Thanks WT for posting this. Just read it on the Yahoo board.
At least the price of .1145 is better than today's close and that of the warrants is even higher. Hopefully if senior management is buying the stock, they believe in the future potential and thus find it worth investing their money into it.
Hope that means they are on to something big.
Have a good week-end.
Mike,
The credit is due to Pasta. He was the one who spotted the error.
By the way guys, Mitchell has already got it corrected. Fast action. Wish we could see some of this pace in their other activities.
Cheers!!
Got a pretty quick response even though I sent it to him late in the evening. At least the guy is responsive.
Thanks, Shailesh. We will take care of it.

Completely agree with you. I will bring it to Mitchell's attention.
Agree. I can send an e-mail to Mitchell.
Are you referring to the main para where they have repeated "in the" or is there another error which I did not notice.
Thanks Yip,
Something to cheer about.
Wonder why on one hand we talk about such phenomenal success rates and on the other hand no one seems to be buying it.
Well the near term looks bad and I can't imagine how much lower do we get now.
Languishing below 10 cents will be a pain. I feel that their financial performance has not impressed investors at all. Thus despite quite a few positive PRs, the pps and the volume has not been great.
The company is also tight lipped about many issues and the only time we here from them is during a quarterly call, other than those meaningless PRs.
Wonder what happened about their quest for additional finance.
Pasta & Mike,
What the hell happened today. Was out in the afternoon.
Volume of 2 mn all of a sudden? Did some big guy bail out. Did someone press the panic button?
Shit this is crazy man.
Yes AG,
Do realize that but a lot was expected in May, which did not happen. Tired of waiting.
Wondering when would be the right time to bail out.
You call that interest??
A1- This is a very sad state of affairs. All the hype that surrounded this stock is no longer there.
Hardly any new interest in the stock and thus no volume. None of the so called announcements have come through. No news from the recent Marcum Microcap presentation.
I don't expect the 3rd qtr revenue to be any better as they have hardly any success to show.
Wish someone buys them off.
News about Plug GenDrives being used in Toyota Forklift Trucks at Fedex plant in MO and Kimberly Clark & BMW in SC.
Whatever happened to all the talk about DFARS, Mandate Expansion, MDA Phase II, NASA JPL. All the euphoria seems to have gone??
Very soon it will be the end of the 3rd quarter. Do we see the possibility of a revenue jump? Need to shake these jokers out of slumber.
No news about finance either. What was the outcome of Marcum Microcap presentation?.
Very true TCMB.
Instead of trudging along at this pace, I would rather have someone buy this off at a reasonable price and we all make some neat amount of money.
For them to achieve profitability on their own, will take them a long time.

Interesting read on the event. This was an invitation only event and if you look at the list companies who have presented in the previous events, there are a few good names out there.
At least something in favor of APDN.
Yes. Small mercies.
Can't expect anything bigger. LOL
Well May was a great disappointment in every which way. So frustrating to watch the pps move up and down by a fraction of a cent.
Just awful. This stock seems to have lost all steam, looking at the volume over the past one year.
Something sensational is required to move the dam pps. I hope someone finds it attractive enough to be bought out.
Great.
He might just sit on it and hence I will send him a reminder after a few days. I have been in regular communication with him.
Agree with you Yip. I hope better sense prevails and Mitchell does what is required.
Thanks for the effort.
Yes. I do realize and that's why I suggested that we send the reply to Mitchell Miller.
If they value IHub, then they should consider the option.
Not sure how this works. Whether IHub should bear the cost or APDN?
Either way I agree that 100 bucks is not a big deal.
Hi Yip,
Thanks for the effort. We could forward this reply to Mitchell Miller and suggest that he consider the option. He might do it.
Shail
Yeah A4. Volume has been very low over the last few months or almost a year.
We have not seen even 5-10 mill days for a while now. May was a big disappointment in all ways. First the not so great results. The the lack of any announcement on the part of DLA and MDA.
God knows what June will bring for us.
CSTI and ATDF had to spoil the fun by putting an Ask at 12.
Wow. Just broke through 12 cents.
Is this being propped up for tomorrow's presentation to potential investors or is something else cooking.
Thanks Yip,
Appreciate the effort. Good day today. What's up?
Yes Sir!. Sorry for setting a lower mark.
Would love to get $1.5 at the least for our stock.
Yes WT and Yip,
I think this a valid point and I hope someone can resolve this. The latest PRs related to APDN do not get updated onto the IHub page.
I would be happy with 50 cents Yip. Better than struggling like this. We are too far away from profitability.
Yes, he is cool as he is making his money anyways. We the investors can go for a ride.
Thanks Yip.
Interesting. I think it will be good if someone comes forward and buys APDN. Will solve all our finance and management issues.
Yes A1 but won't a partner like Pillars require a unique mark for each of their customers and not just one mark. Should this not lead to a higher revenue than just the 50K for one mark?
We have partnerships with so many ink and packaging companies like DISC, Markem Image, Nissha and now this one with Pillar.
Combined, the above 4 would have so many customers targeting so many industry segments. One would expect a phenomenal potential for revenue for APDN but that does not seem to be the reality.
It would be nice if the Dr could explain how any one such deal works for APDN from a revenue perspective. Can't be just one 50k mark.
Mike,
When the Dr talked about the 100 customers, he meant from all sectors and not just the DLA.
So we have 30 who have signed on for the DLA program and then we have many more like Supina, Dawson, Markem Image, Nissha, Brinks, Martin Guitar, ....etc. hence all together we might already have more than 30 and the Dr hopes to take this count to 100.
The point is, will these 100 customers give us enough revenue. That does not seem to be the case so far. Revenues per customer are nothing to rave about at the moment. God knows why the Dr feels everything is great and that APDN has a bright future. He sure does not convince me with his talk.
Wonder what Crede is thinking about the millions that they have pumped in. APDN's burn rate is phenomenal.
Would love that but what makes you say that?
Hi Mike,
I wish that APDN does well at least for your sake and in the process we all make some money.
What's cooking this morning to cause the sudden jump to 11.70.
Cheers and Good Luck.
I second that JD. Amen.
Someone on the FB page for APDN suggested that I should focus on the "What" can happen with APDN rather than the "When".
You and me will have to buy that for the time being.
Enjoy the long weekend ahead. Let's forget about APDN.

Great post JLH2. Couldn't agree with you more.
I see two problems or issues rather. I feel that they should somehow get more revenue per mark. Right now probably the business model seems to bank more on authentication services and hence they are trying to create an expanding universe of DNA marked goods for cheap. This may be good over the long term but is hurting ability to grow revenue right now. By growth I mean a quantum jump not the kind we are seeing now.
The other issue is the need for an in field authentication device, which most of us have been talking about and APDN is also now focused on.
Somehow, we need to get the private consumer goods section interested in us. That is where the volume is. Why not latch onto an Apple device. Is our technology too expensive for a consumer product. We may need to look into that. Pharma or brands consumer goods is where the most counterfeiting occurs and also provides the most volume.
The other thing that bothers me a bit is the possible lack of financial discipline. Our cash flow seems to have gone haywire. We can't be operating hands to mouth like we currently are. We don't have money for the next quarter.
Anyways, I still do believe we have something good to sell.
Just a suggestion Mike to all on this board.
Why don't we pester Mitchell, Debbie and Karol with some e-mails every now and then, seeking some explanation or information.
Who knows, someone might get a useful reply though by and large their replies are pretty standard. We could also keep calling them.
Just a desperate suggestion since I don't know what the hell is wrong.
GLTA.
