I've purchased my tickets for the mo-mo express. Sunday @6pm, Pot Stock Radio has Michael Molen on. Could be news coming very soon of more acquisitions and updates on biochar sales.

I agree .12, but for the open. Close @.171.
Pump doesn't matter at this point. Retail, folks. You're all obsessed with a BS paid promote. But you will see tomorrow in the share price that investors realize the significance of brick-and-mortar. And happening within 30 days.
Haters gonna hate.
Wolf just posted proof on Twitter - promote not from VPOR
$vpor did not pay for any promotion. Here's what I emailed Dror pic.twitter.com/M6j3dgiqrx

BOOM BIG $NEWS$$$$
Vapor : VPOR, Announces Opening of "Total Vapor" Company Retail Stores and Expanded "Direct-to-Customer" Retail Strategy

Tomorrow's rev report isn't just about the Q1 number (I expect $750k to $1M btw), but rather it's about the Q2 and Q3 projections and guidance. Eg: Revs from American Smoke are being staged in over successive quarters (25%, 50%, etc).
My opinion is long term guidance is going to be very bullish on VPOR. The company is quickly expanding and has taken on loans to expand its means of production to keep up with demand. IMO that's a strongly positive indicator.
This is one of the few stocks I don't mind being long on. While you could make a few thousand here and there flipping the stock, it's the long hold that will see the max value on this particular stock imo. 5% gains steadily throughout the year will yield a much higher ROI as this stock reaches above .50 and beyond towards EOY into next year.
I've held SPLI since Feb and accumulated now a decent position during this last downtrend (800k). Numbers don't lie. When people see how much money VPOR is really making and how quickly it is expanding, the stock will rise on its own.

This note from Chris follows up on my questions earlier about the reasons for putting out the PR. I think this closes the issue for now, however still leaves some questions for me. They are following what they understand to be legal guidelines from council for dealing with the process of share reduction.

Alan,
It was required of us to make that disclosure in order to proceed. It seems many shareholders (not necessarily you, but many others) are very impatient and not very understanding that we have to make certain disclosures to move forward. It seems everyone emailing me just wants us to start putting out news releases to make the stock go up, and that is not our need or intention. I think you understand that we have to do things in a certain way and this is what is required of us.

Hi Chris,
I wanted to reach out regarding today's PR. I was extremely concerned about the lack of detail and other investors are as well.
It's true ANAS has done everything it has said it will, but how can you hold yourself to that standard when you are not claiming to do anything real and concrete in the PR?
Are you planning to soon release any concrete terms of the share reduction plan?
Thanks for your time,
Alan

Alan,
The truth is you really cant. You can’t say you will reduce by “X” if you don’t know you can. We were advised by legal to make our intentions public and do it, but not to quote numbers until they happen. This is business and the exact numbers, dates, and time, are just not known exactly. If we would have given estimates we would be held to them like iron. So what can we do?
Doing our best here.
Thank You,
Christopher Graybosch

Hi Chris,
I really appreciate the response. To help me better understand, I'm curious what was the purpose of announcing the intention in this dedicated PR? Wasn't the intention already announced in a recent PR already? I don't see what was additionally gained here.
Best,
Alan

At 4PM close of markets, no response. Will let you know if I hear anything.
It's never a good move to release a PR without specific details. I'm glad ANAS is optimistic and enthusiastic about the share reduction, but this PR provides no tangible plan or idea on how that is really going to happen.
Agreed. I'm hanging in for the sweet pop next Wednesday.
Loooooooooow volume. ZZZZzzzzzzz
This stock seems to plummet at open and recover and run in the afternoon.
MM funny business here. Spread is nearly a penny at times. Red on very low volume. There's no sell-off going on. Holding for news on ticker change.
"The most popular marijuana drink shot" - Anyone notice this on the label of the 5 Hour High bottle? I wonder where they came up with that. But I like the sound of it. Very interesting, I say.
I don't think it's uncommon or fluff to put out a PR of a product announcement. The fact that the time to market is 2 weeks from the announcement is a positive, imo. it will be easy and right around the corner to hold them to account.
These look like strong products to me: 2 "holistic generics" for common ailments and a unique MJ niche beverage.
This is a big difference from scam companies. They showed a mockup of the product and announced it will be for sale within 2 weeks (end of the month). That's quite a claim. This company has held all its claims thus far imo.
IMO 5-hour High is a freaking amazing product concept. However, I'm also interested in the holistic generics products for sleep and ADHD.
It would be a different story if they weren't saying these products are going on sale in TWO WEEKS. That's around the corner.
Down 10% on news... My thoughts:
I think this has to do more with the PHOT freeze and recent sector chill. The 5-Hour High product is, imo, a pretty great announcement. And 2 weeks for the time frame is very good. I am more bullish on PMRS now than I was prior to that PR. I'm going to hold my 2.5M shares through the ticker change and see what happens in 2 weeks.
Market is too wacky now to make rash decisions. Waiting this out. I don't think a .03 to .05 range is out of the question any longer.
True - The stake in Village Tea offers real products, nationally distributed. Far less speculative than many plays. Also, the potential for another MJ play.
That's most likely outdated. I expect the 2.5B claim to be more accurate.
Thx - just added you too. I'm not inner circle, but I have this guess as to why they haven't responded.
My guess is that they'd say this play is too speculative. It could materialize into some heavy duty stuff. But we're looking at potentially a 2.5B float and a new business initiative without revs or a track record, and potentially considerable debt. The stock, though QB has a DTC Chill in effect last I checked, and has more questions than answers currently as to commercial viability.
A lot of people like to say that lots of other MJ plays are far more speculative and worth a lot more. I hate that argument. Hope no one considers this sound financial reasoning.
There's some great potential here. I'm in at a cost basis of .0005. I like speculating. But may make an early exit between .003 and .005 and let the heroes go for the copper. It all depends on the next couple PRs.
I'm sure the inner circle has looked into it and would say something if they were interested.
Thx for the info!
Whats the float? No one knows. Yahoo says 300 Million. Some here say several billion.
Not in this century, my friend.
Everything about Luther sounds like a con game, from his insane picture, to his crazy Facebook account, to his cagey FB Q&A, to the share buyback, to the vaporware deal with Eddie Vakser's company, to the vague strategy of signing growers with no reported contracts or terms, to his absurdly bad use of official Press Releases. The creation of non-profit foundation the other day was the icing on the cake of absurdity. It never seems to end.
I held a large position in PRPM and recently sold off at a loss. Since then the stock is at 50% of even where I sold from. That's a shame. But I'm glad to be (mostly) out -- I'm holding 2M purely for entertainment value. Especially now with the shares frozen.
There could be a lot of promise here. But until Luther gets his act together, it's going to be a rough ride. Luther, ironically for his attempts to reach out to shareholders, is actually imo shareholder hostile in his *actions*.
I wonder how things would be if Davyd Fields was CEO. Probably would be a huge improvement. I have a feeling PRPM is in for a lot more rude surprises while Jeffries is at the wheel.
Incorrect.
Spread is huge.
Great - all we need is to be able to project a meaningful rev figure (based on reality and a real plan) and it should stabilize.
No offense to anyone here, but a lot of the responses here say something to effect of "Lots of other MMJ plays that suck have higher pps" etc etc.
To me this is an awful argument. If my investment can't stand alone, what use it is it? If you're comparing your investment to other admittedly questionable investments (i.e.: overvalued companies) then it doesn't provide a firm foundation around which you can defend and hold your shares when the price drops. And case in point, notice how the share price fluctuates in upwards of 50% on news and then deflates.
So to hold .01, we'd have to justify PMRS as a $16M company which would be possible if there was a clear revenue path developing. Say for example we had a 20x earnings multiple, this would be based on generating $800k/yr in revs.
That doesn't seem out of the question, but the commercial plan is still not clear for PMRS. We literally can't even project pretend revenues yet because there's no real info. With revenue a big question mark, the pps will likely continue to vacillate wildly.
At roughly 1.6B shares, .10 ops would make the market cap $160M. That's not out of the question, but would have to be some pretty heavy duty deals and revs coming imo.
I'm in here too, Little Wolf.
Anyone know the float? s/s says "not available." I've heard 310M, trying to check. Thx
Anyone surprised it's a finance play instead of a beverage play? I think that means bigger $$ potential personally.
Great to see $HRDN gapping before the bell! Can anyone confirm the 310M float?
I agree it's incredibly trivial. Even better that it was fixed quickly.
It looks like they fixed the spelling error on their website.
1) Good sign!
2) I don't have to sell my shares
It's not a good sign that they don't have the ability to easily fix the error.
They're already in Colorado, It's a QB company, existing products, beverage niche, and low float.... Any solid MJ news puts us at .005.
Anyone know the float for sure? I'm understanding in the 400M range?... Love it.
I'm Alan Weedspan btw. And I just tell it how i see it. No offense intended to your stock. But lumping me in with Seeking Alpha? That is some cold doo doo... I'm no liar or manipulator. GL
