Yes !! Very positive for NBRI to now receive the EB-5 Funding for the Ruby Mine project. JMHO

Malc Stone:
From your post, it appears to be a "Stealth Plan" by Tangers to take over NBRI. The delay in NBRI receiving the EB-5 funds as well as the delay to finalize the contract covering the mining the Fraser River claim at this time have put CEO Leopold in a difficult position. It is not a nice world, full of opportunist skunks, ready to take advantage of any twist given them. JMHO

I suspect that Rare has bought all the NBRI shares he wanted. He appears to be a fellow who had a plan to execute and when completed he rests. Smart !! JMHO

We are in the "political silly season" where anything political won't be acted upon until after the National Elections in November 2012. Listening to these candidates leaves the voters wondering why WE put up with this nonsense when so much work is left undone. JMHO

Rare:
You post opinions with the typical Canadian's mining industry's DD. NBRI's difficulty right now is dealing with the bureaucratic
reuirements which surface whenever dealing with a government program. And EB-5 has many "nooks and corners" of this mischief that show up (also in the Fraser River JV project). CEO Leopold has shown he can deal with it, but it takes time. Canada is a natural resource Country that has successfully embraced the mining industry and the supporting financing. USA will catch up. A Rare Obsession To Right A Wrong DD
Gem:
This board has been blessed by a poster with an uncanny ability to gather information no one else seems to find, down to the smallest detail, and then posting it for all to read. Why ? I trust he owns some NBRI shares so he can share everyones good fortune. If he does not own any NBRI shares, then his obsession is to warn fellow investors of the obstacles ahead for CEO Leopold to overcome. This obsession "is a puzzlement", and it would be helpful to us if he could take the time to explain why.
Please do not have this message deleted because we have always valued his input. Thanks
JMHO

EarlyOne:
The positive comments made by Mike Niehuser will help NBRI to gain recognition in the market. CEO Leopold has plotted a path for NBRI to follow that will reward all those investors with patience as well as those traders looking for a healthy PPS advance. Rarely does an opportunity present itself at a very attractive PPS entry point. JMHO

It depends on two things:
(1) Are you a Big Spender ?
(2) How many NBRI shares do you own?
Take it from here !

Of the 15 posts so far today, 8 have been negative with 5 of the 8 from the one most negative NBRI poster of all.
Take heart because "No Body Ever Kicks A Dead Dog", and it is rare when someone does it continually for no apparent reason.

More important location is our JV on the Fraser River placer mine in BC, Canada. This operation should start producing results a lot sooner
than the Ruby Mine you refer to. JMHO

It's the silly political season with one man's poison is another man's gold. Stock picking and politician picking present the best and the worst selections to place your bet on. Of the two, the politician has the stage right now, with stock market and its stocks in the wing. Don't despair 'cause in another few weeks the silly season will be over and you can worry about stocks and their relative value. JMHO

Never get in a discussion with someone who ask a question and already has an answer. It's called a loaded question, and has little value to anyone including the person who ask it. DD requires more to be of any help without appearing to be rude.

I trust that now you are fully acquainted with the EB-5 Program and the opportunity NBRI has in expanding their PM mining operation throughout the Western United States. All investing requires detailed DD before making a financial commitment. JMHO

Some would say a Gold Exploration Co , but with NBRI the gold has been proven to be there. How much ? Don't know until you begin to mine !

Production of GOLD from one of NBRI mines !!! Without the beef, it ain't a hamburger !!! You can quote me, too. JMHO

Stoney66:
Of greater importance to us NBRI shareholders is the production of gold, silver, and other PM by NBRI's mines, Ruby and Fraser, with the elimination of these questionable delays. They seem to be the result of bureaucratic and market mischief makers trying to exploit the delays to their advantage. I hope I am wrong !!! JMHO
W A Calahan
Stkjunky:
I agree ! Momentum lost since the PPS high of last year is the result of lost confidence in NBRI's ability to perform as planned.
And these "sing song" postings by self appointed pumpers don't help one bit, too. Mischief seems to be behind this lost momentum and confidence. JMHO
W A Calahan
EarlyOne:
Delays like these open up a window for "Market Mischief Makers" (ie Opportunists) to try some tricks to gain an advantage over NBRI's management. CEO Leopold seems to be financially positioned to ride the delay wave. JMHO
W A Calahan
Cee-it:
Have you read NBRI's recent update on progress at the Riby Mine and Fraser JV projects ? I don't think we will see any mining output on both for another 2 months . CEO Leopold sure underestimated the time required to get these two producing results. Last year at this time NBRI's Ruby was expected to be mining PM by the start of 2012. I sure hope he has planned the need for finances to cover these delays, particularly the EB-5 funding. JMHO

I think the EB-5 Government Sponsored Program is a metaphor
for the current world economic slow down - - - -all these government bureacracies managing programs can't get out of their own way for fear of doing something wrong, and consequently things do go wrong behind regulations written to protect the bureacrat ! Stupidity - - this extended delay could sink an average start up company . JMHO

Your comment is shared ! Talk is no substitute for seeing the actual gold from NBRI's JV and Ruby mines. JMHO

Date of this PR is March 12 2012 ! 5 months old - - no wonder it is no longer available. Some of these pumpers use questionable tactics and is one of the reasons why the PPS has lost value since the last PPS high of .20 cents/shr. JMHO

The Marketwire you refer us to is no longer available. Do you have another post to refer us to that supports your findings?

NBRI now has two PPS highs (.15 an .20 cents) to penetrate before it can begin to reach those dollar plateaus mentioned by the more optimistic shareholders. Heavy volume will be the key. Good luck to all !!! JMHO

The use of the word "hang" casts a negative feeling ! Try using a more gentle word like "patience" in your future posts of encouragement. Better yet, saying nothing might be best. We all know NBRI's future is Golden !!!!JMHO

Illeagle2:
And the volume is breath taking along with the PPS. All the huffing and puffing by the G & B , da' boys, team has finally worked its majic. Thanks guys. What is really needed is some GOLD produced from our Ruby Mine and Fraser placer JV. Then we will ROAR!!!!! JMHO

And the deeper they dig, the greater (Larger) the gold deposit. NBRI can expect many months of very valuable gold mining !!!JMHO

It appears all the short term traders have unloaded their shares for greener opportunities. Hope so, because they flip shares with a +.05/shr pop so who needs them and their phony "pumping posts". Today's volume was high, but not so high to indicate a major sell off was happening. No shareholder decided to "paint the tape" at the close with a 100 share +.016/shr pop - - - good, let the market do this without any phony help. Keep The Faith !
W A Calahan
EarlyOne:
Yes, it is exactly what is needed, but somehow I feel it won't be forthcoming ! And this observation is based upon the 10 month delay in the EB-5 funding . This delay appears to be bureaucratic in nature and out of NBRI's control. Darn shame, too because CEO Leopold has maintained the integrity of his management throughout this negotiation. To say "Patience" is shallow to all of us longs who still believe our investment is valid ! JMHO
W A Calahan
Croaker246:
Hopefully this will force the present manipulation of gold prices by our international banks to stop. Like the Libor scandle, gold price fixing has only exasberated the economic problems of the world by rewarding a few powerful financial institutions. JMHO
W A Calahan
Illegal2:
Your listing is right on, but the thing that will drive NBRI's PPS to new highs is GOLD !! And the Fraser River placer claim now being worked must produced this result. 2000 oz of GOLD mined by the end of 2012 with the price of gold at $2000.00/oz would bringing back the lost momentum. JMHO
W A Calahan
Henry Ford says that the PPS decline today is a reaction to the attempted posts by a few to be funny with whimsical references of little value to the board. Potential new NBRI investors as well as recent ones take their equity investments seriously and shy away from companies being followed by questionable posters. JMHO
W A Calahan
PS: Perhaps a 100 shr PPS painter might show up at the close to save the day
Cee-it:
Thank you for your informative post. This complete type of post has been lacking on this board and one of the reasons why NBRI's PPS is depressed. I hope the placer deposits in the Ruby Mine are opened first before the more costly mining begins. NBRI needs to produced measurable income and the market will respond with positive recommendations. NBRI's future is Golden !!! JMHO
W A Calahan
Hey Leonardo :
Pretty word pictures are no substitue for results. NBRI must start producing "GOLD" as soon as possible, or the momentum it had last year (PPS .20/shr) will not return. Master Plan is a hollow phrase when there are no results - - - produce GOLD and watch the momentum return !!! JMHO
