Interesting day yesterday pps broke through .14....It has been looking much bettter the last week or so. I think the move yesterday caught some shorts off guard and they quickly moved to take it down....I think next week .15 is back on deck.....Too many possitilities in the pipeline even for GC to screw it up forever. Looking very interesting here.

Volume Always precedes PPS ALWAYS. Traders are well aware of that, and PPCH will be on the radars of many traders tonight. Wouldn't be surprized to see an email from some trading groups tonight....IF this follows through, it could get crazy around here. Today sure puts into perspective the trading of ppch the last couple of weeks....Intentional manipulation, bashers galore, driving down the pps for massive accumulation, and this is not over by a long shot![

The reason they are here, is that they too see the huge potential here and are still playing the same game. Don't be fooled. THis is going to fly and soon. Volume will have this on traders radar tonight, tomorrow could be even better. Can you imagine what is going to happen when we get news of a JV or partnership later in the year around Phase I???? WOW---they are more desperate than I thought. They must be in deep trouble here. Given the right PR re. a JV or Partnership with PCP, we could see new highs on this in the fairly near future and they seem to know this! Going to be fun to watch this later today!

Don't be fooled by the fascade the shorts are trying to paint. They got caught with their whatever, and are desperate here to cover. Be smart, do some buying at the ask...put the pressure on them. This may be the reason for the incredible manipulation the last few weeks. It could be that PPCH is onto a revolutionary treatment for cancer that is going to be very positive addition to the cancer treatment repertoire available in medicine. This has potential to be huge!

"The end justifies the means" the magna carta of our generation was I believe the catalyst of GC over the past years misleading guidance. What he did was wrong and damaged many including myself, but it is without debate that there are some very promising assets in AMBS pipeline. The questions is will any of them ever see the light of day due to his increidible mismanagement. Nice bounce yesterday with some good volume. Toxics are certainly the elephant in the room which everyone knows. Potential is written all over AMBS but progess is on hold with the financial turbulents. If GC can somehow wake up and eliminate more of the poision, we could see a serous move. Even the anticipation of that based on the recent action could move this back above .15-18 in a hurry. We'll see.....Then there is always the outside chance the Gerald resigns, and we can all have a sigh of relief!

It is a shame that this board is being allowed to be degraded with profanity and so much spam. If you have something negative to say, back it up with facts not just mindless trash. PPCH is an early stage biotech that has thus far proven that PRP can dramatically reduces cancer stem cells and has also proven to halt metastasis which is the key dynamic to cancer. VFIN and BMAK holding the line with 2x 10k blocs on the ask and have filled orders thus far for over 300k......I wonder why they are doing this, and wheter this is illegal? Someone or some group is holding this in check for a reason:
1) to cover a short position, hoping to scare people out of positioins
2) simply to accumulate as many shares as possible before news they blieve will ignite the stock...
3) and outside entity looking to force the company out of business

Tweedle dee and tweedle dum bashing away as usual. Tuesdays short attack drove the pps down to.0103 but couldn't break it any further. Volume on that day wa 19.2 million shares.....and it closed just shy of .011.. You are both bright young people, and both understand the significance of the volume and the bounce. We probably saw capitualation that day....With patent applications in both US and EU on the docket for the month of March, smart money loading. Will not be surprised to see ppch break back above .02 today and March of 2016 could be just like last year. Have you noticed the huge bloc buys.....of course you have just like everyone else.....Could see another huge volume day today as those who were tricked out of their shares will be grabbing shares along with alot of others! Jack is a very smart cookie and may have been part of the short drive yesterday, who knows. I wonder when the group responsible for the drive south yesterday will pivot and drive this back up the scale. brharris I've been anxious to hear your analysis on the recent filing. Are you out there somewhere my friend. It does look like GC is making an attempt to replace some of the toxics which is certainly a good thing, but there are so many of them out there. But I guess you've got to start somewhere. ESS enrollment of Phase II underway! You can't say that progress isn't being made. Fridays financial transfer of dollars to remove toxics is another huge step in the right direction. I don't believe that charts mean all that much at this juncture. PR's are going to drive the charts, and everyone pretty much knows that. AMBS is so beaten down at this point as a result of toxic dilution, that if that siuation would materially change it could retrace back above $1.oo quickly. The pipeline is rich with potential, but the ballance sheet is dismal. One deal could change all of that in a NY minute!

Nobody lays out millions of dollars to a company they believe is fraudulent. The fact that mngt, GC specifically, has almost single handedly destroyed any credibility that the ambs has in the eyes of the street is undenible, BUT the quality of some of the pipeline is still rich with potential, and obviously seen as such. If this recent financial rearragement begins a new paradigm in "financial engineering" this could be very significant. I am hopefull. Maybe we have seen bottom.

Very positive day inspite of financing news. Any fool understands the necessity of dilution for companies still in development stage, and thus the very strong close on Friday. Bashers unleash their typical garbage about dilution, but the trading Friday did nothing but underscore the fact that most investors understand the positives of this placement and the need for cash. Look for a very postive week coming, with the arrival of FDA approval fueling a move back up into the .20's and then the BOOM once it hits! Have a great weekend everyone!

It's ashame that the basing continues to be allowed without any constraint on this thread. PPCH has tremendous potential and could rocket again, and probably will regardless of the juvenile trashing that's the norm here. Patent application targeted for the first quarter both in the US and EU will get the attention of traders.

the grossly undervalued pps of ppch is going to attract some MOMO traders soon.....The right PR will ignite this like a Roman Candle. We've all seen it happen before, and will again. It's just a matter of time......stay tuned!

I do believe that Gerald misled us at the ALZ conference back in July of 2013, when in fact he knew that the data was not ready. The crash began then, and has never stopped. He has destroyed any credibility he once had. All of our frustration is well founded. Just hoping that somehow this can turn around.
