seems to be moving a bit. Ur right might b time to get back in.
I'm not selling either...
right back down wtf....
It was considered a duty to grow in early colonial time. One of our founding fathers said that hemp would lead this country into prosperity. Can't remember who said it and when but I'll look into it.
I have been saying that also. People have to realize that cbis has a market now and will have a market after nov2 no matter what the outcome. Sure if it doesn't pass it'll probably dip back down, then I'll buy more. hehehehe. can't stop the med mj train, nobody can, not even feds.
You got it right, if the gov put our farmers to work producing hemp then this nations problems could be over. Not only does cannabis replace numerous drugs but hemp can really bring in $$ for this country. And we grow it like nobody else.
Is SS on this page correct?
new high right!
agreed...
WTF
Anyone know structure here? Float?
WOW I love this, unbelievable...
Really not sure. Lots of people on that board tho. The website is shaky and just vague. Don't know who they working with. I had eye on it but just worrysome to me.
Honest opinions. Does anybody else think cbis can hit $1 before nov2?
Gotta love cbis, Pcio also up 95% and sfio looks like could go soon.
I believe mjna and pcio together and cbis wth sfio
Lots of politicians are for it but have to publicly say otherwise. Same with those polls that show its gonna be a close race. Its crap when people are by themselves behind that voting curtain they most likely vote to pass it. Thats how Cali got where it is now.I know plenty of people, hard working respectable people, that enjoy a smoke at night after their kids are in bed. I cant wait for what's to come....
Thanks again. I was checking that out. Looks good, sounds good. Think it will follow suit?
I was just looking at that, thanks I will.
Hey pump. I knew i recognized u somewhere. Dont think ive posted here but I own it. Any thoughts here?
I agree that Cbis will have a business no matter what, but doesn't FDA testing mean that the company would have to be federally sanctioned to do that kind of research. Or will that go hand in hand? I know that there r only couple of labs allowed that kind of research.
I think .4-.5 just before the vote is rite on. Looking forward to it.
Haha. I have vision. I think they'll still have there place if it goes south, but im still gonna protect my self. As should everyone. Im always in for cheepies, but not yet. haha
I know but lots of $$ can do lots of things. Buy votes? Put out misinformation and hype? Im reading a report right now that states a commercial vending license in Oakland just jumped from $30k to $60k. And a commercial grow license is now $212k. Supposedly the four legally licensed operations in Oakland pull in like 28mill a yr. And there is a cap on how many licenses they allow. alot of people who are pro legalization are anti prop19 cause they see the big business writing on the wall. Some of the wording of Prop19 is causing alot of problems. I dont know I dont live there but this thing can really go both ways for lots of different reasons, more reasons than most would think. Dont know ,should be exciting tho.
As I've stated before, alot of those dispensaries have banded together to vote this down. They have alot of money to throw at it, and stand to loose alot of money.
"growing stage" Haha. I hear ya. thats what I'm thinking of keeping some long term.
I think so to, just in due time. It took awhile for others to follow the med card part of it, then awhile to follow the dispensary part of it. I think they'll look at all the "aftermath" of a yes vote. maybe 2-3yrs possibly longer. But colo would be the next logical one. What do u think? do u think this company would still be valid if there was a no vote on 19? I think so.
I just think that the industry is still in such an infancy that it has the potential to be huge. So even if prop 19 goes down there will still be an industry and a need for companies like CBIS. If 19 goes down I will have hopefully gotten all my profits out cause i think the stock will inevitably go down, quickly. But i will have this one on the mind for some time. probably keep a small position long term just to see what could happen. If you read some of the laws and regs on some compasion centers they talk about quality control (percentages), diff canabiniods for diff ailments etc. even diff delivery sys. CBIS would still be a player I would think.
The feds really cant enforce this law. Cali has had med mj for 15 yrs now and the feds back then vowed to crush it. now there's 14 states with it. The feds don't have the power to totally stop this if it is passed, they dont even have the legal power to force local and state police to up hold the federal law. They're spread thin as it is(the feds). I really see this as the next ...well boom if you will. Our kids are growing up in a different world than we did, this wont have the stigma related to it for much longer. So much has already changed. Even if prop 19 doesn't pass this industry currently is in the billions. The market is here, its been here for a while, the rest of america is just starting to wake up. America could be at the forefront of this gigantic industry. And im not just talking about med mj, i mean everything from food products, hygiene products, clothing, material. We currently import anything thats related to hemp, thats just ludicrous. Sorry for the long post. haha. Like i said tho the markets there with or without p19 and i think CBIS will be too.
Good article yahoo news "feds oppose Calif. Prop 19 to legalize marijuana"
Food for thought. Currently Rhode Island is reviewing applications for compassion centers to open up. They are also working in collaboration with Maine, which has been trying to iron it out for years now. More and more states will jump on board, especially when they see the potential tax revenue. Currently 14 states allow for med mj usage. If prop 19 passes Cali will again lead the way. I suspect if it passes that other states will start opening compassion centers and wait to see the effects of prop 19, eventually if all goes well they too will follow suit. So even if it doesn't pass right now I don't believe that it would be the demise of CBIS. There will still be a market wether this thing passes or not.
as i understand it this is something people have to go to a shop multiple times to have a treatment done, how will it be marketed on shopping networks for people to do at home?
Is this really going to be offered on qvc or hsn. If so thats huge. those networks can make a company rich literally overnite. Is this what was said at some point?
What do you think will happen if P19 doesnt pass. I have stated before that some care centers are against this bill as it is worded currently.
whats that. that i should b selling at .10 and take what money i have? i just dont wanna miss a ride even higher.
compasionate. haha
actually a care taker in a compasinoate state. so while stocks may not be my forte, this overall subject and arena is.
I got in at 7.5 on tues. on advice of friend.
I hear ya. Just makes scence that some people that got this around .04-.07 few days ago might see this as an opportunity to sell and jump back in when it bottoms again thats all. Its already slowed abd will probably be .08-.10 at close. Thats all i implied earlier when a few people took it as an attack or something and jumped all over me. good luck all.
like i said the run is over for the day(s). All i was doing was stating the OBVIOUS. This thing was pumped out of no where. Close at .12-.14 hahahaha. believe me i would luv that but not gonna happen. Not today.
