Glad your post was reinstated. Can't believe one of the mods here would of deleted it to begin with. Maybe it was done in error...
No news today?
I know things take time, but I can remember my first conversation with the company's IR back in December. I was told to expect the listing announcement by the second week in January... I couldn't be more frustrated with the wait. So if someone is upset because I am venting a little here after 5 months of delays you can kiss my a$$.
There, I've vented.. Now I'll stay away for a while because my frustration level won't be lowered until the listing.
BTW, Here is what I was told on Tuesday...
"All I can say is that we are looking to make another announcement this week, that is positive."
No $hit?
Another exciting day passes... Doesn't make sense to release news on Friday so we'll see if something comes out this evening. Not sure what the point of issuing news after the market closes is all about. Oh well... Beggars can't be choosers I guess...
Fire the lawyers and accountants to get this going. lol
Seriously, enough with the delays. We're all ready for the TSX listing and the start of a major PR campaign...
Isn't It Time?
Okay, Let's see a positive PR during market hours today. If they're waiting for me to give them permission then I say "Release the news." Thank you...
News out 5 hrs ago and not one post on it. A lot of heart here.
The exchange asked for this odd, last minute request...
Look for a positive announcement to follow..
Another day passes... I wonder if this company knows what it means to it shareholders to actually be on time or ahead of schedule for once...
I guess we'll see. 3 days left in the week...
Anyone hear from Bob Meister today?

TSX listing this week?
You bet your a$$...
Talk to everyone when it happens... Until then, take care...
He's just playing around. He knows what the hell is going on here. He might even own more shares then you and I combined but you'd never know it with the commits he makes...
Right... eom
Gotta Love the volume! We're on pace for a 3,000 share day. Buckle up! LOL
I'm sure we'll get twice as much volume once this gets listed on the TSX. That's a guarantee
Anyway, I do feel much better seeing yesterday's news... Let's hope this finally gets listed on the TSX next week..

Sweeeet Jesus! It's coming together.. eom
Mid .40's. That's it?
Check out what days of the week new TSX company listings usually fall on... You'll see there's no rhyme or reason to it. CNYC could literally be approved any day now...
http://www.tmxmoney.com/en/market_activity/new_listings_tsx_current.html
Nice to have a second opinion.. lol
All I see is 25,000 in May of last year. MAXM can't have squat...
Bid support looking very good. eom
Very nice. More investors wanted in then they had planned. This is the reason for the delays in completing the financing in the timely manner that they had hoped for. What a problem to have in these Hard financial times. lol - Bodes very well for the company. IMHO
Sweet, everything is in order. No red flags..
Who's to say they didn't review it this past Wednesday?
I've been adding... eom
Seriously, The TSX listing could be approved any day now.
The TSX has to review their application (which has already been approved), give them their trading symbol, and announce the effective date to commence trading. The company expects to hear back from the TSX committee no later than May 19th.
It's going to happen and it's going to happen soon!
Yes it is... eom
IC BT - Anyone hold their lottos? Would of been a great return...
I like the comparison... I know I'll be smiling when we're trading above $2.00. Hell, I'm all ready smiling thinking about it
I have to be honest, I am in a hurry for them to get this underway. I'm not in a hurry to sell my shares, but being told any day or any week now for months now is beyond frustrating.
I also know that no company is going to run off of my timeline... And it does take time to get everything done correctly... Especially difficult to raise money the right way that doesn't hurt the shareholders in these $hitty market conditions. Doesn't mean I can't be disappointed with how long the process has taken.
I'm a guy that believes all people are good, But I need to see something in black and white so I know I haven't been BS'ed to this whole time...
Let us know what you find out. Thanks...
Can we at least scratch #1 off the list this week?

2. TSX listing
3. Marketing campaign targeting brokerage houses in Canada
4. 3-5 drill units on site

8. Feasibility study
9. (Shock & Awe news)

Can you believe it's May all ready? I wouldn't have wanted to see this come to fruition any time sooner
How's it going guys?
I'm busy today.. I want to make sure I've got things taken care of so I can be around when financing and TSX listing news are released...
lol - No kidding... YW. eom
Yes I do. If it doesn't then there is something wrong.. JMHO
