Eddie, Marshall may have missed deadlines before....however never before have we had 7 patents filed, 10 million funding commitment, partnership talks, and commercial orders coming in.....

Look at the facts and stop dwelling in the past!

It's clear that big things are coming for MZEI. In the chairmans message he said commercial orders will be processed soon, and a partnership should be announced by Mid-January 2011. THis is big news! I don't understand why people would not load the boat right now! The announcement of the partnership or commercial orders has the ability to take this stock into dollar range IMO. So why would people be selling right now? It does not make sense? Or is this message being take lightly because of people expect more delays? Any thoughts?

Those are some modest predictions......don't u think that the sp could be much higher by the end of spring? I mean we are talking about creating a new industry here worth in excess of 100 billion!

SP now has no reflection on things to come.....holidays are slow all around the world....expect big things early 2011. If you got DRY POWDER you need to be loading up. I have appointment next week with some large private investors. Thery are going to be so lucky I introduced them to MZEI at these prices!

All im saying is.....if you believe in mzei then you will have no worries. I know we all want an update of some kind....and trust me one will come soon.....try and ignore sp now cause its irrelevant.....I am certain that a government contract will be announced soon and since this sector is going to be kept in house....the sp will increase dramatically in a short period of time....trust me we will have an early x mas present soon

Thing are silent now.....this will allow the pretenders to sell off and go elsewhere.....while the the loyal shareholders will be rewarded. Times like these scare away the investors that do not deserve to reap the benefits of MZEI! If you have to have a stupid PR everyweek or some type of update from announcement your in the wrong game. Things are silent for a reason, and I know the SP will be making a huge move soon!

After reading WD posts, I can appreciate the vision he shares with the leaders of MZEI. However, I want to entertain one conflicting tone WD maintained throughout his messages.

As much as I want to trust WD, MZEI, and all the passionate shareholders here.......it's obvioulsy still premature to say this new tech will ABSOLUTELY capitalize on these exponential markets. "Don't worry we are just crossing out I's and T's" I get it! But how long can you say this?

Landing a contract based only off the info available now, is certainly now out of the queston IMO, right NOW! Once a contract is announced (I think Government first), and let's say the contract does not start until 07/2011, do you think SP will blow to let's say $1.50......then everyone sells dropping SP back to .05? Or will a contract with a timeframe boosts SP and continue to grow until the acutal production begins?

I get that it takes time, but trying to accurately guage when this SP will blow does not make sense now. All we should do is concentrate on the long run. Trust me it hurts me everytime I look at the SP dip. However, this is a great oppurtunity to find other private investors, because these prices are phenomenal IMO!

I glanced over WD statement, and it was still clear to me that WD did not say it would jump to $6 overnight, it was implied in the long-run.....read carefully

I have no intentions to sell my shares anytime soon. The earliest I would even consider selling any would be July 2011. Trust me I believe in MZEI, and SP will always fluctuate. I just wish I had more dry powder right now! Of course, the SP drops right at X Mas when funds are typically tight anyways! Oh well, I am going to keep in an eye on this SP and buy another big block soon!

I fint it peculiar to see SP drop so much after a stock purchase deal is announced for Mammoth! Gee, do you think the SP dropped so this new financing company can lock in early at good prices? hmmmmmm

If anything, this large volume shows that buyers realize these are great prices that will not last. It's funny because I have a feeling there will be news of a government contract before the end of the year, and all of these sellers are going to be kicking themselves in the rear lol!

Patience is a virtue, if you believe in MZEI, then you have nothing to worry about. Stop complaining about lack of management, business plan, blah blah, just hold your horses!

The SP now has no relevance to the value MZEI posseses. The current SP is simply a manipulated number driven by MM's. It's just a matter of time. You can trade this stock, but now is the time to hold! Big things are going down.

Very Exciting time for MZEI! Crucial steps are being addressed as this tech continues to make stunning progress. The CEO has given us a 6 month timeline, found our funding, completed our testing, and now getting ready to shock the world!

Keeping the government in-house and outsourcing the rest appears to secure MZEI's success moving forward. The question is.....who will step up and commit to a partnership? 3M?.....whoever it is needs deep pockets because I forsee fierce competition among bidding companies. Once a deal is met or a value is assigned to this technology, then we will see this stock hit big $$$.$$.

Agreed. However, I don't understand this slide, it does not make sense. We are as close as ever now, and it seems like Hospital Beta tests caused the SP to tank? This is tough to swallow.

It's dissapointing to see people sell MZEI for such low prices, great buying opportunity. Nothing has changed, just people are becoming impatient.

Well, there are still beta testing to be completed, and the CEO announced that the bio terrorism aspect will be commercialized before years end! This is big news, don't worry SP will dramatcially change just need to be patient, and not worry about what MM's do to manipulate the SP.

It's not a question if the SP will go up, it's WHEN! We all know the SP will explode, however everyone here is on seperate agendas. People are going to become impatient because there are tons of opportunities in the market. We know that MZEI is at least 6 months away from making any serious dough, just listen to the CEO. So in the meantime, we have to hope for significant PR's and peer reviews to boost this SP prior to actual commercialization!

If you notice only phase 1 of beta testing is complete. Not until all tests finish, will you see this jump in SP.

Steve, don't act like you revealed some huge mystery here! Of course, income and profit will boost the SP, duh! However, you have to at least recognize that this SP could soar just based on hype! Since this is a breakthrough tech, anything can happen here! Don't get so tied down on the obvious, what do you expect posting on this board that the SP will not increase unless sales, income, and profit are recorded......your going to get a negative response everytime. Everyone here believes in this company, and the fact that big news could blow this through the roof way before any units are acutally sold!

Hospital Beta tests IMO will boosts this stock over $1.00 range easily, because everyone is waiting to make sure this new tech really works in a actual hosptial setting! Once this is confirmed you will see market cap blow up!

The 750k is not necessarily going to be split evenly.....I think a large portion of this is going to MZEI, because the purpose is to help speed up the release to market, and MZEI's case time is imperative because lives are at risk! Great news for MZEI! Lot's more to come soon.
