I will be buying an Endurance truck myself with the profits . Hopefully by end of year this hits all time high of $32.00 assuming the Foxconn deal closes .
This is do or die. Foxconn deal closes next month and all time high is very possible based on the 750k vehicles for production. The big magic word is 100k Endurance trucks to be built.
By April 30th 2022
Foxconn announced that by 2025 their EV production should 750,000 . Foxconn is also working on other designs for LMC . If the deal closes then $RIDE is out of the fire and the path should be cleared for a 5 billion market cap again. $30.00 PPS . IMO
Foxconn has their 4Q 21 conference call on Wednesday March 16th . 3:00am New York time. More on Foxconn EV project reveal .
After hours volume must be high . I thought I saw about 5 million shares traded up until 4:00pm ?
Looking at the short percentage being trade seems like MM’s just passing the ball to each other . IMO
I believe Foxconn pulled out from this project being too big of a task. Foxconn gets a good deal buying out the land in Ohio with LMC. Look how many billions they just saved with LMC. And just 280 million for the old GM factory in Ohio.
This can only be good for LMC once the deal is seal by end of April. We will soon find out.
The deal is not done with Foxconn so the CEO Dan Ninivaggi can’t speak for Foxconn and how many Endurance trucks Foxconn wants to produce. The CEO of Foxconn said MASS production. Now MASS production is not 3000 trucks. Now it’s a waiting game until the Foxconn deal is closed in about 6 weeks from now. I’m not pumping but being realistic about the situation here. Foxconn also mentioned collaborating with some other models as well. EV is the future and especially now with the gas spike one gallon $8.00 in California and other states $6+.
The Foxconn deal is RIDE or Die …
$RIDE
"Once the deal is finally closed, Foxconn will get 1.7 million warrants to buy more Lordstown shares at a price of $10.50 per share."
In a 2 year period or when needed.
Article is From March 2021 …..almost 12 months old . Do you have anything from the past 30 days ?
You mean the Ex-CEO Steve Burns and not the current CEO Dan Ninivaggi
Nice ….. hopefully it will pay us all off well in 2022
40 Million shares short
So right now Rivian is sitting at a 36 billion valuation.Still overpriced. IMO
It’s $35.00 now.
Jonas is a clown lol
“Rivian stock price just right for investors to buy in before massive growth, says Morgan Stanley’s Jonas
Adam Jonas, Morgan Stanley head of global auto and shared mobility research, joins ‘Squawk on the Street’ to discuss the electric vehicle trade, where legacy auto companies fit in the electric vehicle picture and more.
WED, DEC 8 202111:53 AM EST”
This clown Jonas recommended RIVIAN when it was over $100.00 PPS
Nice to see LMC president Hightower, hopefully he will get some fleet orders from the trade show.
$RIDE or Die
I’m hoping that bottom was $2.00 and RIDE is finally turning but my take is that this will turn when the Foxconn deal is sealed
Wow this is such an inspiring post for long shareholders……….
If you own a 2022 Ford F-150 in California your payments are around $850.00 if you have good credit then another then another $900 for 5 tanks a gas in a month . $1,750.00 . You can buy an Endurance and your payments could be around $1,100.00. So you are saving $650.00 a month.

The whole EV sector is down . This is like when the dot.com era ended . The strong survivors were the ones to stay in business . Big companies bought out the small companies because of a good technology or competition.
The purchase of shares from CEO Dan Ninivaggi does show some confidence in LMC. The CEO also took a pay cut when LMC hired Hightower. LMC is still under investigation by the SEC and DOJ and the deal from the Foxconn is not closed yet . The deal between Foxconn and LMC closes by the end of April. The market reacted in my opinion with a negative outcome because LMC has not secured funding and the deal in fact is not closed so the market took it as negative and the stock went from $3.21 to $2.13 in just a few days. The shorts saw an opportunity and capitalized on it. This is a waiting game but by Ninivaggi buying shares just send a message to Wallstreet that the fight is not over .
I found this on the internet. Ninivaggi is not a wealthy man.

Daniel Ninivaggi Net Worth
The estimated Net Worth of Daniel A Ninivaggi is at least $798 Thousand dollars as of 19 May 2021. Mr. Ninivaggi owns over 20,000 units of Hertz Global stock worth over $380,500 and over the last 18 years he sold HTZ stock worth over $148,691. In addition, he makes $269,212 as Independent Director at Hertz Global.
Steve Burn still owns around 37 million shares . The mere fact the the new CEO is buying shares is a straw of breath from a drowning company.
A drowning man will clutch at a straw.
Steve Burns is not the CEO now.
It seems that CEO Dan Ninnivagy bought some shares yesterday and the day before.
20,000 shares at an average of $2.44

I hope Steve Burns enjoys his coke and hoe with his 30 million dollars in 3 months ….. we got screwed here my friends
In the U.S. market, Hon Hai worked with Lordstown Motors to develop the Endurance electric pick-up model, which is expected to begin MASS production as soon as the third quarter of this year.

March 16th is Foxconn Annual meeting.
Now it’s all up to Foxconn as they seem to be calling the shots from now on. CEO Dan Ninnivagy is a chameleon type personality so he should adjust and do what is best for LMC and the stock in the long run. IMO
This happens only in America. Corruption happens everywhere and in every country. I do believe that the USA has less corruption than any other country in the world.
Is this a buy now ? Suggestions ?
It looks like Steve Burns sold some shares again around $2.56 a share. This is a wild guess why he sold shares but I believe the SEC has come to some conclusion that he has to pay a fine. How much ? Another wild guess of 20-25 million total once it’s all set and done . IMO
