Not according to what was revealed. The timing, the price, the volume and of course the timing of the price surge that any one would enjoy riding up up up because a 10% is nothing in pennyland. It is unfortunate to see KNOWN longs take a HUGE loss. Hence after VSTR dissolved their relationship with Pervasip, that one went to nothing. Then they avoided Kelvin Medical...which killed the shareholders. Sorry for those horrible losses.
We compare stocks all the time. VSTR has a large portfolio of companies they have an interest in. Luckily they passed on Kelvin Medical.
Up 57% in one day is impossible to complain about. As I mentioned earlier, I am glad I bought more at .0042 yesterday. It was a great day for me. VSTR came through as always. Not like the 85% loss on Kelvin Medical.
WOW!!!THINK OF ALL THAT EQUITY WIPED OUT IN ONE DAY!
ANNNNNNND we are now up 10% for the week. So far it has been a great week. I compare to other companies like Kelvin Medical which was down 85% in one day. Glad we steered clear of that. VSTR only lets companies with promise in their portfolios. Good that I was in VSTR and Not Kelvin Medical vs being in Kelvin Medical and NOT in VSTR.
DOWN 85%!!!!!!I HAVE NEVER HAD A LOSS LIKE THAT IN ONE DAY!!!!!LONGS ARE GETTING KILLED!!!!JUST GOING TO GET WORSE!!!!!NO ONE IS BUYING!!!!! NO BID!!!!!LONGS ARE STUCK!!!NO HOPE AS KVMD IS DEAD!!!!
AND BOOOOOM! There it goes. Lets see if that will hold.
Insanely thin..looks like selling has stopped at anything under .006
KVMD DOWN 80% AND THE DAY IS NOT EVEN OVER!!!!!!!!!!!EVERYONE IS LOSING THEIR SHIRTS ON THIS ONE!!!!!!!!ITS GOING DOWN!!!!DOWN!!!!!DOWN!!!!! NO ONE CAN SELL!!!NO BIDS!!!!NOT EVEN MM'S CAN GET OUT OF THIS ONE!!!!TIMMMMMMBBBEEERRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!
Heck no, I had to add yesterday. Wish I waited like you for today. This is cheap.
NO BID!!!!!!!!!MM FIGURING OUT HOW THEY CAN GET OUT!!!!!!STOCK IS GOING TO CRAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
DOOMSDAY IS HERE!!!!!!!!STOCK WILL BE CRASHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!ALL MONEY WILL BE LOST!!!!!!!TIIIMMMMMMMBBBBEEEERRRRRRRRR!!!!!!
And they have several companies they work with that will do well now that they have gotten rid of the shells like Pervasip. That one failed VSTR. When the broke the relationship, they went to .0001
Remember:
"who's running the company" is a pretty easy one.
1st - read the merger info, the surviving entity is Plaid Canary
2nd - read the filing - 8K from October 16th, it says:

This is a very telling post. It is interesting how VSTR can have fantastic growth, amazing things happening with their partners, and six figure contracts rolling in but yet
A wise man once posted this on another board.
Quote:
So let me get this straight...you don't want any but you're here to save us? Wow! Thank you!!

And the stock is STILL up YTD.
Warren B does not trade OTC.
OH MY! A company has debt? Who has ever heard of such a thing
First day in OTC? that is not uncommon...however, if you look at the 52 week high, it was .0064 two months ago. Anytime you breach the 52 week high you will have volatility. Because people tend to sell high...unless they are under SEC suspension.
First, I was not talking to you, second he made an ADDITIONAL purchase when the ask was at a 10% discount from the close. Please try to follow the conversation if you are going to comment.
Great buy today. You are already up at close.
Nope, flat today.
Well the original purchase was 40 million. Makes me feel better if he has less than that. Do we have any idea how many he has left?
Paul Riss is a loser that was part of the PVSP venture. Hence the negative posts from the people that lost money on that one and then follow him wherever he goes. VSTR gave Paul 40 million shares years ago for his clients and technology. It did not pan out, and Paul has been a beneficial owner until recently. Because he has no need for a form 4, he is starting to liquidate (beneficial owners are the only ones that have this many shares so we would see a form 4). However, Paul is not completely stupid so I am sure he has a price point he will not sell below.
EVERYONE IS LOOOOOSSSIINNNNGGGG THOUSANDS!!!!!!!!!!NO ONE IS MAKING ANYTHING OF THIISSSS ONNNEEEEE!!!!!!!! TIMMMMMBBBBEEEERRRRR!!!!
We all have profits. We were not invested in a company that was suspended.
At least everyone is still up and trading has not been suspended.
THIS STOCK IS CRASHING, HALTED, DEEEESSSSSTTRRROOOYYYYEEDDDDD!!!!!!
TIMMMMMMMBBBBBEEEEERRRRRRRRR

TTTTIIMMMMMMMMMMBBBBBBEEEEEEERRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU CALLED IT!!!!SEC SUSPENDED IT!!!!GREAT DD TraderSoup!!!!!!!!
THIS ONE IS DONE!!!!!!!!EVERYONE SELLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YES THIS IS A PAIN FOR THE ELDERLY....IF THEY BOUGHT IT. THE ENTIRE COMPANY IS GOING UNDER...CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS CAN'T SELL BECAUSE THE COST OF THE TRADE WILL BE MORE THAN THE MONEY THEY WOULD GET FROM THE SALE OF THEIR SHARES!!!!! TIMMMMMMBBBBEEEERRRR!!!!!!!!!!!
Because I bought in the teens and have seen exponential growth like everyone else that bought. Pretty simple. I tend to get into stocks that grow, not get halted and crash.
WE DID FIND OUT!!!IT'S ALLLL FRAUD!!!!! EVERYONE WILL LOSE THEIR ENTIRE INVESTMENT!!!!!!!TIIMMMMMMBBBBBEEEEERRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!
