming stock holders.
I’m in a similar position. What are you thinking?
Welcome back Erin...like Beatlejuice if we mentioned you enough we were hoping you would resurface...nice to see you
What’s wrong with pushing our CEO to do better? I go to work every day and get objective criticism, opinions, a little praise, suggestions, some ass chewing etc. What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger and more proficient in our jobs...It’s normal and healthy in my opinion. millennials today especially need more of it...If I wanted to just read one sided praise all day long I would join the Psychic Cheerleaders Board.
Happy 4th of July everyone!
I love watching Data443 continue cornering the market worldwide. Branding themselves as #1 in GDPR data protection. The reviews from Wordpress have been mostly all 5 stars.
The concerns and questions are being address, fixed and approved on.
I believe our fireworks are still yet to come...the best to all!
here’s what I don’t get...Landstar filed bankruptcy years ago. They had a long list of debtors. How can they still capitalize? And if they can why can’t share holders that have been holding LDSR since then? Maybe we should see an attorney regarding this. When businesses file bankruptcy we end up receiving a worthless pieces of paper in the mail saying you now own stock certificates of the company. Of course it’s worth nothing. The bankruptcy courts liquidate everything. Couldn’t the lawyers easily resolve this?
Well put bro...it’s Jason’s business to sell and grow Data443 and it’s our business to protect and keep an eye on our investment.
On a technology note... if you haven’t yet. I suggest to view that Wordpress plugin. This has been going well. They are addressing all the bugs and ironing out all the things that need fixing. Wordpress is extremely sensitive to code errors especially from conflicting plugins. Data443 is getting it done nicely. So far they have 10,000 plus downloads and the reviews have been excellent. I was surprised to find out that there are not many competitors in this area for such a large market Wordpress has. Data444 should do very well here. You’ll also notice they offer another plugin that works with Data443’s GDPR Frameworks plugin.
This was this first time we get to read reviews of ClassiDocs and to see what people are saying.
I looked in Wordpress and didn’t see a fee...sometimes it shows up after you download it...what’s exciting is it’s getting great reviews and there are not that many others come considering how large Wordpress is.
Wow...I just checked out WordPress and Data443/Classidocs is looking great! Over 10,000 plus downloads and over 40 reviews. Many are excellent five star reviews.
I agree...there should be no problem addressing this concern to his shareholders. Especially if Mr. Cleans theory is correct. Pete did a great job and a lot of good research on his report.
It does now...he must have fixed it. That's a good thing. Thank you for the update.
JustG, have we met? With all due respect it's comments like yours that scare off new investors. Always assuming you know what you're talking about. A quick ROI? I haven't sold a share of LDSR since 2009. I'm as long as it gets, holding several millions of LDSR shares. Every tick my account moves thousands of dollars in either direction. I take all my business investments seriously. Of course I want Jason to succeed on a personal level as well as on a business level. Skeptics and concerned investors are a good thing. If you look at my past posts I'm very transparent and clear about my position and my goals here. Constructive criticism is the most valuable gift you can offer to a new CEO. There is no 'oops' when it comes to protecting and securing a companies data. If little mistakes are being made it makes you wonder what other mistakes are there. We have many eyes on this business and we hear and see things that can easily be overlooked by Jason and his team. If we can point out little errors then hopefully they can be addressed, fixed and improved on. I would be willing to bet Jason reads these posts. If you Google LDSR, iHub shows up in the top ten. And to answer your question I absolutely thinks he cares. If his motivation is to succeed in building a top notch company. Then he knows your strongest asset are your shareholders and your employees. Challenging and pushing our CEO to always thrive to be better and to perform like he's already a multi billion dollar corporation is my goal.
Today when he emailed us the news about Wordpress he link it to Fridays Corporate Update by accident. Here is the link he sent...
http://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2018/07/02/1532459/0/en/Data443-Secures-Global-Rights-to-Leading-WordPress-GDPR-Solution.html
There has been a lot of little mistakes...some bugs on his website, spelling errors and entering an Austin address on one of his filing.
I think he needs to take a little more time before he sends something out or files it. He's a data securities company that's like hiring a babysitter for your newborn. There is no room for oops!
Clay you nailed it today. You said the resistance was going to be at .0115. How are we looking for tomorrow?
It’s an additional add on just like Wordpress. I wouldn’t be surprised to see it available for Shopify, Wix, Google & Apple App Store and other eCommerce plugins soon as well
That’s another thing that makes no sense...he’s supposedly hired -

They still keep making a bunch of mistakes. Whoops isn’t something you can get away with in the software security industry for very long.
I hope they get it together.
It makes sense and it is a big step. But just like releasing a new app they need to get people to download it and try it out. I will download it and run it on our Wordpress site this week. I’m curious to see how it is.
It’s great that they are offering a Wordpress plugin. Maybe this will lead to an out of box solution people can buy at Bestbuy and Office Max. The problem I’m having is all the mistakes being made. Even today’s email with the news the link he included took you to Friday’s corporate update instead of Wordpress.
Considering Jason retains 100% of voting rights what would stop him from selling ClassiDocs to his other company for $1.00?
Everyone has valid concerns. Has anyone in here reached out to Jason or his business development manager Mark Heather? Both email addresses and contact information are listed on the website. Maybe a professional email asking him to please clarify some questions for his shareholders and list the questions. Why two different companies? And what are his plans for these? Ask about the MinnyMar Group and the note? Whatever other questions that would ease concerns. Let him know his investors believe in him and his team. However, we have some valid concerns after what happened on Friday. All this speculation can easily be resolved with an email. A good CEO who values his shareholders knows that we have our hard earned money invested in here and knows we have told other investors about Data443 and they have told others etc...I believe Jason would be welcoming of these questions and happy to do his best to put everyone at ease.
I know pal...Heres what puzzles me about today. I’m pretty sure nobody in our room sold on the dump...the news actually wasn’t that bad...of course we would have all wanted more clarity and security. However, who dumped all those shares? Could it be those MM’s who have been manipulating the price and shorting it? Was this a desperate attempt for them to cover their shorts?
You know I’m with you Bull...I agree Data443 has revenue, clients and it’s an outstanding product. However, in till they confirm it on paper...we got nothing...
Bull, Data443 has no revenue yet. In till Jason files and reports his financials. Everything up to now has been speculation and hear say.
Thank you for your reply. I for one appreciate your skepticism. You call it like you see it and you are very knowledgeable and detailed in your answers. I respect that, thank you.
Would $125,000.00 completely clear this up? And, could Jason be forming another stock company to move all his software to and liquidate or bankrupt this one leaving us shareholders with nothing?
You seem to be pretty knowledgeable about all this. How do you know so much detail? From the way it sounds. No matter how good the software is they will have a hard time controlling large stock dumps. So now what? If Jason is lying isn’t that against the law? That would be easy to prove and could easily jeopardize everyone affiliated. Seems like there are more bits and pieces to this. I know first hand that the software is good and I’ve spoken to Jason on the phone. He knows the security sector well. What are your predictions based on your belief? Do you feel like this stock will just fade away?
Hello July Monday!
Thanks for the reply bro...if this is a rented shell and can't be cleaned up then why move forward? I would rather the SEC close it down right now if it's not legitimate then keep doing this crap. To me it's worth contacting the SEC and getting some kind of clarification. Today's dump was totally manipulated and uncalled for. Unless this is a dog with fleas and Jason is trying to shake them off.
So why doesn't someone in here who is familiar with this process volunteer to contact the SEC reviewer and get more details. There has to be some sort of protection to investors.
Lol...that was funny...when all our worries shift to what to do with all this money...we should plan an annual Data443 investors cruise ??...that would be a lot fun sharing stories
DW, thank you for clarifying that. Well articulated and makes perfect sense. Many bits and pieces can be put together now. That answers why MM’s short shell stocks. If a company is trying to clean up a shell properly MM’s would have less risk in manipulating the price. Once Data443 officially removes the ball and chain the stock should be allowed to grow generically. That’s exciting news for us. Thank you
Great post, thank you. I knew they were voting on it but that's outstanding. We are going to see other states following that very soon.
Can someone please clarify what we can expect to see tomorrow and how it will affect us? Some people are saying updated 1st quarter audited financials. Some are saying a ticker change. Some talk about a merger. Some mention retired shares. The way I understood it was that the ticker symbol is going to change signifying that the shell is officially cleaned up. I don't believe this company is going to sell or be purchased anytime soon for many different reasons. Plus, that would not be in our best interest at this time. With everything going on we have a lot more value to be added to this company first.
Kind of like IBM's Guardium GDPR Accelerator...
Hi H20, all is well, pal. Thank you. I hope you’re doing well and enjoying the show.
Deutsche Telekom has been #1 in all of Europe for many years. I’m not sure if they won this year but I’m always reading about them in Tech publications. This German based company has always been the trend setters and leaders in technology. When the IPhone was first released they received exclusive rights to distribute them for all of Europe, like AT&T did in the United States. Deutsche Telekom are actually pretty new here in the States and already #3 here as T-Mobile. It’s exciting to know Data443 will be securing their data.
Owning shares of Data443 is like owning a lottery ticket with everyone in here. Occasional a ball pops up with numbers that match our ticket. All the numbers are matching so far and the stakes are getting higher. I think it’s safe to say that we all are looking forward to tomorrow. I do believe the best is yet to come!
For those who don’t know...Deutsche Telekom is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world. We know it here as T-Mobile in the United States.
We may all end up in Data443 anonymous meetings together.
Coot, I think what this ticker change will do is secure investors that the shell has finally been 100% cleaned up. I agree with you that revenue will make the biggest difference. However, I believe most of us including myself feel like we will see a small positive adjustment in the stock share price with a ticket change.
Sy, I like that...that can be our catch phrase...
Stay Long & Strong
Data443
Please include $10.00 and your t-shirt size...lol
HH, I agree with you pal. This company has all the ingredients to become a multi billion dollar company quickly. To help people grasp a small idea of how big and how quickly. Look up the history of a company called Malwarebytes. A security software company started by accident by a 12 year old kid who had no professional experience in the IT world.
Jason has a great product, he’s a good guy and respected for his experience in the IT industry. We are all lucky to own shares of this company.
My pleasure..if Jason can break into this and even if he can be considered. This would be huge for Data443 because the city is consulting with Switch. For those of you who are not familiar with Switch. They are a huge Las Vegas based data facility. Who host some of the worlds largest and secure servers. Including our Homeland security servers as well as Amazon, EBay and thousands of others. I have toured the facility and the place is like a futuristic sci fi movie. State of the art technology and energy systems. Military everywhere, soldiers with machine guns and military vehicles, it’s awesome. This would at the very least open many eyes up to Jason’s product.
Data protection is going to grow very quickly in this country. Especially with this new law they are trying to pass to make it mandatory for all online orders to pay state sales tax. We will quickly find all states finally addressing data protection.
I hope Data443 gets his business together and his stock and finances in order quickly. When businesses especially state and government consider a purchase they look at every aspect of the company first. Especially when it comes to a company who they are hiring to protect and secure their data. In my opinion this could be a red flag against Data443 when trying to seize state, city or government bids.
