One other thing that bothers me, and I'm done.
Get the MDM app if you haven't already.
When the app is launched, it displays the loader screen. At the lower right of the screen, is the logo - mobile by conduit.
Remember this logo and go to this website:
mobile.conduit.com/
This is a direct competitor of MDM. Or did they merge??
Why would they use them to develop their app?
More than you know.
I have also learned its highly competitive, with many players.
I've talked to 3, learned how they conduct business, and learned of the many variants in the industry. ALL of them called back to follow up within 2 days. Comparable price, and they shared live samples of the apps they produced. This is what I mean by best business practices. MDM did none of that.
Fair point.
Let me ask you this, what about this stock, other than the fact that you're invested in it, gives you reason to believe so strongly? Would you invest today if you weren't already invested?
I'm approaching it from a business best practices perspective. In other words, the success of the business will drive the stock, not vice versa.
Nothing emotional here, it's simple observation and DD.
I haven't sold a share, but I feel these are valid concerns which merit discussion.
No doubt.
There is also no doubt that a certain level of business incompetence has stunted the growth of this stock, and the revenue of the company. It's the stock growth I care about, but that requires corporate growth. Hand and glove....
True, that can be erased IF Brian has learned, and the product is all that. But, this goes back to my earlier post...all we have are guesses due to lack of shareholder updates. I for one would LOVE something concrete. For example the MDM app has not been updated in months. Basic stuff goes a long way.
True, but often in business you don't get second chances.
He doesn't need hard cash for a promo. promos are often done in exchange for shares. Perhaps a large block of the 40 mil. ?
But based on the filing it clearly states that pbcw as a company will receive nothing from those shares, only the owners. So, is he willing to sacrifice personal gain by using some of the 40 mil on a promo?
I still believe that.
The excitement has waned, due to mcfaddens refusal to update the shareholders. This has sucked the wind out of this stock. No buyers to speak of...All we have are clues, and guesses based upon assumption. The only real clue is the filing announcing he plans to sell 40m shares. Simple question is, if you were researching pbcw today for an investment, would you invest??? No. Hence the lack of interest. Elementary DD would preclude most from investing.
Still, his website's contact number goes to voicemail which goes unanswered and unreturned. I checked again yesterday. Believe me, his prospects will not accept this, its that simple. It took me a while to track someone down to discuss a business app, and I had to go through a client from his FB page to get a return call. Not a good business model for a start up. That's when customer service needs to be prime.
Logically, If he is smart, and I believe that to be the case, he will promo the hell out of the stock, with a major Announcement of some kind. This is the only way he benefits.
I feel good only because he is in the same boat his stockholders are..except his hand is on the rudder. That's either comforting or terrifying.
The good news, IMO, is the industry is a gold mine, however, he is not the only game in town. My research shows many many other firms just as capable with MUCH better customer service. In business when all things are equal, customer service wins.
So, yeah, mid July is what I believe, simply because that's when he can begin to sell the 40M shares.
I'm with Husker on this one...when he sells, I sell. Everyone in this forum is underwater, some more than Others. Brian, if you're monitoring this forum, consider this a formal request to update your stockholders ASAP. We deserve that.
In the meantime, we either hold with hope, or sell for a large loss.
My opinion only.
I'm becoming increasingly with McFadden. He is starting to remind me of Nero.
Everyone have a wonderful and safe holiday!
For anyone who missed it last night, our board expert Husker, took the time to provide in depth explanations of MM's, who they are and how they function in relation to penny stocks. If you have some spare time, read the thread as it's great info, and will help any trader. Thanks again,Husker!!
He's great!
Wow. That's a great cheat sheet.
Speaks volumes!
Hey...thank you so much.
I'd be very interested.
I apologize to the group, it's not pbcw per se, but it's GREAT info!
So how does the investor (group) get the mm's to abide to the their wants?
What is the profile of a typical investor which can control MM's?
So then, I assume the mm's get the marching orders from the sec, or other governing body?
What are the major variants analyzed by the computer?
I think I got it. Computers using complex algorithms to determine a real life model for where a given stock should be, feed info to the MM's, whose job it is to "persuade" the stock to an acceptable price.
So....I often hear about the manipulation factor as it relates to stock direction.
Who decides the direction they steer the stock to?
So all the mm's work together to keep the investors guessing.
Must be easy to manipulate.
Got it.
Are certain MM's a tip as to the direction the stock is heading?
*read the L2
One day Husker, I'm gonna hit you up for a crash course on how to properly the L2. ...if you're willing of course.
Interesting. I thought it was a good sign, and suspected it involved MM's. thanks Husker!
So 580,000 shares were dumped today, yet the share price didn't change.
Why didn't it change?
Thoughts??
Yep. That was all Husker on that. He recommended it strongly.
Only other one i am is WPNV.
Small stakes for me until I learn this penny game.
Great. Still think we will all be smiling soon!
Lol...it's all good!
McFadden is in the same boat we are, so lets see what he has lined up.
Interesting it didn't move the price yet....
Anyone see that last trade??
Someone explain the trade of 1000 shares for .0081.
$8.10???
Costs 10 for the trade....
They just linked to a CNN article. Reiterating the mobile app possibilities.
Looks like the website is changed also. New examples. Nice stuff.
Saw that...now if he could just update the shareholders!
100% agree.
And as a follow up, what made you choose pbcw? Thanks again for letting us pick your brain...
What's your ratio of stocks you investigate, vs stocks you invest in?
