Merry Christmas all! 8)
Going into the holiday so not expecting heavy volume but you never know. 7 days or less to fill up under .01 per share. Imo
GLTA
That was great. Mother of all squeezes.
Thanks for the link.
Well IMO that is the only thing that makes sense. I can't see why and legit MM would waste the time trying to manipulate a penny stock for the return they could be getting.
Then again maybe I am missing something.
GLTA
I would ask this in a PM but don't have that function.
It's kind of off topic but I think it's a legit question.
Do you think the pumper web sites (we all know them) and MM's work together to manipulate a good OTC stock because they won't pay the fee for advertising?
Glad I am not a mod. The bickering over opinions is sad.
I could care how the company gets to .10 in january. 8)

In theory that sounds like it would work but then the MM's manipulate the buys/sells with little 100 share purchases because most of our orders are AON (all or none).
Seems like Nite does not have any bigger fish to fry. sounds misguided for what they could be making on larger volume plays.
GLTA!
The share price is staying within a somewhat tight range. It seems more like consolidation in preparation for a very nice climb in share price. Long and strong $STTN to .20 in january
GLTA
I was really hoping for .05 for christmas but that does not seem reasonable with so little time between now and then. I still see this at .05 or higher by time 2011 is 10 days old.
It seems to me that we have maybe one more week or less to accumulate more under .01 before this one takes off. Imo
Hope I get more funds avaiable to add some before the new year.
GLTA
100% true. Holding long and strong. $HNSS
no need for me to pull the money from this stock. I will be here until that share price reaches an acceptable level. 8)

Fred, I can't disagree with that. true volume is the life of any stock. fyi lpsn, amtd & hnss are much better options.. maybe not on these boards but in the real.
to the fly
yeah, quote that post but it was after that I spoke to some people in the know and I know much better now. Wish I had spoken to them before I got in the first time. thank goodness for trailing stops.
I now have a new set of posts but will not do any more here because you seem to know everything on this topic.
It's a shame so many more people will be out of work soon and we are squabbling over a soon to be sub penny stock.
Board is unmarked. GLTA!
Do your own DD. Much better plays out there IMO.

false on so many levels but do what you must.
I won't say more then I already have but another announcement will be coming shortly in regards to some major questions that have been asked here in regards to assets.
I get a limited amount of posts per day and this wasted another one.

haha - Nostradamus
too bad the T trades have happened every day for several days.
$HNSS moving up soon.
true it's trading but you pretty much can be sure these shares will be worthless within the next 30 days. enjoy
This is playing with absolute fire. In as little as 10 days this stock could be completely worthless. They still haven't fully released the complete detailed list of what they are doing with which assets/leases/common shares/bonds. Everything about this is vague.
My bet is these shares will go away with the bk and those with special debt deal directly with the company (recently released in the financial) will get a majority stake in the resulting company after the dust settles in January. IMO
GLTA!
yote
Does it really matter to anyone here how the PPS reaches .05 and higher?
We will end up with a new higher high and higher lows. No need to make a negative of something that will be so positive to those that wait.
punk
No they can not actually make the trade outside of the trading day. They can make the trade during the regular trading day and file the paperwork after hours. The trade will only count towards the volume and not effect the pps directly.
I am liking the steady volume coming in.
Anyone who continuously takes the time to post in this section either owns shares, is accumulating more shares or got bored of not getting their excitement fix and dumped the shares to only return for negative input.
IMO I still think much of this T trades are the company accumulating what they intended. I also think the company is working with a mm to keep the price down within a range until they acquire the shares they want.
I have no pm capabilities so replies will be here.

reading through all the previous posts would help you know that we have.
this could still be the company buying back shares on most of the t trades.
in light of that we still think the company is headed in the right direction and we will realize the profits in due time.
stay positive 8)
It has no bearing on the pps when they are acquired (just volume) but can have an effect when reintroduced to the market during regular trading hours.
Everything else is spot on punk.
Having a blog/messageboard is a neat thing to have for a stock but is not a requirement in order to make trades...well at least for me anyways. If you feel like the stock is a good investment then that should be the deciding factor.
I have yet to hear anything negative regarding this company outside of the share price not rising to meet certain shareholders desires.
It seems like everyone posting here has a good idea what they are expecting from the company and keep coming back because they have faith this will come to fruition.
GLTA!
the OTC/PINK/BB stocks have limited information. Not sure where the other guys have been posting it from so might want to ask them.

Great explanation school. Sounds right on the money.
Next is the announcement that the company is retiring set amount of shares they have purchased through these T trades.
If these trades were reflected during regular trade day the price would fluctuate and cause heavy volatility.
From my previous post.
"Form-T trades don't impact last, high, low or closing prices, but are reckoned in volume reporting."
As these stocks don't actually trade during after and pre-market hours they prearranged sales do happen and are perfectly legal.
GLTA!
I don't have an answer for those questions but have another issue that is cause for concern.
Until they announce which stores are closing and leases are being covered under the BK then there is no way to indicate there chance of a rebound for any share or bond price.
These announcements will be made in January from my understanding.
There is so much gray area with this company. Tread carefully.
Hope all that are currently invested see a healthy return in the future. GLTA!
Trades outside of regular trading hours are classified as "Form-T" trades. Form-T trades don't impact last, high, low or closing prices, but are reckoned in volume reporting. Nasdaq has specified that the "closing quote" of the regular session will be identified separately from extended-trading-hours quotes.
Form-T
If it were shorts then they would absolutely want the share price effected.
This was not the link but I think it's sufficient enough for this issue.
Now if this was a single Form-T trade then this would fall under the it was reported late reported trade. This is a daily event.
Another link
What Does Form T Mean?
A form required by the NASD for reporting an equity trade executed after normal market hours. http://www.investopedia.com/terms/f/formt.asp
Well, you probably know that T-Trades are basically filed on the SEC Form "T" and that is why they are called "T-Trades".
That form is used for After-Hours trade confirmations and is nothing out of the ordinary. When a stock trades after hours it is considered a T-Trade.
Now, it gets interesting for say a Pink Sheet stock that does not trade "after hours" to get a Form T Trade basically saying that the trade took place after hours.
However, these trades are most likely trades that took place during the day but "settled" after hours. Why would that happen?
The most logical situation is that Brokers had to settle between themselves on shares that were "borrowed" during the day. So, if Broker A gets an order to Buy shares of a Stock that it does not have in its inventory it must borrow those shares from somewhere. Then the SEC gives them the responsibility to Close that deal within just a few minutes of the Market close. That is most normally what the T-trades mean.
There is also the Conspiracy Theories:
First is that the Company is selling shares from their own inventory and basically Diluting the stock.
Second is that Shorts are shorting the stock and need to settle.
Third is that it is International Brokers settling transactions internationally.
I can't comment on all of those theories but those are the ones I have heard of.
What is a T-Trade ?
The actual purchase is scheduled during the day to process after hours. I have a link somewhere that explained all the scenarios a Form-T is used.
At work so give me a bit to find it.
thanks
Company said it wants to acquire more shares. We will have a press release telling us when they have acquired what they intended to.
IMO Form-T trades is the best way for the company to do this and not drastically effect the share price.
Have faith. 8)
GLTA!
I agree with this 100%.
The mm's don't have the same vested interest in controlling the stock price as the company would while it is trying to acquire large bloacks of shares.
3 weeks from now I think the share price will be in much better shape. :)
GLTA
IMO. this is the company buying large blocks of shares at designated times scheduled outside to appear as T trades outside of the regular trade day so to keep the share price in a tight trade range.
When they get the amount they want this stock will then begin to move up. Until then we are in a holding pattern.
Short trading your own companies stock through a 3rd party while you accomplish this would also not be outside of the realm of reason either.
GLTA!
It seems like the pawns are being placed for the late December, early January rally. Large mysterious orders posted after hours.
Enjoy they ride.
GLTA!
Maybe I am off base but could it be that shares are being sold into the market from previous acquisitions or from Alan Grofé? I am not sure what his position shareholder wise was before the sale of medweb. Unfortunately pinks don't provide that detailed information as to insider or former insider trading.

What generally happens with stocks similar to these IMO.
It will be very lackluster for a few weeks then BAM it will trade pre-market on heavy volume and be up 500% for the opening bell.
Holding my shares tight for that day in the not too distant future. 8)
