see me after earnigs
a 2 billion dollar market cap says
please don't sell hold
i answered my own question the cost of revenue was 769k thats just cost of revenue.. no other expenses
sounds good now what about the cost of revenue expense guidance.. 3mil 4mil 5mil then operating expenses
full yr loss 2mil 3mil 4mil give me the full story not half of it
how many employees does TRTC employ directly where is their home office you see it doesnt matter what they do with the cash they might want to do the right thing and spend wisely its the bond holder you have to worry about since the conversion is not at a fixed price if the bond holder see an opportunity to make more killing the company than collecting the interest that probably what they will do think Gordon Gecko michael douglas in wall street and blue star air
example please
it depends on what price you sell a million shares mean nothing if you never sell
he means at $1 this will have a 250 mil market cap which is very high basically unjustiftable for this company
see what happens when buyers come.. it gets bid up on volume... volume precedes price no volume means no buyers or interest.. so your gonna need all this industry news to keep the sector momo going. eventually the sector news will have less of an effect as these companies are gonna have to start separating themselves with their financials. its the sector news that is running these stocks right now.
no it means no one is buying if there was demand they would bid it up.. there is no more demand these traders bout to move on due to low volume. Pull up these mj stocks and look at 3 month chart they all look the same ran up on high volume in Jan and it is dropping as the weeks go the hype is dying the sector is years away from maturing smart money knows this they came in on the hype bid up these stocks and are now leaving bagholders behind good luck selling when the volumes dries up and its back where it started you will be whacking the ask to get out
wow look at the volume.
naked shorts
The S-1 is the filing of new shares to finance the company going forward because they have no cash to do so.. The debt is on the Balance sheet.. come on guys these are 2 seperate things
The share count is increasing because they are paying for everything with stock. This different from the company having debt on the balance sheet.

so you agree that they are not debt free.. everything is being paid for with stock

Just read the S-1 filing from 1/121/14 look at the summary of financial statement
Yes they made 15k in Q3 but as of 9/30/13 they have a loss of 2.6 mil so when they report full year earnings for 2013 there will be a substantial loss.
TRTC has 1.5 mil in debt
Really cause from the 10q on 11/19/13 it states clearly in the last paragraph they loss 2.6mil for the nine months ending 9/13 you telling me that they covered that loss in 3 months

tell me which one is profitable ah none
I do agree 100% which is why I am trading it I'll invest in the company that comes of this brand new sector as the leader right now there is none the sector is too new if you stripped away TRTC's lettuce businnes or arig business and looked at them based strictly on MJ there is not much there.. the PR was lettuce in 70 stores not MJ I buy foxy lettuce
you keep saying that but what about the cost of business you think revenue is free.. they could have record revenue at a huge cost and lower margins they are called the books not the book because with the sales book comes the cost of sales book
They have negative cash flows that is why they have to finance he company with stock the share count is increasing they have 1.5 mil in debt,
nope I'll buy if a new uptrend is confirmed you cant time the market its smarter than you.. I only buy strong uptrends with these pennies set a goal if I hit it I sell when trading you will never buy the bottom and sell he top I don't hold any pennies ever.. pretty soon a bunch of you 20 somethings wont either
I used to be just like you guys
why u buying if you dont think it will go higher... your puzzling I dont do pennies but figured Id rob these MJ stocks real quick before they become dead money.. losing interest.. I'll invest in the 1st one to make it off the OTC other than that I;m leaving bagholders behind
its also below those moving avgs another indicator that the short term trend has reversed
look at candle that formed on the 8th before the 3 straight full red days. that is a reversal candle the big red day that followed confirmed the break in trend then 2 follow thru days. you have pretty much the same candle formation today these are big selling pressure candles unless someone or something like a strong pr steps up to provide support real soon it looks like the selling will continue
Me say its a smart short covering protecting the profit. rinse and repeat
Buy at the ask????
it is testing resistance thats all
just buy then.. nothing wrong with buying high and selling higher
I did don't see any
I'm curious what are these strong fundament5als you speak of
