Well, by then!?
DECN has brought a whole lot of nothing to the market. You cant verify any of their sales numbers. The only thing you can verify is a few Amazon sales postings and reviews. Certainly this is not going to move the needle.
What amazes me is the never ending belief in Bermans double speak that he has been spewing for years...decades even. It always "this is our year." "things are happening."
What happened to the 17 mil in orders in 2017? what happened to the buy out pump? Why do all of these consultants get millions of shares of stock with no explanation as to what they do for DECN?
Nice post ETZ! I would also add that OWC would have to have known that the lawyer had been disbarred. The fact that the lawyer has been disbarred would require him to divulge that information. If he does not then OWC can not be held responsible for his actions.
Im surprised Berman hasn't tried to switch the business model to a MJ company. Probably get more traction if he did.
I visited this site and found the original FDA decision summary that listed this:
Special instrument requirements:
LifeScan OneTouch Ultra, Ultra2 and UltraMini blood glucose meters purchased before July 2010 and GenStrip test strips with calibration codes 4, 10, and 13.
I have long wondered about this designation and have heard anecdotal evidence that this restriction was lifted. There is also a subsequent study don't by Pharmetec that indicates the subsequent meters and test strip combo's work fine but there is no FDA follow up report or summary....why?
It wasn't really too much. They need to ask for their immediate needs and those of the future. Otherwise, they have to keep coming back to add which we all know causes a downward spiral in the share price each time. I suspect this topic will return in the near future.
You must have also forgotten to change your screen name to the one you usually post with....
...but it is ultimately the shareholder's decision to invest and one has to take responsibility for that action...
True, and that is why you have previous shareholders who have been screwed over by Berman's endless prognostications speaking out about the issues with this company.
NO not this again. This news has been out for months. How many times do we need to "Bake" it in to the price
Funny you should say that. The first time I bought DECN (I think it was instacare back then) it was right around 5 cents. It soon went to just above a penny. Berman did a reverse split and gave everyone restricted stock dividend. Don't remember the exact order of those events since berman has been pulling this crap for so long. Some people probably still have the blight of restricted divvy shares on their brokerage account because they cant get rid of them
Nah, I just didn't see the need to counter the original statement when I really knew what he was trying to say as I am sure you did also. Between typing mistakes, communicating through phone screens, and moving through life too fast I can look past a few grammatical mistakes especially since I do them myself from time to time.
That statement is a double negative which means that since they NEVER could NOT GET THEIR STUFF together than they must have gotten their stuff together which is in fact the case.
Thanks for the positive post.
What playground do I find myself on? did I just go back in time to my childhood?
I have wondered about that identity myself. You could be right.
I don't think so. I believe they have until the end of March for the annual.
I have never seen an annual shareholders meeting notice....he probably sends one out in the local newspaper which no one reads. Its probably only attended by Berman, Barbara Asbell and Pluto if it even exists
Yep, I am really interested in seeing the annual report. It has been my observation that Berman uses the fourth quarter to make his most grandiose prognostications because he essentially has 6 months for you to forget what was eluded to in the early months of Q4 since he wont report until the last minute and probably will apply for an extension. He can also buy almost two more months by pushing things into the 1st quarter and reporting on them in the Q1 report which will also probably be delayed until mid May. This is the golden age of the year for him.
Sic you have a good buy in price. This company is going to do well in my opinion. And, personally, I think the additional shares are already baked into the price. It is a known factor and will almost assuredly be voted in. Its really not that big of a deal. Their available share count will only be 400 mil after that which is a lot lower than many of their peers. It is also necessary for their growth which is going to be great.
I think it is painfully obvious that Berman constantly watches this board and is making decisions based on what is being said in order to control the narrative of the company.
What constitutes a "global announcement?" Does talking to a "globe" or shouting out a window or in DECN's case, muttering under your breath qualify?
LOL, I definitely got a chuckle out of the globe comment,
don't know why this posted twice....
Well benwahballs, I will tell ya...
This company is well positioned in a market that is about to boom. The share count in comparison to most MJ sector stocks is low. They are generating revenue and it is beginning to grow exponentially. Profits just around the corner and they have strong management. The increase in available shares still puts them well below most in their sector and most look at it as financing for future growth. If you are not willing to invest in that then you shouldn't be sniffing around here.
It may not have been any other particular person's business plan, but it was the company's plan, and it is their right to do as they please...
is it not?
it most certainly is but that doesn't mean DECN is not going to feel the backlash from doing it and be harshly criticized. It was a slimy move to cover up the misgivings of Berman's incompetence regarding the financials. I know it, you know, we all know it.
And I would suspect it wasn't that the shareholders were "lost" it was more likely they either couldn't trade or it didn't make any sense for them to trade the paltry amount of shares they had left, as a result of the previous reverse splits, to even cover the transaction fees
whelming majority of these lost shareholders had less than 5 shares.
that was because of the previous reverse splits and the shareholder elimination was done in order to absolve the companies responsibility for SEC reporting. I love how they just shrug it off as no big deal that shareholders share counts were reduced to rubble.
Lets just be honest here regardless of which camp you are in...the reverse split resulted in the destruction of share holders and shareholder value as they most often do.
There was a guy named Daryl Cohen who used to post on an old DECN board and he was, in some way, connected to Berman. He vehemently defended Berman's actions which are no different than what he does today. Cohen was infamous for a similarly run business (RAMP CORP) that ended up in class action lawsuits. Reverse stock splits, unreliable financials, what appears to be some of the same financing companies that DECN uses, etc. If I remember right, Cohen, and this could be a different company he ran as I vaguely remember another company also, hired a bunch of latin American staff to run some type of call center and skipped out on them never paying the salaries of these people....He was labeled "slick Baldy" on the internet because he was a scumbag. The class action law suit was about the unreliable financials and the subsequent implosion of the stock price. I am sure if you do some searching you can find some telling info. I am not 100% sure of all the details anymore since it was a while back (2004-2007 time period I think)
call the company, they will tell you
but help will come as sales start climbing... IMO.
do you know how many people have said that same thing over the years...and, zilch has occurred.
All small companies get a paragraph 4 (Going Concern) statement in their auditor's letter.
Please show proof through links, publications, the companies websites....whatever you can to show that "all" companies get this paragraph 4
Here's the link www.decisiondiagnostics.com please review investor relations press releases
I did look at your posting history. you were praising GBLX back in Nov. If you lost money between now and then you are most certainly not a Goodtrader
What are you talking about? Are you commenting on the wrong stock board or are you looking for an entry point. This stock has had an epic run. Business model is sound, starting to produce really nice revenue and they have solid management.
I guess the good news is that all of the previous gaps have been filled even the one all the way down at .655. So from a technical stand point this, the decent rebound today and the Bullish Harami that formed should be a good sign for next week. Of course, barring any shenanigans from our elf, AG Sessions.
guess the tea leaves were right. Price opened above the confirmation level. Hope we can keep riding this for a while
Good article. While I was really pissed at sessions last week for destroying my portfolio, I now recognize that he probably hastened the complete legalization of weed. I still don't like Sessions though and I am a republican. He is an old codger with outdated ideas. If he cant see that the war on drugs has fueled the black market and violence surrounding the illegal MJ trade he is a foolish old man. He even has prohibition of alcohol as a guide so he has no excuse for being on the wrong side history
It is far easier to put something down instead of understanding a well thought concept.
No, it would be easier to simply explain it without creating some ambiguity every time the "author" writes a press release.

Yep Lumber, I am pretty much with you. I wont totally abandoned the Conservative ideology but I will tell you that I am really dissatisfied with the republicans right now. That is not to say that I am turning towards the liberal agenda. And, as you probably have done, I had a serious conversation with myself about how I was going to approach the next election and may, for the first time in my life, vote for a democrat. It would have to be a center democrat but it could happen.
Sleek, good analysis. I tend to agree with this scenario playing out. Hopeful on the amendments you mentioned.
Man, that was a brutal day yesterday and I am really pizzed about it. Sessions needs to go and go immediately. Roiling the sector like that actually hurt honest citizens. Why was something like that released during market hours in which people didn't have a chance to react? Timing vs. CA legalization was done on purpose. How could Sessions be so stupid as to not realize his actions would hurt the market (rhetorical). His views are so behind the curve he sounds like an old fool who just cant get past the failure of the war on drugs.
Gee, really? Are you getting some under the table share deal as your gift?
I frickin hate Sessions. This old codger needs to go. He is wiping out eveyones portfolio
PTT, I dont think its odd. Better to give the company capacity now instead of when they only have a few thousand A/S left which would wreak of desperation. It is also a sign that they may be developing some growth strategies that are going to require capital down the road and want to get positioned for that now. I agee with past statements, if they start handing out shares to management with little to show that will be the time to bail. Until then, this company has solid business plan and is in production and selling the end product which, right now, is where the money is....
